So tired of paying monthly for crap internet. 5 years of useless Telstra NBN TTN which didn't work because copper wires degraded. Now, Optus wireless can't even stream IView. Scared to lock in to anything else, or too expensive

@Optus the prepaid 'prizes' you offered me are terrible. Even the options after the swap - two of which were the same as the first time. Won't use any of them. Never mind.

.@Optus appears to have just given up on customer service. The data breach jarred my complacency with them. They haven't been good for years, but trying to deal with them over it has been a nightmare. This time next week, I'll be with someone else. #GoodRiddance #OptusFail

@Optus I have already checked it through your site and they have been assessing the device since early last week! Not sure why it takes so long to assess the device, not even fix it

@Sandra_Sully Wish you success Sandra. Seems like it's a race to the bottom with Tel Cos. Also how can Australia's NBN still be below par. (Optus customer here. Very minimal info after breach.)

If the #OptusHack wasn't enough to make customers flee from #Optus, their absurdly bad app, through which one is supposed to go to for customer service, must be the final straw.

Massive raspberry to @Optus for their awful protection of my data. Why did you need to keep it anyway? BUT massive bouquet to Services SA Modbury for updating my driver's licence in less than 30 minutes. Big thank you to @PMalinauskasMP for making this happen. #OptusHack
