@Optus Possibly they are, Steven. But a few years ago commonsense, effective work processes and care would have meant this never occurred. And the three hours on an ultimately dead line this week has not boosted my faith. The ombudsman and fair trading will give good advice, I think.

@LandoRocks @aleaguemen @paramountplus The Chromecast with Google TV on a 4K projector. Quality is ok but motion looks poor. Loading circle stuck in middle of screen, but worst of all, no option to show game from start, no pause. Basic features in Kayo, Prime, Stan and Optus Sport

@justnictings Watching European competitions in Australia is just ridiculous. Optus for PL, Stan for CL and EL, Kayo for Championship and Carabao Cup, 10Play/Paramount+ for FA Cup. It actually sucks so much

@Optus It’s ok things happen. I search for the post code 2113 and I see an outage. But when I search my exact address it says no outage. And yet no internet for a couple hours and that includes resets/reboots of modem etc.

I have been kicked off Paramount 3 times already and have had to re login each time. Teething issues but Optus had issues in the beginning too so I guess need to be patient.

@steveburgess23 @IanSyson @apesforefold Really hope they fix it. Optus was similar but they improved it to 60fps and now there's almost no issue

@johnyyhendo I don't even pay for Stan Sports, and I'm considering binning off Optus as well. Back to pre 2016s of streaming Premier League games on the high seas again won't be too bad if it means saving $20-30 a month from Optus/Stan, etc.
