    @Optus Hi! I got a Wifi Box with Optus 4 business a few months ago, and it's near-unusably slow. Back and forth with phone support since then to no resolution, but I'm getting escalating scary bills. I'm near the CBD, and am covered by the coverage commitment. Help, please?

    @Optus Close to two hours to sort this! Great way to treat someone that spends $300 a month with you! Maybe I just offer up the Australian company selling through **** Smith at a cheaper price! Not happy!

    @Optus Hi there, it turned out loose hand to distribute but have good "anytime cancel" attitude. However still don't man world doesn't like business in loose hand at all. Anyway too many true beasts and 2nd generation of them. This brand sounds very bad now.

    @Optus My father was guaranteed a callback today in regards to the issues relating to his bill. The phone rang once and immediately hung up. How is that supposed to resolve anything? Thankfully your store in Loganholme has seemingly sorted it out. We'll find out next bill.
