@OptusSport horrible streaming experience via the mobile app. Normally only watch 3 min highlights in app. Was ok as I could use Optus youtube channel. Seems the issue is with all streaming and highlights via app. Annoying.#optussport #buffering #unsubcribe

  • DavidAn33939165 David Andrews (@DavidAn33939165) reported

@BernardKeane @Optus @ClareONeilMP Walk away from Optus then, there are others out there that would have you as a Customer without being rude.

  • abdulla805342 Abdullah butt (@abdulla805342) reported

@ESPNcricinfo Fakhar (if fit) in place of Haider. Also let him open alongside Shan. Babar and Rizwan should bat at 3 and 4 respectively to provide stability to the middle. 150 would be more than enough at the Optus Stadium in Perth. Against the Proteas at the SCG we'll need 180+ though

@MeckeringBoy Oh gee, that’s unfortunate, ironically I left Telstra after 25 years as a customer to join Optus two months prior to the hack.

  • henk_spierings Hmmm. (@henk_spierings) reported

Well #optus and #medibank have had problems. I wonder how safe #halaxy is. They wanted my credit card number for my health practitioner, but I wouldn’t give it to them. Seeing what’s happening now, I’m really glad I made that decision.

  • DrRobCz DrRob (@DrRobCz) reported

@ServiceNSW And how do I work out if they have been. @optus communication is so bad it’s full of PR with no way of finding this actual info!?

  • luvmygoose Black Jacket - Sewer rat, union thug. (@luvmygoose) reported

@redruby17 @ClareONeilMP @Optus I made a complaint to Optus and because I wouldn't provide my ID over the phone to their inbound call they marked me as 'uncooperative' and closed the complaint as resolved. It's not resolved.

  • Redmac19 Redmac (@Redmac19) reported

@PaulFletcherMP Hope they asked why you allowed Optus to down grade security

  • HawksGirl67 🏏💚💛I-tram (@HawksGirl67) reported

@theage @tom_cowie As an affected @Optus customer & notified a few weeks ago regarding my DL, why is this only coming to customer comms stage now & not actively already actioned? The ID issue should have been completed by now, not just deciding on the method #VeryPoorlyHandled #OptusBreach

  • 92Schwilliam Jake Schofield (@92Schwilliam) reported

@Optus @caleb_bates1710 Im confused as yo why Optus is treating this as an us problem and not a you problem
