@Fireborn87 @NBN_Australia Hear, hear. I just got Belong 4g to try and get better value, but it's terrible. I also have it on my phone, which is fine, but the 5g SIM I have in my home modem just won't stay connected. Might have to try Optus network for home, or budget to go back to Starlink. This is STUPID

@Gergyl @CourtRum @Optus Yeah. I left them over that exact issue. Their solution was for me to keep rebooting until I connected to a faster server. Absolutely useless.

@Optus Hi Zac, thanks for your reply. I am into the THIRD HOUR of corresponding with @Optus online chat, with a person who has very poor english. I am not willing to repeat myself via DM at the moment as it will be more duplication. Incredibly frustrating.

You are an absolute joke @Optus Went into a store about an issue and they couldn't fix the problem and twice today I contacted the customer care centre, both times got put on hold and you hung up on me. I'l be contacting the ombudsman and moving my services to @Telstra

@Optus the person who is supposed to be handling my case, Jean, always calls at 4:58pm and my phone rings for a split second, i don't even get a chance to answer it and it sits next to me on my desk. Then i get an email saying she will call again and never does. I have tried calling (3)
