@KateEmerson88 I just returned from Service SA where I handed in my license, courtesy of OPTUS. Out of about 100 people, I saw about 5 masks.

@Mbridget21 So the Optus and Telstra "hacks" seem like just a pretext to get public opinion to support digital ID?

@belinduhpyne @Optus I reckon that at least the 10200ish group should not be charged for a period of time, say 3 months. Problem is, how do you "fix" the unfixable? Data is now leaked. You can change phone, licence & passport #'s. But birthdates & address...

Just received an email from Optus telling me that my drivers licence was in fact exposed during the “cyberattack” (sic). It starts: “Dear Customer,” Clearly my details have been stolen and Optus no longer knows my name. #optus

Ay, @Optus explain to me why I got an email telling me you can now confirm my licence was exposed when A) I never received an initial email informing my data was accessed; B) when I contacted you earlier I was told no details were accessed. 🙄#OptusDataBreach #raginglyincompetent

Thanks for your email just now @Optus. Apparently my data has been exposed and you’re only just letting me know. What a disgrace. I wish I could cancel the contract I have with you.

@KoparaFallsKid Ah. It reminds me of Optus, after my husband died; acct in his name and they wouldn't change it to mine without a death cert. So in the end I told them to send it to him in heaven. I got a bad debt notice. Laughed at them. Will never do Optus again.

@Dudebank @Optus I was like wouldn’t the staff at the Optus store notice the broken phone when I returned it. Said as I had no proof that I didn’t break the phone, it was my responsibility. Get ******, I never paid it!
