    WHICH means second lot of limited service #Optus @Optus meaning, another phone call. SO you look after all customers this way, on yr mistakes, ie 2 bills, not sent before payment due. Changing account service dates, harassment by email and sms, and yet, you can't solve these.

    Don't think anyone realises within 10 years, it's possible that Onlyfans will be hacked. Just like Optus and Medibank. Doesn't help that the media are blowing it up like it's a potential way to become famous either. It's something everyone on it will eventually live to regret.

    I just woke up and watched the mini match on optus… I’m genuinely lost for words right now in the performance I just watched.. I don’t think I can describe what i saw it was that bad

    Im having massive issues with 2 of Australias supposed biggest businesses with **** customer service & the ability to contact them is ****. @Optus you are not available 24/7 because i can't get anyone at all and @NAB i have been on the chat for an hour - no luck! Very Poor!

    @Rosies_Day @Optus Optus repeatedly charged my CC ending with 4854 @ 30 AUD per month for last three months even after Help & Support Staff assured me in Oct 22 that auto renewal will be turned off. I can end photos of original 40GB /28 days pack SIM 5821440691934 provided Optus shares an email id.

    @OptusSport having issues watching at home via Apple TV app. Picture very blurry. Internet connection is through Optus itself and very good. Also blurry on my device iPhone which iPhone blurry, I have tested wifi and via 5G mobile (without 5G)

    Hey @Optus @OptusSport using the fetch remote for password login is rough and it has no function to see the password to make sure it’s right. Can we get a QR code login like Twitch and other services please?

    @Optus how in the world did you come out of this scandal with WORSE customer service? Live chat is disgustingly bad. Whichever centre you’re giving this contract to is fleecing you and your customers. It’s woeful every single time.

    I saw one other post from someone else saying they were having internet connection issues with Optus. Is anyone else? Mine seems to go off overnight at some point & then kicks in when I turn on the fetch box after lunch.
