Was supposed to work a bar shift for Human Nature concert at Kings Park tonight but had to cancel late to work a FMG function at Optus Stadium as part of my JobKeeper. Back at Optus tomorrow for Christmas Markets Weekend 2.

@Optus this is getting really stressful - we have no home internet since Friday and unreliable mobile service due to ‘upgrades’ (postcode 4060). Were told we would be contacted by a ‘high priority’ person by 9am today. Have heard nothing. Please help.

@Optus please update your comms on outages! There’s obviously a big outage and your help line is jammed. It would help customers and your help team if the general comms could give regular updates. Even bad news is more helpful than no news. Thank you!

@samywamy10 @Optus Yes, VoLTE uses SIP. But again, you're talking about very small amounts of data here; tracking that down would be very hard.

@ms_dingo @constan10101 I was with Optus for about 10 years They told me this year that their cable service was being shut down and that I would have to run on the old copper phone line back to the fibre node. I told them to bugger off. Ended up purchasing a wireless broadband router and put a SIM in it
