Totally dissatisfied customer @Optus lost my phone on the 27th of Dec & got a replacement sim on 28th of Dec & it is still not receiving calls or outgoing calls . No one can fix it !!! Looks like I will be looking for a new provider ASAP

@Optus Hi Zac, thanks for your reply. I am into the THIRD HOUR of corresponding with @Optus online chat, with a person who has very poor english. I am not willing to repeat myself via DM at the moment as it will be more duplication. Incredibly frustrating.

Well done @optus. My current plan is $63 a month and gets me 160gb and unlimited international roaming plus 2gb data. The new plans are $59 for 100gb PLUS $5 a month for roaming with no data. I’ll either stay on my old plan or jump ship elsewhere because the value is bad.

@TerryxHarper This would be a great move. Users with crappy Optus providers that have weak signals could latch on to local Telstra towers which have a much stronger signal.

Hello @kbrspace I am assisting an @Optus customer with a problem which began in May 2022. @Optus has been billing this Senior Citizen for 2 Services since Aug 2022. After more than an hr I've been told 'I can't help you'. This is after multiple chats, store visits & phone calls.

@Optus, your Messaging and Chat function is one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. 60 minutes to cancel our NBN service. The idea of "leave your customers loving you" when they leave has been forgotten. This is not in the spirit or delivery of "Yes".
