@Optus If they were having issues I would expect just not be able to connect at all? Not have an actual normal connection and then it just disappear, it doesn’t matter the interval, does the same thing every time I restart

@Optus Hmmm bit late...3 calls to your customer service asking why I was paying so much, told 'this is the best deal for you' $10 per GB vs. $1.40 per GB with #PennyTel. Will be looking at home broadband next

@Optus Yes, we've looked. Spoken to Tech help ( who were very prompt and polite) But to take internet service off line for 5 days to fix a phone tower? Really? What business can tolerate that sort of interruption?
