Funny how Optus was "sorry there's nothing they could do to help" until I mentioned Australian Consumer Affairs! Suddenly they were able to give me a replacement phone to keep while they send my phone to be fixed, and credit my account $200! Crazy how that works!

@Optus is a 51 minute wait for support acceptable? On the top mobile plan, would have expected better....
