    @Zemochcb @slsandpet @MRowlandMP I was wracking my brain trying to work out how I could have been affected since, to my knowledge, I had never been an Optus customer. My son eventually worked out that I had been a Virgin Mobile (a wholly owned subsidiary of Optus) customer up until five years ago.

    Bloody Optus, signed up 4months ago to new plan and this 💩 happens. No recourse for me I’d suggest and not even a txt msg since the breach. Why am I not surprised, their customers service is 🐂💩. 👎🏿
