@abcnews @Optus Just got a text #OptusHack stating my DL number was taken. What other ID of my 100 points was taken? Will I hear via email as first notified, via sms or via snail mail. Customer care = Nil.

Nothing like @Optus sending you a text at 7pm on the Sunday before a public holiday, 10 days after the data breach that your details have been leaked and you need to contact Service NSW to replace your license, which won't be open til Tuesday.

@9NewsSyd My bank info was saved on their system for Optus Sport subscription. Plus i was a previous customer, and guess by the number they kept out info on file after. I received no info from them whether or not I had info leaked. They are dodgy as imo.
