@EmilyHWoods That sucks. My mum’s been using mobile data for 2 weeks now and will be another week because all the technicians were busy and no one showed up on the day. Try another provider? She’s with Optus and I’m with Superloop.

@Optus Thanks Quade. Please fix by Arsenal vs. Burnley as this is unbearable. Also you guys should get rid of the 5 ads in the middle of every mini match, we pay for this service we shouldn’t have to deal with ads (like Netflix, Stan etc.)

Why is it that @Optus stores continue to say No to helping get an eSIM for prepaid yet the website and online help say the stores can do this. Won’t be bothering with Optus anymore

@MPX_Trader @Optus Any decent trader with half a brain has internet redundancies IE More than 1 source of internet . i have NBN , 4g fixed and 5g mobile hotspot avaiable to use if one goes down . I also have UPS for power outages . Lift your game

@Optus We've moved house and relocated our nbn service, and after being told we didn't need an nbn box at our new place, we were told to we had to wait a whole month for a new box. We've been sent a sim card and usb stick for alternative internet, now the sim card doesnt work.
