    @haruki_zaemon @Optus And rightly so. What happens when they discover how deep the problems go? I’m just speculating, and assuming, but it seems possible that there are security problems left right and centre.

    @Denisey_pooh @ServiceNSW @Optus emailed and said both licence & card numbers were exposed and recommends applying for a replacement licence. The issue is that only changes the card number. We are not getting a replacement licence with a new licence number. Is this good enough is it? 🙄

    @Optus every part of the app says it’s having technical difficulties so I can’t reach chat is the app down or is it just mine?

    @ciaranmartinoxf Indeed. Also, cynic in me reckons it's an attempt at bargaining with the Minister (who also runs Home Affairs --> our Security of CI regime) to not contemplate switching on risk management program obligations for Optus down the track under the aforementioned regime.

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 @Optus I've just discovered (via complaint) the notification sent to me wasn't correct; fields of data that were compromised (eg street address & phone) were left out of my list. Australians need to know even those email details may be incorrect. What will you do about this?

    @JayneFlan @AlboMP I'm also a Grayndler voter & feel the same. I was busy on the phone sorting out Optus mess today but I'll be calling next week too. I'll never vote for him or anyone in this ALP govt again
