After more long conversations with @Optus I feel sorry for the call centre staff. It seems the offshore and onshore teams are so disconnected. A company that is completely incongruent from shop fronts to call centers. Different ‘departments’ with no alignment or employee support.

@Optus you currently have a representative driving an Optus car, down the eastern freeway, Melbourne, Number plate looked to be 1LG-STD, with the woman driver holding her phone, sending a text message. So dangerous!

Hey @MobileAgm anything like the AGM-M7 for Australia (Optus freq)? Can you unload apps (eg. facebook, tiktok, watsapp) & side-load apps I want (eg. telegram, signal)? Been looking for a feature phone thats de-googled.
