@optus network status has our NBN cable as "reduced service" and "under investigation" according to their webpage for the last 24 hours. Maybe "not working" "due to Murdoch" might be more accurate?

Hey @optus. Remember 2 years ago when we told you about the poor coverage at Narrabeen RSL? Nothing’s changed. One bar on 3G only. This is a suburb in metro Sydney.

@Fillydrunk The issue also is that lots of these things go through the NBN server which isn’t owned by neither optus nor telstra. But am still glad I can actually talk to a human at Optus - telstra has no humans taking calls and just directs everyone to their messaging service - that’s fked

@Optus Hey there. Just wondering if there is anything that needs to happen to enable 5G on an excising service? I remember there used to be a toggle in the app a couple of years back. But I can’t seem to find it anymore. So I just need to pop the sim into a 5G device?

@Optus Other examples standard template emails with links that don't work and saying I am not approved for post paid with no reason given, but I can sign up for prepaid even those I am already a prepaid customer
