    @Optus curious how I’m meant to pay my bill when you keep changing the app so I can’t access it. Can’t call cos there’s no one there. Can’t pay on phone because u need account number. Can get account number cos it’s on the defunct app this is appalling customer service

    @1883Official No because we have Netflix, Stan, Disney, Optus Sport and Kayo and I’m not paying for another damn subscription service. Sick of all this crap 😡🤬
