    @Optus your My Optus app is an absolute piece of ****: doesn’t work with iOS keychain so my choice is use an insecure password. CAN’T ******* PASTE EITHER so same again. Also the reset password function is ******. Scroll wheel bottom = app switcher triggered! Who coded this ****?

    @Optus Hi Quade, thanks for the reply. I completely understand the rules regarding discussing it publicly To be honest, it seems to be an ongoing issue and as nothing has been fixed after all of this time, it's probably best she just log a complaint with the TIO.

    @Optus you know there's an outage since sunday to go on for a week, you don't inform customers, and on calling you advice that I purchase another product from you or other providers. @NBN_Australia yours is down as well and calls not going through. **** services nkt!🤬

    Optus is the most incompetent network ever. How can they think that transferring between departments and not actually refunding MY money is okay?

    @Optus curious to know how long it takes for a new customer to get an esim? So far I’ve logged 4 requests, none registered, spoken to up to 10 of your staff, spent close to an hour on hold and had a number of online chats with staff… I’ve been a customer for a month…

    @domnixon1984 Internode changed from Optus to Vodaphone with their mobile service....so no network coverage where i went on the weekend.

    @Internode i had to change my mobile provider to Vodaphone from Optus...first time i go away i end up in a 'no network connection' spot...i knew Vodaphone was crap...and when i ring Internode i talk to someone in Sth Africa ...not Adelaide like when and why i signed up.

    @Optus @good360au Hi! I'm literally dying. Days probably. Others have already died. So it's -- Calvary Mercy Hospice Newcastle -- Fix TVs SD or poor reception or tiny etc. I know it's "we've already done this" but people are dying RIGHT NOW so we need urgently Thank you

    @Wittyfan @Optus Hey mate, how are things at your end? My partner is still having the same issue. She can't send SMS longer than one standard message (as it never gets received by the receiver)
