@Optus Seems to be sorted. Was back to H+ or emergency calls only but seems to have 4G again now. Jindera 2641.

@optus WHY have you taken away the option to pick up a replacement SIM and just activate it yourself?! THis sucks.

@Optus Unfortunately on messaging they said they can’t help as there is an open case no. I have no idea what this is as I didn’t report anything. I have had the NBN for only a couple of weeks. The phone light is out on modem and other lights on I have no idea on. I’m not technical.

Hi @Optus I am abroad in U.K. till December and my service has been disconnected to protect me from a “bill shock”. I urgently need this reconnected as I can’t receive sms codes to log into my mygov to access covid vaccination certificate to return home!
