    @Optus you say available until 8pm. Ring and it says closed Yr effin chat thing sucks. No one has replied to my chat. I dont have all effin night. Put my internet back on. If u think Im rude. Shove it. Im changing to TPG because your service is woeful

    i'm a ****** idiot. long story short emails not working for 4 days. fixed today. not mine. ring optus. cant verify me cause of old mobile number. one guy finally gave me a new password. 4 hours trying, abusing optus & i didnt put the number 4 in the password. now working. *******

    @Optus terrible customer service. Live chat responds a whole day later at 2am in the bloody morning and then says seeing as you're not available, contact us again when you are, seriously what do you think I was doing the first time. And now I have to wait again. Ridiculous.
