    @Optus I don't need a patronising call from your Complaints Resolution rep. I haven't done anything wrong. Optus is the one who has failed to live up to its promises 3 times this week. Talk to me like I am a paid up customer, not like you are going out of your way to call me. Grow up!

    @Optus No call from the Complaints Team or Case Manager the issue was supposedly escalated to. I knew I was being lied to. I gave you 48 hrs - you failed to follow up. You know the next step I promised to take.

    @Optus can you explain why you are abandoning overseas residents for support? And why you are referencing internal databases rather than Australian Government ID databases to verify ID given your recent security breaches?

    @Optus The letter is appalling from Lourish Del Rosario. "Logg in" "My optuss app" "may use a desk tap". She falsely states I have agreed to the full and final resolution". That is totally false. Still lying.

    @optus your useless Asian call centre. I call am on hold for ages TWICE and then you hang up on me because you don't want to answer my questions. #optus thank them for me saying **** you I am going elsewhere. Lots of other providers out there which you forget. @accc

    @telenorpakistan Have you resolved the issue with Optus? Please check your mutual agreement about Roaming within Australia. Don’t misguide customers if you can’t provide standard customer service.
