Day 9 and still no @Optus phone service, I did however receive an email from complaints at 9:56pm last night asking to try a new eSIM which also failed and notified of the failure at 7:42am without reply to this point“we aim to lead Aus in delivering outstanding customer service”

@MotordomT It seems like it would be, I'm mostly surprised Telstra rolled it out in 2015, Optus started its rollout in August 2021 and Huawei rolled out support this month.

@Optus any chance you can fix up my subhub for @PrimeVideo. I have a case and was told I’d get a call back within 48 hours a month a go. Tried your chat again but this 48hours seems to be getting longer and longer.

Well that's a rarity - had an #NBN #FTTH / #FTTP service dropout for almost 45 min. @Optus Chat Technical support confirmed the NBN backend dropped out at 7:28pm and ruled out anything at a user/home level root cause.
