    Why is the government always too slow to act on anything urgent? They should have announced that every affected Optus customer can get a new drivers license, Medicare card and passport with brand new numbers on Day 1.

    @Optus your customer service rep has just advised that there is no way for me to inform Optus in advance that I will be moving and to cancel my phone plan from a specific date, apparently I have to call on the day I am moving to cancel my phone plan...is this true? How bizarre...

    @kbrspace We called number in Philippines call centre you gave us in email.They couldn't give any information at all not even if my details was one the leaked on line. We're is the help? Organise a australian call centre that can help us .This is ridiculous. You should be sacked #optus

I vowed I’d never use Telstra personally again (except for business as often in regional areas for work) for taking customers for granted but I might be adding these jokers to my very long list of businesses to avoid!
