    @TysCobb @Optus My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to @logskind on telegram and they were so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help

    @JulianBurnside Optus are no better. Believe me and my terrible experience earlier this year.

    Hey @Optus and @NBN_Australia, someone either fix the cables that have been cut by @Wollongong_City or find us an alternative so that we can go back to doing our jobs.

    @MMareeslatter @notcherylkernot @JulianBurnside I also swapped to Optus a couple of times in the hope that they’d be able to provide at least sufficient service. They failed, twice. Fortunately, non-contract each time, just in case, but I won’t try again. Back to Telstra !

    @NBN_Australia I have already spoken to @Optus, the issue is with NBN infrastructure. It just doesn't seem fair that they should have to pay for @NBN_Australia's failure to provide a service.

    @Optus the Optus Sports App on my LG smart TV keeps buffering when I’m watching the highlights of the GER v POR match, wtf is going on, why should Football supporters in the country suffer with your sub-par service??

    @Optus @OptusSport Yes, I’ve done all of the above. I am able to cast YouTube, Netflix etc without a problem, though once I switch to @OptusSport it buffers and disconnects

    @Optus @heron_andrew @OptusSport Hi there, the issue seems to have resolved itself after turning the TV off at the power point, waiting the obligatory 30 seconds and then switching it on again.
