@Telstra It’s not been a short term outage issue. It’s been a problem for an extended period of time. I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

@Optus It’s an insane state of affairs that Optus now has to specify “but this time we didn’t let any of our customers pass away by denying them the right to call emergency services”. Crazy that no other telco has ever needed to clarify that

  • Buueror B (@Buueror) reported

@JackieChan87805 @LeagueScenePod @BulldogRitchie Let’s say they play their marquee games at Optus atm. That firstly annoys season ticket holders who get a worse experience and it dosen’t help their case in getting HBF Park upgraded in the future. All the government has to point to is the fact they are happy using Optus.

@optus_help Hi Asim, we have referred your complaint relating to Potential Sales Issues. Your ref. number is 1004334084. A Customer Resolution Expert will contact you within two working days. Its been more than a week and no update from optus.

  • BTbro_23 Benji⁷ - 💜apobangpo (@BTbro_23) reported

I have now been on the phone to @Optus @optus_help for 2hrs and 51mins and am still waiting to speak to the 7th consultant just to replace a sim card that has not been delivered! This is my 3rd attempt to get my new service activated after previously spending 1.5hrs beforehand.

  • Ashtyn1212897 Ashtyn (@Ashtyn1212897) reported

Hi @Optus me again, I know you’re not too busy working on your network to reply, given you let customers genuinely die due to network issues, so how about using some time to answer why your remediation staff are using customers private information illegally? #optus

@antti_engineer @Telstra Signal strength is logarithmic. An additional 3 dBm can be a big difference. @Optus, a partner of Starlink, is claiming that the -115 dBm level is essentially unusable. And there are live measurements where Starlink hovers slightly above and below that number. Also, just look at the measurement in your own app there. The -112 dBm is about bordering going dark red and your own app describes -112 dBm as "Poor".

  • stevosfooty stevo (@stevosfooty) reported

Is it crazy to say Optus Stadium’s turf at Origin looked better than this? A sentence I never thought I’d say

  • ausladiesfooty Aimee S (@ausladiesfooty) reported

@zanofc @footyindustryAU Not really, Perth couldn’t sell out the opener at OPTUS stadium anyway, what makes you think they’ll get more against North Korea? Honestly, the atmosphere is crap being a rectangle ground at a round stadium. HBF will be 100% better and the players will enjoy it too
