  I am getting so frustrated with @Optus. They emailed me on 4/11 telling me that my phone that I preordered on 10/09 was on the way and it is now 20/11 and I still don't have it and I'm on their chat feature again trying to sort this **** out - just give me my new phone 😩

  Day 1 of daytime media blackout to watch World Cup matches post-work; fail. The ******* Optus Sports app sent me a result push notification. We try again tomorrow. Also expecting some pillock in the office to blurt out the result, pub showing the game as I walk past etc.😡

  @galumay Voda is crap up here, and Optus gave away my personal information. I work on cellular a bit, and my experience with MVNOs is they’re less reliable when you want enough bandwidth and stability to work. Not always, just when you need it most.

  @Optus why is your network coverage almost non existent now in Hillside Victoria at the Calder Park end, it used to be magnificent up until a few months ago? Is this a result of your recent 'upgrade'
