    @Optus after 20 years with Optus I can confidently say I won’t be using your network again. Offline since 2:30pm have switched phone off and on again. Reset settings. Doesn’t matter, doesn’t work. Meanwhile you make me report the issue for you cause too hard to identify yourself

    @Optus While still offering hope that she would solv3 all my issues. Although always changing topic or having a long wait before asking a question instead of any direct response when asked to please transfer to tech support or a superior. The length will make me a laughing stock 2day

    @Telstra All day. From the moment I woke up. Worse than this, back in my remote home in Kalgoorlie WA I get better reception with Optus than I do with Telstra despite the sales rep assuring me I would get priority on the network 😑😑😑

    @Optus Which was the difference between cancelling a data sim or downgrading and having no choice. I had planned to have the two mediate after that horrible experience but after such great follow up support id feel guilty tarnishing company and great workers reputation.
