Can confirm, that if your data was lost by @Optus being absolute muppets with their system, then the best way to access their Equifax Protect offer is to GO INTO A ******* STORE, despite their claims to the contrary. Optus really sucks

@sallyrugg @Optus Remember when they sent you a paper bill and you could pay it any way liked. Far less problems using the old systems. The rush by companies and organisations to allegedly give customers more convenient access to services and payments has also brought a host of new problems !!!

2/ @optus have given my private info out without my permission already. Isn't that enough? A little bit of humility wouldn't go amiss at this stage. I am trying to give you my money and you make it so hard, so painful. And I have been a customer for 30 yrs.
