Online licence replacements are now available for affected Optus customers. Effective immediately, South Australians affected by the Optus data breach will be able to apply for a replacement licence online via their mySAGOV account - without having to attend a Service SA Centre.

worst customer care experience @Optus . Experts on the myoptus app are completely clueless and have no idea how to respond to a concern raised. Please check DM sent ...it's 2+ hours.. no resolution/status update for SR raised 15 days ago!!

@2degreesmobile when are you guys going to add MFT or 2Factor authentication to your customer facing apps and portals? It’s a glaring security hole and well can’t help but think of the Optus breach recently!

@Optus Why is my Internet going to so bad from 4pm onwards. Can’t even use google, that’s how bad it is! Worst decision signing with your internet, always a issue !

@Stephen28842045 @BernieSpofforth The very same one! Results of corruption inquiry still pending. Gladys now works for Optus, which was hacked a couple of weeks ago. Former NSW police commissioner called on her to be the 'Glad-iator' and help fix the massive Optus breach. Bodes well, eh.....! 🤪

3. It would be a nice parting gesture if Optus provided free a forwarding service for injured customers. In fact it's the least they can do for disaffected customers.
