@steelite @Optus I am having the same problem I got a Apple Watch 8 from Optus store and have not been able to set up the number share. I have contacted Optus on a number of occasions and have not got a resolution after a week. I am ready to return the watch and cancel my service with Optus

So now it’s 25th and it’s been 6 weeks and now your latest technician has informed me that I placed the initial upgrade incorrectly. It’s a different story each time. Sort your **** out. @Optus

I have Optus MBB using a wifi connection. The Down load speed has dramatically INCREASED to approx 200mbps over the last two weeks, I am wondering why? has OPTUS lost heaps of Customers?

Optus, still doing great, after the Cyber issue, they now have an outage sending to .hotmail accounts, seems somebody has been over zealous.

@Jeremy_Kirk @medibank Not as bad, but a thing that made me go "mmm" in the Optus breach - I left them years ago but my old login details were still active; it's how I was able to contact & communicate 'securely' on the app I newly loaded. Wouldn't have occurred to me to worry about old account access.
