@Optus Still no better...if anything worse. Doesn't help that the 4G service is a max of 2 bars either. Atrocious service considering I'm 15km from Sydney CBD.

@Optus I see you deleted your previous tweet because the offer is actually over. I don't see it in the app any more. Poor form. Such a long ongoing partnership ending should have been announced. Like the Hoyts manager said you are quick to chase late bills.

@Optus hi optus, I can only call people who are on the optus network. I have tried calling numbers on other networks and they say disconnected. And people on other networks can’t call me. Can you please advise?

Just spoke to another customer who had driven from Subiaco as Optus was closed there as well. Geez. @optus gone broke perhaps? 😬

@shivjam @Optus For context I have a preorder bonus and they're trying to get me to create an account so that the code to redeem will automatically be sent to me. I had to break it down real slow that I can't do that because I already have an account with that email. This is just stupidity.

The fact that I had to slowly break down the concept of not being able to create an account for a platform because I already have one using that email address, not once, not twice but THRICE to an @Optus support rep is mind boggling. I'm trying real hard to be patient rn...
