    @natecochrane I think it’s more true that the public version is a fiction. Remember when Optus lost control of voice recordings it kept for the entire phone network ? They said optical fibres had been cut and intercepted. It didn’t explain the supplied evidence of how the data was accessed.

    @VictorDominello Went to service NSW yesterday to do this and they refused, saying they weren't doing it for people who were requesting it solely for the Optus hack

    @9NewsAUS This Optus hack was a by-product of using poor quality, poorly trained offshoring application development resources from India & major cost cutting of project mgrmnt, testing & governance. This a warning to all Australian companies that outsource @karlstefanovic @SevenNetwork

    @sophie_bulldogs @Koodzie The privacy commissioner should issue large fine and penalty so Optus should pay regardless but I don’t imagine people will get much from participating in a class action.
