    @Optus Jono, it’s the Optus security certificate that’s the problem!! I need to know when it will be fixed, just like other people have asked.

    @Optus I know that, but it’s very inconvenient. The fact that your organisation actually failed to renew the certificate provides me little confidence. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with your email service.

    Some research reveals that if you turn off SSL in settings/accounts/mail/optus account via advanced settings problem goes away

    @Optus Done all that doesn’t work and their is nothing that can be explained on why my internet is bad ig is just a company that can’t look after their clients
