    @Optus Terrible service, still charging us for wifi when we’ve cancelled the service months ago and then when we finally get issued a refund, you decline it because the “refund request not eligible”

    @benedict303 @Optus @memonz05 yea also Telstra, TPG, not working, Optus, and youtube is working, I think the company/websites with competitors are not assessable ATM, everything works if I use VPN

    @Optus some sites not working on your NBN. Twitter, Wikipedia, 7plus. Usually when there is an outtage, it affects all sites - so what is going on? Do you have some kind of firewall ? And it's down hence selective sites offline? Big Brother here we come
