So, @VicRoads rep says that they cannot change my license number because they need court orders to do so. Also, they have 50k applications... This is after @Optus has emailed me yesterday stating that my license number has been definitely compromised. #auspol #vicpol #wtf

  • swift2react DKB (@swift2react) reported

@VicRoads @VicGovDoT Very much looking like @Optus aren't the only mob out there that are clueless as to how to handle a security related issue.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@MrSKoumas Hey Stephen, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience you have had with our Messenger team in the My Optus app (1/2)

  • NwSanders93 Nick Sanders (@NwSanders93) reported

@timrosen35 FWIW I’ve swapped from Optus to Telstra this week after Optus failed to fix a number of issues over the last 3 weeks. Considered Vodafone too but I’m mostly in regional Vic and quite a few people told me VF is good in the city but patchy elsewhere.

Hands down the least patriotic moment this games week has been explaining the Optus hack to @WritNelson, while simultaneously, the most patriotic experience being teaching him the nut bush

  • MAndrewWaugh Andrew Waugh (@MAndrewWaugh) reported

@ZucchiniBikini This is someone fudging & dodging the issue. Optus didn't keep copies of the identity documents; they kept the identity numbers. The numbers would likely still need to be to be obtained to index into this matching service, and then retained.

  • Mugzyo MugzYo (@Mugzyo) reported

@timrosen35 Changed from Telstra to Vodaphone 2 weeks ago, wife with Optus i've had zero issues with Vodaphone as yet, small sample size i know, but wouldn't go back to either of the other 2 in a hurry

  • BudoNick NicolasPicolas (@BudoNick) reported

@auspost your service is almost as good as @optus How many days or weeks do I need to wait before I actually get some help?

  • TLC_arn TLC (@TLC_arn) reported

@SimonJohnsonAU @Optus "Dear Customer" Sheeesh even the hackers could address us by name. #OptusDataBreach

  • mr_crazz THE CRAZZ FILES (@mr_crazz) reported

@Mbridget21 Optus hack was a total PSYOP to implement the next stages of agenda 2030, Problem, Reaction, Solution.
