@kcarruthers As a recipient of the Optus ‘your data has been compromised” letter, there is an apology but no follow up advice. Very poor response. Obviously amateur hour over there. @Optus #OptusHack

@rpcounat @SenSHenderson @AlboMP Optus is totally incompetent, if you have any problem, you can speak to a machine that does not always understand so the game of reframing your issue begins. This is the absolute truth the conversation with a machine can take hours like 5-8 … awful

@jplonie @stufromoz @Optus Yeah I'm pretty filthy on these emails too. Where are the actual support information that can assist people to protect themselves? The "oops sorry". KBR sign off should be "got paid a $1m to leave CBA so I can make my mark in telco". There will be a cost cutting catalyst

@ClareONeilMP How about you penalise companies for being sloppy...my data was breached with service NSW...now I have to add the Optus breach..both were careless with my ID..#cybersecurity
