hey @telstra, has the tower in Dorset Square, Boronia VIC been fixed yet (or is there an ETA for fix)? 4G Reception is still terrible (Optus is fine). Reported months ago and were assured it would be fixed.

@BupaAustralia Why on earth is Bupa sending emails informing customers that they are to expect a bonus paid into their bank account and then asking them to update their banking details via email . Didn’t they learn anything from Optus and Medibank scams? How stupid are you ?

@Optus Just letting you know I’ve never experienced worse customer service in call centre than yours. Never been so many times switched between agents back and forth as each considered my case not their area or couldn’t pass properly what I explained at first

@EattSw @AnnieWillow7 I'm not with Optus but I heard their new ad on the radio yesterday pushing the Digital ID as a solution to their data breach. I was horrified in that most people won't see that it's just handing over more info and not going to solve the hacking problem in any way.

@Optus can you please provide basic service.. Poor network (blame it on telco), data breach (blame it on , False sale, no response to formal complaints (of false sale), call center people have no clue whatsoever (on order or complaint)… Basically you want me to quit using Optus.
