@Optus fix your tower at the ermington/rydalmere im bouncing between no service and 1 bar of 3g which i cant call out from given the fact i need the ability to call out for a doctor or my support staff in a emergency this problem has been going on since 2pm

Steve O’Keefe is the whiniest man I have ever heard from… “I don’t like Mark McGowan, I hate playing at Optus, we never do well, so I’m thinking maybe we just give Perth the two points and just stay at home and enjoy the weekend at home. I hate that plane flight”

@VodafoneAU It seems #VodafoneAU is just as inept as #Telstra and #Optus in meeting business customer's needs to sign them up. This is pathetic. Just why do we have to put up with such poor telcos in Australia?

@GemmaTognini He played here last season without any issue when Big Bash wasn’t an option over East at various times. He also said that he hates playing at Optus as they never do any good and he would rather stay home and just give up the 2 points. It’s not quite stinging criticism as depicted

@LesleyB1970 @BazzaCC I went into a Telstra shop, I was the only customer, three staff and they directed me to a phone to be served. I used my own phone to cancel my account then walked to the nearest Optus shop and opened a new account.

@Optus not only did you fail to make note of my request for an extension due to having my car/wallet and all my credit cards stolen after a break-in but you shut my internet off. Then I was lectured at length by your customer service reps about WHY it was shut off. I KNOW WHY!!

@guru_nrl @david89293299 @abcnews I don’t think it’s capitalist dogma. If LNP were about that, they would be all over this green tech like the proverbial. LNP paid Telstra and Optus billions to buy a HFC network that was in dire need of repair and unusable: they report to an elite few. Capitalism nowhere here.

@Optus I’ve been told I need to wait 2 days in order for you to be able to offer more assistance. So I will wait for this magical period to lapse before I seek more help. Thank you all the same. I do not extend this thank you to your consultant Alvin, though. He is awful & rude.
