@Optus @Tempf8 What in Gods name is happening with my internet service on my mobile phone today. 2 bars , losing service altogether at times, all day been slow. Only last week, they supposedly serviced the tower. What on earth is going on??

Ever tried running a social media business without the internet? Recently moved from @telstra due to poor service, now @Optus is providing quality Australian version of ‘service’.

@masericha The double (flat) cable is Telstra Landline, the round cable is Optus HFC - both useless. This looks more like "some guy" (speak non telstra/optus) pulled them down and tight them to the pole.

Walked into an Apple Store, bought watch, out in five minutes. It had hundreds of people inside it. Walked into @Optus that was nearly empty to get sim, was told the wait for service was 30 mins. Held my gag reflex and walked straight into a Telstra store and got served. #WTF
