Telstra may have better internet than Optus but my god their customer service team are a literal bunch of ******* monkeys

  • wobby66 robert henderson (@wobby66) reported

@Milliganreports @PatsKarvelas @4corners Fletcher rose to be CEO of Optus so he should have half a brain but yet all he does is spout Lib talking points. Another Lib that makes me angry. I am beyond anger with the way the Libs treat women #auspol

@ColsMako @Telstra Ive lodged a complaint against optus with the TIO 4 times for the same incident, every so often they just send you another colelction letter lol. Ive given up wasting my time and never really cared anyway, they cant do anything about it that concerns me. Its hilarious!

  • harpyd04 Harpy (@harpyd04) reported

@Optus Already have on twice on Tuesday. Have spoken to the help line twice and received txt messages saying you will update in 24 hours. I’m having to hotspot off my phone to do anything, which is now blowing that data out too, which I am sure Optus will happily charge me for!

  • harpyd04 Harpy (@harpyd04) reported

@Optus Hmm, well I have been affected for a day and a half now and still going. The only updates are, no update and we let you know in 24 hrs! My clients don’t care if your service is broken but they do if I don’t deliver. #costingmemoney

  • Almostgullible Kim (@Almostgullible) reported

@Telstra Still can't sign in to My Telstra app; nigh on 4 weeks of empty gestures/ hours on messaging. NOW MESSAGING BLOCKS ACCESS TO ME! It gets stuck loading the conversation. Maybe Optus know how to fix telstra's stuff up...

  • DanielCrute Daniel Crute (@DanielCrute) reported

@Optus @dave_hyland You should stop advertising 5G. I’ve seen ads constantly yet you cannot deliver the service to most Australians (nor even close to that). It is misleading behaviour. Maybe the @acccgovau should look into it.
