    @dpho17 @Optus Mate, I feel sorry for you. Unfortunately they don’t buy it if you lodge the complaint to the TIO, they don’t care! It’s perfectly fine if they lose you as a customer, because they don’t worry about their customer base. They would say sorry but they don’t care.

    @Optus After 4 years with optus I am ready to get rid of them, they have just gone terrible and untrustworthy, their customer service is terrible at the moment and can not help with the slightest issue.

    Telstra and Optus internet on phones still not working though, really a problem when you can't access any news in middle of flooding emergency

    i know pointless trying to get answers from @Telstra but really disappointing still mostly no mobile internet access for past 24 hours (texts and calls ok). Neighbours with @Optus also same. In flood emergency makes much harder. Optus home wifi is working now with power back on

    @Optus Please have customer service phone me ,they canceled my appointment and didn’t tell me - that another 4 hours waiting for Optus !!! Optus is not behaving like the second biggest telco in Australia ??? - they need more staff on phones and less excuses - #Optus
