Why is the government always too slow to act on anything urgent? They should have announced that every affected Optus customer can get a new drivers license, Medicare card and passport with brand new numbers on Day 1.

@kbrspace We called number in Philippines call centre you gave us in email.They couldn't give any information at all not even if my details was one the leaked on line. We're is the help? Organise a australian call centre that can help us .This is ridiculous. You should be sacked #optus
