    Literally is there a Negative Brownie point that the @Optus Call center person receives when he/she takes a cancellation request. Call @Optus for Cancelling your service and you will be led on a sweet merry chase for hours on hold. Pathetic support

    @_erikaroper I'm in an area that doesn't have Optus network coverage. Belong mobile works really well for me at $25 a month. More data than I can use and accumulates if I don't use it. Can gift data to my kids if they need.

    @Optus Hi, After being assigned me business mobile case manager and few emails to and fro with questionnaires and queries. Nothing has been able to find a solution after 10 days of hassal. My question is such a big company with so many tech supports isn’t able to do anything.

    @chrismsia Kayo multi screen has increased and about to increase again. If they did so for single device or screen. Likely to ditch it for bein sports directly for football fix not on Optus sports 2/end

    @Optus Thanks Mitch. I sent a DM, but it turns out that Optus had an hours long outage, and my provider using your lines really dropped the ball after the outage was resolved. I managed to change providers and everything is working properly again. Thanks for the quick response!
