    @Optus hey, you ever going to fix your service so I can text? Or are you too busy giving out my drivers licence number to more people? Just wondering. Remind me again why I should be paying you for your "service" again. You never seem to have a problem taking the money out.

    Also, @Optus, what service are you limiting? This area has been under maintenance for days, it's 50/50 if I can even access my bank or message someone when I'm out. This is a deplorable way to treat someone who pays their bill every month, without you taking the money personally.

    I have not been here in ages cos Kayne was back but not he has gone I can complain about how terrible @Optus is. forget security they cannot even give me a straight answer about setting my direct debit to a certain date.

    Not sure if it is related to Optus data breach but my connection is terrible again. If you think slow is bad wait til you get unreliable. Tried to contact Optus repeatedly and no human response just auto trying to sell me a new phone. Just poor Optus service!

    Hey @telstra you've already ruined my night I'm not ruining it further with the pain of chat support because you can't deliver more than 2 mbps to my phone in South West WA. I'm paying almost double what I was for Optus & Vodafone specifically to get decent service here & u fail!
