    Hi @Optus ,my #iPhone has died 🪦and the good folk at my @Apple store tell me its beyond repair. I've been advised by your customer service that I can't buy a replacement phone and continue my existing contract. I have to pay it out. Is this true? I am having trouble believing it

    Home broadband help required! We seem to have fallen through the ‘internet revolution’ cracks in our area of inner south Brisbane (2km from the GPO). For 10 years, we had adequate @Optus fibre optic cable until we were recently forced off. 1/3

    @Optus I can understand the issue, it will be good if optus can organise a call back service rather than asking customers to hold the line.

    @Telstra Thanks Ryan. We understand we won’t ever be getting NBN because an ‘existing provider delivers a fibre network to this area’. Given that Optus has been forced to close their network, it must mean the former Telstra Velocity network.

    @Optus Hi, any chance you'll be improving reception between gosford and central for us commuters? Before switching from Vodafone, I used to be able to stream lectures whilst travelling. Now I barely get a signal and forget about zoom or any streaming.

    @Optus please don't shut down your old #3G network. I still have old phones like an iPhone 4S which rely on 3G connectivity. For #nostalgia reasons please keep your 3G network working.
