mycosys (@mycosys) reported@Optus @RunnerSA18 liar. Why do you offer no help to those you scammed???? Why are you lying about what was leaked?
-
Anirudh Reddy Koppula (@stoicalli) reportedHey @Optus , you had one job and that was to delete my account and info after I left your service in June. Why did you have to keep my record only to leak it during your recent cyberattack??? Why? Are you eager to speak to Legal? @Optus sooner you deal with this the better

Pre-eminent💡 (@preem1nent) reportedOptus is dragging this morning in Melbourne CBD, clearly throttling too as speed test starts at 0.3mbps and slowly rises up to 20ish. Still awful for supposed 5g
-
Tim Ogilvy (@OgilvyTim) reported@Telstra Enjoy being so bad at customer service, that people would still choose to be robbed by scammers at optus rather than deal with you.
-
Australian Cyber Security Centre (@CyberGovAU) reported@harvey_julia @ServiceNSW Hi Julia, IDCARE is Australia and New Zealand's national identity & cyber support service. IDCARE is supporting individuals who are impacted by the Optus data breach. They offer response recommendations by exposed credentials including Driver Licence details. 1/3

Rusted off @ rusting (@Juanita62826690) reportedStill going..in answer to did you send TWO emails - "Yes we sent that email". (They have actually only identified the first date, but not the second). I'm beginning to see why Optus security issues came about if simple comprehension is beyond them. But very empathetic.
-
Josh (@joshdolega) reported@Optus both myself and a mate have had our drivers license compromised due to your cybersecurity issue. Mate has been offered 12 month’s equitable protection and I wasn’t. WTF. I shouldn’t have to call you
-
Rusted off @ rusting (@Juanita62826690) reportedFollowing advice (thank you Sean) I messaged Optus to check whether they in fact sent me an emails about my driving licence. I set out clearly the dates of the purported Optus emails, still don't have a clear answer. Other than empathy to help. I don't want empathy - just facts!

James Mifsud (@jamesmifsud66) reported@MartinMurray_Ag Considering a kid hacked into the Optus network,I think anything is possible.
-
Rebecca Stewart (@GallopingSkirt) reported@jodiem And you just know that it’s all going to result in a crappier service from Optus. I’ve had terrible reception from them in this data breach time, I fail to see how they’re connected but apparently they are!
