Recently moved from small city Canada where the only time the internet failed was in a natural disaster. Can't believe how terrible @NBN_Australia service is. Multiple outages daily. SP's no help. Feels like a 2nd world country. #telstra #optus #internet

@jonathangard Optus can **** off if they think I’m renewing after this. Two minutes of post match people on the pitch, and moved swiftly on the Premier League Classics, Arsenal vs Liverpool from 2014. No interviews, no highlights, no “soak it all up.” Shite.

I love how @Optus can take 3.5 hours to respond to me on their IM customer support (so long that I had to go to sleep in the end) but then they only wait 20 minutes to end the conversation on their end when I don’t respond. Smh.

@Optus What’s to DM. I’ve tried ‘Auto’ and ‘High’ quality and the picture streams but it’s not sharp or high resolution in the least. I’ve a 250mbps link and can watch multiple streams at 4K without a flicker and yet Optus Sport always disappoints.
