@Optus Still waiting. Looks like I’ll be going tomorrow without my service because I start work early and will be unable to call as my mobile is my only phone. This is an absolute disgrace. I use my phone for work. #optus

@stoleriko @UniverseIce mine runs fine. mines an Australian model Galaxy watch 4 lte which was a free gift with s22 ultra since then I upgraded and gave to my dad because I wanted a classic instead. Maybe it's ur carriers issue im with optus lte

  • allomes_jesse Jesse Allomes (@allomes_jesse) reported

@Telstra I'm with optus. But contacting the ombudsman tomorrow. You can't force direct debit. All this will do is drive more people into credit default over stupid rules when they could have kept thier account in perfect order by paying in line with thier pay check each week or fortnight.

  • RWNJRehabClinic RWNJ Rehab Clinic (@RWNJRehabClinic) reported

@Optus @pavanraju023 @NBN_Australia Had an Optus NBN outage in inner west Sydney since this morning. Can’t work, can’t do anything. No updates since 9:00 when Optus sent an sms. WTF is happening? And, how about a refund of sorts, or do I have to fight you thru the TIO?

  • helphelpandhelp debbiep (@helphelpandhelp) reported

@carltonlivity No way I trust optus. Their conditions just on prepaid has reversed. Once a good alternative is now a rip off. They (imo as a decade long customer) have been very sneaky.

  • fireinbone_ Lisa Michelle (@fireinbone_) reported

@Optus I can't send a dm because my twitter account is locked and i cant access it because i have no service to be able recive a text message to fix it

  • DarkMJC James Carthew (@DarkMJC) reported

@donkzilla @WarPowersReform Optus wasn't hacked. Optus had an IT system exposed directly to the internet. The "hackers" literally asked it to send all the data and it did. Never asked for authentication/passwords etc. Gross criminal Negligence.
