    Hey @Optus When you tell me that a senior technician will call me regarding the weeks of internet dropouts, even after you replaced my modem, with a 24 hour timeframe, and then that technician doesn't call I'm going to be angry. Your apps having errors too. Not good enough.

    @Julzpreston My phone has a report function, I assume from Optus (my service provider). It's already flagging the texts as spam.
