Help! The #Optus hack has led to a #PayPal hack which is blocking me from logging in to PayPal as the hacker has changed my acct to an Authenticator login. All attempts to login and inform PayPal now are dead end! #Westpac informed - $500 blocked. Only the beginning!

@Optus @rico_wallaby I’ve sought help to stop r rated spam emails from hitting my inbox and despite several requests Optus has never had a solution so how on earth will this hack ensure every customer is safe?

@Optus , long term customer here. So since data breach from Wednesday, only email I got from you is billing email. Does it mean I’m not in the breach which I highly doubt that or just don’t give a rat about your customer?

@Optus this is not a small breach. It's not a matter for your customers to "check their accounts" because the leaked information will allow new accounts to be created and it may be years until I know how much damage this leak has caused.

I rang Optus technical support and I have been assigned a case manager , when I asked when he is going tok contact me was told anywhere in the next 24 hours. This means the NBN will not have been working for two days which I find not acceptable.
