    9:03pm I just want to watch @OptusSport which has the prem game on.. then I realised I'm an @optus NBN customer.. which means no internet when you want to use it.

    @amaysimAU Hi, we're still having issues - no 3G for calls but 4G for data. Optus are upgrading our local transmitter to 5G and it has been extended until 12th. The date keeps moving - was 9th last week. Amaysim don't offer VoLTE which allows calls to be made over 4G. Optus direct do.

    3 past 8... @optus NBN has disconnected... again.. I will be documenting this here.. follow my journey that's 4 weeks behind into the woes of being an @optus customer.

    Problems with service providers never cease. Currently my mobile is only part functional due to an enforced move to Optus and their failure to date to arrange roaming for me or provide useful support at a useful hour

    Question. We have a 'landline' via Optus NBN that comes off the modem/wi-fi box. But our cordless phone doesn't have range to reach back of house with good reception. Is there a solution via wi-fi, or suggestions on a cordless that will do 20-25metres through house clearly?
