Don’t know if it’s because I’m roaming or not but **** is Optus coverage **** where I’m at in Melbourne.

  • miss_mines Jas Mine (@miss_mines) reported

@Optus Interesting how your solution is to propose that I sign up for notifications… which I cannot receive because I am regularly without service. This is unacceptable. I am not happy. This outage is having a hugely negative impact on my ability to perform my job and manage my life.

  • greghoey legal ghost (@greghoey) reported

@Optus do you realize how foul the service is via your customer service agents in #optus stores? go read all the reviews on google, dire service.

  • leckthegeck lexi (@leckthegeck) reported

Optus is actually the worst, my service is constantly slow and feels like it doesn’t work???

  • intrepidfear Intrepid Fear (@intrepidfear) reported

@Optus I just need to cancel my damned service. Your cancellations department apparently didn’t have access to that function apparently and on hold for over 40 minutes. Your support team are a disgrace.

@Optus hope you are working on discounts for customers around Kyabram been terrible tonight unplugging modem losing vision internet dropping out i know you sent sms with could be disruptions but this is appaling 10pm and still happening

@Optus I'm sure I'm not the first person to point out what a massive failure your app is as a service option. Before you launch an app, get your top executives to test it, and see how they like having hours of their time wasted.

  • headkittens Phoebe says "**** Labor" (@headkittens) reported

optus’s network must be eating **** today, having so many problems with my net 😤

  • ahmed_sid97 Ryuzaki-kun (@ahmed_sid97) reported

@Optus I haven't been able use use service for over 24 hrs now. There used to be brief outages but now I can't make/recieves calls and messages, and I can't use my mobile data at all now. Is there a solution to this problem?

  • teflocarbon Teflo⚡️ (@teflocarbon) reported

@fictillius Also HFC is a complete ******* disaster and isn't going to be replaced any time soon. FTTC and FTTN to FTTP isn't too hard. HFC is a different story, it's a completely different tech. Optus's HFC infrastructure was so bad they abandoned it.
