Never use @Optus I've spent 4days about about 12hour on chats and calls trying to sort out issues. I've caught them in lies and this 7year old business account is going somewhere else but they are holding the porting of number hostage. **** OPTUS!

@Optus I requested a prepaid sim activation more than 24 hours ago and it's still "processing". I'm already an Optus customer so why is the phone number transferral taking so long? I'm unable to use 2FA to log on to accounts which I need to access. What am I meant to do now?

@Optus @Tempf8 What in Gods name is happening with my internet service on my mobile phone today. 2 bars , losing service altogether at times, all day been slow. Only last week, they supposedly serviced the tower. What on earth is going on??
