    15 days w/o internet! Surely it doesn’t take this long for a company like @NBN_Australia @Optus to fix the outage in our area!?? This is ridiculous! Will now be switching providers. Anyone know of a good provider? @Optus REALLY Not Happy! 😤😤😤

    @donkzilla @WarPowersReform Optus wasn't hacked. Optus had an IT system exposed directly to the internet. The "hackers" literally asked it to send all the data and it did. Never asked for authentication/passwords etc. Gross criminal Negligence.

    @Optus Probably no point as waiting nearly 14 days for a result doesnt make the problem concerning enough for optus to get it fixed immediately
