    @Optus The letter is appalling from Lourish Del Rosario. "Logg in" "My optuss app" "may use a desk tap". She falsely states I have agreed to the full and final resolution". That is totally false. Still lying.

    So what happened to the 17-year-old Optus Hacker Arrested by the Poor Actors in S.W Sydney. Did he Flee to Syria with the Byron Bay Superspreader and the man of Aboriginal appearance that Kidnapped Cloe Smith in West Australia? Or should I not question any of That.???

    @NBN_Australia @westjgames You always say "report to provider" but they can't change it. Optus are no longer taking on fixed wireless contracts because it's slow, unreliable and get too many complaints. We are left with 4G. I'm in SW Vic hardly the outback. I've wasted too many hours/days. Bin FWirewless.

    @Optus Just another generic response. Have check. Since 3pm Tuesday,I’ve only had service for most of yesterday. Not good enough

    @OptusSport, why is it that the quality of optus 2,3,4 etc are so poor. Only optus 1 is of much better quality WHY

    @Optus #massivefail 50 mins online to offshore tech to no avail,then into Optus WBJ with faulty modem. Service person asks what I think they can do about it? HNY

    @optus your useless Asian call centre. I call am on hold for ages TWICE and then you hang up on me because you don't want to answer my questions. #optus thank them for me saying **** you I am going elsewhere. Lots of other providers out there which you forget. @accc
