    @ndoer8888 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Would you be able to send us a screenshot of this error via Twitter DM? I'd also recommend deleting and re-installing the My Optus App as that may resolve the issue. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Kristy

    @_YT_Rich @Optus No they don’t! I’ve messaged them so many times over the last few weeks and then today tried to call them and was on hold for 22 minutes after pressing “press 4 for technical support “!

    I’m wondering why anyone would use @Telstra .. just ticked over the 2 hour mark at trying to get business support ... for something that work and apparently (just got through whilst posting this) has now been banned... SMS to mobile devices (non phones)... @Optus here I come!

    @Optus Yeah I’ve asked for help over 20 Times from Optus - I can show you screen shots of the messages if you like ? I’ve talked to between 20-30 different people at Optus and nothing has been fixed. Some of your employees won’t even listen to me ! Telstra - you’ve got a new customer

    @Optus you said service would be resumed in Paddington 4064. Once again it’s down. 3 weeks without internet and you’re expecting me to pay the bill. Go with Telstra, customers. Optus don’t even listen. I’ve texted and called them and im ignored

    @Optus I'd be happy if you could sort out whatever it is that has been causing the signal in my area,Fishery Falls,FNQ, to be bloody hopeless for the last month.
