    NBN down. I used the app on Optus phone to DM @TPG_Telecom; PC browser was non-functional No reply Couldn't access ServiceStatus coz CloudFlare kept saying Bad Gateway Had to get a friend 3 hours out of Sydney to go on the Twitter site just to check WTF was going on. Not happy

    @alinazaryan97 Picture quality of Stan Sport on my TV app compared to Optus Sport is not a joke. Blows Optus away, who need to sort their **** out.

    @Optus - one of your cust service agents said they would call back after 5 minutes at 3PM AEST 14/09. It's now 10.22AM AEST 15/09 and I still haven't had a call. Just wondering if "5 minutes" has a different definition at Mac Park?

    @StanSportFC Commenting to agree with everyone else. Terrible coverage. Overpriced. App UI is garbage. Constant problems. Give it back to Optus.

    Why is @StanSportAU 100x better picture quality on my Samsung Frame TV than @OptusSport?? Obviously was annoyed having to pay for an extra streaming service for the UCL this season, but man, the quality difference is insane… anyone else seeing similar? Lot of work to do Optus ❌
