Ollie Roberts (@ollie_bo) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

No amount of reports, investigations and enquiries. 1000s die or disabled because of mRNA vaccination. 🦗🦗 is all we get. If you can get every game sold out, then it puts pressure on the government into funding the joint. Moving games to Optus doesn’t help that.
