Can anyone explain why there's not only 200 people in the Jungle when there's 60k down the road at optus? #RedArmy #NBL21

@octopus_energy I have BritishGas with SmartMeter one. how easy is it to switch to Optus Energy with a new Smart meter? will there be any additional charge or service disruption?

@Optus Do I return the modem ? Since you can’t provide the expected service can I cancel my service? What’s the plan?

  • ftblAlex__ Alex (@ftblAlex__) reported

@utdbodi Haha, I think it is a problem with Optus cos no one else besides Australians are complaining (that I’ve seen) but they have stupid issues all the time. Just seen the banner across the bottom of the screen and it isn’t their fault at all 😭

@Optus How hard is it to not opt-in customers into scams and to third parties? I was told the number was removed from marketing but I'm still getting calls Jono. I call one of the number and it was someone who said scammers are using his number remotely to call people. Please fix.

@Optus Thought I’d ask anyway. I’m already listed with DoNotCall service and it doesn’t work, especially not for scammers. And I have a gold number so I’m trying to avoid changing it until it’s a last resort 😩 Thanks anyway!

@Bails_Bboy @OptusEnterprise Wow, couldn't have explained Optus' customer (poor) service so succinctly if I tried, you nailed it!

  • RunThemMemes RunThemMemes👉🏾🤛🏾🚽⚽ (@RunThemMemes) reported

@COCAFO2016 What they have to consider is that is the game strong enough to lure ppl to a new platform (stan isn’t exactly all that) or would it be better served on an already footballing platform (Optus has been on its Aussie football **** lately )

  • MattJDavies74 Matt Davies (@MattJDavies74) reported

@caineyten Asking punters to fork out for 2 different subscriptions (Stan & Optus) to get soccer fix. Plus Kayo for other sport. Getting expensive - especially Stan which requires a regular subscription AND a sport add-on.

  • ask_things Things People Ask Me (@ask_things) reported

@Optus Ok so given the multiple technicians can’t seem to resolve my problem where do we go from here? Given I have work to do, study to do etc what are the next steps?
