It might be an idea to refer to your network as dying instead of living @Optus so slow and constant "network maintenance" on towers.

@Optus internet service and optus webmail account have been disabled by you by mistake, and now customer service is saying that it's "out of their scope" to reinstate it. They've made numerous false promises to contact us back, this has been happening all week. Horrible service.
