    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus Please fix my Mum’s phone line. It’s been faulty for weeks! I’m in the U.K. and it’s her/our only form of contact. Haven’t seen her in over 2yrs. She’s 85! She needs her phone. DM me for more details.

    Holy **** and now @Optus is telling my mum that it is normal to factory reset a wifi router at least once a week and not use it for a while. That’s not even close to true!

    Is there a good internet provider in Australia? I dumped Optus because they were terrible. I recently switched to AGL, but they’ve been terrible so far too.

    @Optus It says there's an outage in my area (4215). Any idea when this might be fixed? It's making it incredibly hard to get work done right now.

    @Optus It’s just slow websites are now not made to upload at such a slow speed and refresh and lose all the data sent and paid for need faster services

    What is it with Telcos giving you a 4 hour appointment window to fix a fault? Sometime between 8am and 12pm?! If only they had phones, they could call you when they were coming.. @Optus @NBN_Australia
