  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  Now tweeting from my lab machine again with very basic Optus 5G internet. Will have to upload video and stuff from home, but otherwise I'm kinda functional again. No idea when NBN/Telstra will restore the connection, it's been 3 days already so I assume it's very bad. Today is Sunday and tomorrow is another public holiday.

When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.   I went to cancel my service today, and they wanted me to speak with the @Optus loyalty team. I have been waiting for over 1 hour for this amazing loyalty service! I should have just cancelled when I had the chance.

  Kiro is pure garbage. I ran it for a few minutes using Optus 4.6, and then it told me "Invalid model ID. Please select a different model to continue." I couldn't find a refund option either, so I guess I'll just consider the $13 a waste. @kirodotdev

  @RFC_Centre One thing I found interesting watching the game at Optus. Time after time Sonsie was manning two players when the dockers were coming out of defence and usually stuck between both of them. There was never any backup from another team mate. Other than one error he had a good game.

  @AllieHollyS I called Optus and said I would be moving to a place that offered $25 a month. I was sick of it. So they just manually changed my plan from $75 to $25 for the year…… their prices are completely made up and they can do wtf they want you just got to be serious about leaving.

  @SkyNewsAust @OMGTheMess Didn't have the guts to attend the Optus inquiry, because "she wasn't obligated". Kind of like Albanese saying "we weren't asked" on the Hormuz help. Doing the right thing just doesn't come natural for Labor.
