@garard_mark @GeoffHutchison @abcperth Well its all a load of crap. Went to the dentist in town on Wednesday. Could only have 8 people in waiting room. But a full house at optus a few nights before. Couldn't understand why but have just worked out that at 12am tomorrow morning we are all stuffed. Look out 👽 r coming

@cjlc1829 Without any further details on your address etc, I am unable to provide further information. However I can advise that NBN equipment/technology is owned and updated by NBN and companies like Optus, are the provider of the service that that technology allows. Casey

@Optus Jono I reported this fault on Tuesday and had a technician booked for today. I took time off work and nobody showed up. I have just called the contact centre three times only to be hung up on twice. I don't need "outage and troubleshooting tips."

@Optus It is fixed now it looks like. I don't understand why there isn't an app or website where we can get interruption info easily without having to spend time on the phone trying to figure out if it's just us or the area or the whole network.

@RobThanatos Telstra, Optus, iinet I’ve been with them and many others and they all have consistent connection issues and high ping and when I contact them about it it’s like they’ve never even used the internet before.
