    @Optus @HoytsAustralia hi guys, i’m trying to buy 7 tickets to eternals through the optus perks link and when i click ‘Pay Now’ it has a loading screen then takes me back to the checkout. i’ve tried GPay and credit card, i’m on iOS Chrome and i’ve tried less seats too :( help me!

    @Optus has to have the worst customer experience. **** house over the phone, online, and now in person all to set up a new phone plan. It’s like taking blood from a stone. ******* painful.

    @Optus Bought a new Series 7 Applewatch Friday. Hours of trying to get the watch connected to my mobile plan have failed. This included 4 support calls AND a visit to the Chadtone store PLUS being told it would be escalated. And 4 resets of the watch. An exercise in frustration.

    @Optus I’ve sent a DM, initially it was not a big issue and I was not bothered, I just wanted to get it resolved. But now I am extremely disappointed at the customer service experience
