    Finally, (🤞🏻) after almost 10 months, 26 people, 4 case managers, 67 pieces of communication, & a TIO complaint, @Optus has resolved an error on their end. I’m going to write a story soon, so people know how bad this company is. Who said Australian customer service was dead?

    @Optus is there a problem with you call centre on 133937 to deal with general questions relating to mobile phone services? I have three times gone through you LONG automated system only to be disconnected when it goes through to your overseas call centre.

    @Optus what’s the plan to resolve the ongoing 5G home internet issue around Moorooka, Brisbane. This has happened in the month of April and again now. We were not notified about the ongoing maintenance work happening for a week now.
