    @Optus The fun with your company never ends… I cancel my Internet service with you and yet I receive a bill over a month later. Now sitting on chat to try and sort it out waiting for ages. This is why I moved to another provider.

    @Optus Hello Optus …are you aware your 5G technical support is not able to provide technical support for blackspots in domestic settings? Very poor customer service. Tech support recommended I speak to a ‘local expert’?? Optus sell Nokia 5G solution but not support it?

    @Optus Any chance you can improve NBN connectivity in the 2155 region of NSW please? Network has been dropping out every other minute for the last week. No doubt you will charge your customers full price even though service (and communication) has been extremely poor…

    @Optus Tried all the trouble shooting things still won’t send. Everything that should be on is on! Don’t know why this is happening it is so frustrating.

    $50billion bungled on @NBN_Australia and I'm sitting here in inner Sydney since mid March with no date for nbn outage to be fixed and @Optus wanting me to upgrade my nbn plan....which doesn't work to get a hybrid modem with 4G backup. #AusPol2022

    Wow. Getting messages this week from Optus asking me to rate their customer service & experience. It's funny because I haven't been a customer since June last year when I switched to another provider because they were so ****. Optus, you can take this as your rating. Zero stars.

    @AleaguesCentral That seals the deal. I am no longer a @OptusSport fan. Ive been an Optus fan since 1985 and a prepaid plan holder since 1987. I won't watch Optus sport or renew my subscription. I’m taking my support to @Telstra where they actually know how to run a telecommunications company…
