@Optus Optus you have shown your true colours! My wireless broadband is so slow that I’m getting faster rates hotspotting from my phone. Complained to Optus, 5 tiresome phone calls later, your solution...upgrade to a more expensive package. Pathetic customer service!

@1Swinging_Voter This China bloke has no shame. It is all Australia's fault. I wonder if he is referring to the time I advised Optus not to use Huawei as the equipment could not be trusted security-wise, as any part of the network could be dialed into, and only Chinese techs could do installation

@Optus I got all my bills rebated as a result of my TIO complaint. Sent the modem back although I was told by the Sr case manager that it's fine to keep it. But I got a bill emailed to me which makes absolute no sense. Any ideas? Support is useless.

@Optus I was on hold for 16 minutes only to then have to hang up and start again because I couldn’t get back to the Optus loop line
