    Optus & I have been DMing all afternoon It seems their definition of customer service & expectations of a customer dealing with Optus is VASTLY different as to the service they provide 1.5/10 for the experience, I gave .5 for no spelling errors. Well done 👍

    @dikkii I get very few too just scams mostly. My plan with Optus doesn’t shower the caller id soi never know the number

    @Optus No, my plan is capped at 12 Mbps, not the network congestion. Can you please lift that?

    @Optus Forget it. For a start l couldn't understand a thing they were saying and they did not understand what my problem is. Total failure of a phone call. They could not help me with my problem. So frustrating

    @RedFiddler Re pre-paid phone, work out first what coverage you need. If you’re often in rural and remote areas you may have little choice but Telstra. I was happily on 3G Virgin (Optus network) until I moved to where only service is 4G Telstra. I hear good reports of Aldi (Optus n’work).

    @Optus Hey there! I’m wondering whom I have to flash my boobs at to have someone reply to my emails from your Bereavement Team? The Bereavement team have all the information & forms & now won’t respond to any of my emails. You call this customer service?
