    @DenyseWhelan1 @Optus Oh I think they are but the store staff know the issue in detail so I’m leaving it up to them. They already told me I wouldn’t have to pay a late fee if they didn’t get to it. Might follow up tomorrow.

    Optus Telstra Vodafone etc etc shops, public cheating misleading and misinforming just to get people to sign up, AND MINIMAL AFTER SERVICE, needs the govnt regulators to step because its getting worst by the day.

    @Optus is this the handle for customer complaints? I am a new subscriber to Optus internet + fetch TV and have been having intermittent loss of internet. Request to technical team for assistance is futile as nuts sitting out there just have parroted replies..PLEASE could you help

    @delaneykingrox @angharadyeo I still havnt set up my LAN after getting a stank router from Optus - it’s a huwei one. They said I gotta call customer care @optus meanwhile still deleting my add-on data w/ the same method. Hey it’s my pseudo decent code.

    @Optus What’s the deal with a reduced service in my area for over a week now? My NBN internet has been so slow it can’t even play @netflix at full resolution and new movies look like they were made in 1980. Help.

    My street has a sense of humour. Current wifi networks within a 100m radius: Reptilian Intelligence Network Pretty fly for a wifi Drop it like it’s hotspot Optus blah blah blah

    @agronomybrady @CharlesHazelton @TelstraBcast Hi James, we were using same device. Cost a fortune with sporadic service. Not sure of your coverage but we switched to Optus modem. I think the plan is 500gb for $80/mth.( I’ll have to check).Kids have been on Netflix, multiple devices no problems.
