I called on phone and online but your customer service people appear too simple minded to understand that I DO NOT USE OPTUS DATA! I watch Optus sports using data from another provider.

Andi Csontos (@AndiC1) reported@optus_help @Optus I would add the trains in Europe provide high speed wifi for customers if they wish and our transport systems need to catch up and do the same. Why isn’t there an Optus wifi service on trains I can pay to use? It’s a missed opportunity
