    @DoctorKarl On Foreshore and Botany Rd areas of Botany, my phone just doesn't want to connect to anyone. Can see many KM across the bay, but nothing works. Optus network.

    @lukepar21 @Optus Is this issue resolved for you @lukepar21. I am still unable to receive incoming calls and no update from optus or coles mobile. Horrible service.

    @Optus so instead of fixing a mobile diverting to voicemail you have instead diverted that mobile to mine. After 5 hrs with online chat yesterday this is how you have solved my problem. Now on phone with 3rd person who just transfers me to another dept. you can to better #Optus.

    @HollyOakau @friendlyjordies @Optus Except when Optus has a network issue, haven't been able to receive incoming calls or texts for 3 days on my amaysim network. They say it is for Optus to sort :/

    @MrTobyCook @TechYESCity It's rare to find a place in brissie with FTTP. They mostly reused the existing HFC network. If it was Telstra HFC you should be ok.., Optus not so much lol

    @Optus So what you're telling me is that although I've been a customer for almost 20 years, you don't value me enough and so I'm better off just going elsewhere for the phone. A) your new plans are less competitive than my current plans

    Yo @Optus, what’s happening In 4006? The service interruption were supposed to end 29/04. It’s been over 3 weeks now with inconsistent service, the $30 credit you gave me doesn’t cut it. This has affected the ability to do my work and live day to day. I want to cancel my service

    @optus is there a problem with SMS messages in/around Lismore? People are sending me messages and I’m not receiving them. No new messages since Friday - not even the spam ones!
