    Worst exp. with @Optus had my no. ported from @VodafoneAU to @Optus , after that cant receive calls from vodafone numbers, i contacted many times, still no progress, everytime they say our senior is working this that, its being 6 days now, Can anyone able to help, as they can’t!

    @JulianBurnside Correct. Optus is equally awful (think they use the same service providers) Dodo also really bad - but they're incompetent staff are at least nice on the phone...

    @Optus fetch still showing no internet. Multiple restarts all of the trouble shooting completed still no internet. All other devices operating normal. Should get a discount #optusfetchoutage
