    @Optus what's going on please. My area has had mobile maintenance for last 6 days. Almost zero data speeds on 4G. Went to my parents in different location and same issue. My case was logged and closed.

    @Optus your 5g constantly drops out, your online assistance is abbismal I wonder if I paid for my service as cosinstantly as your service if it would be ok. $100 says you will respond to your social media faster than you will my message on your app.

    @Optus This is still unreliable with poor upload speeds. Is this really a price issue? Can I get better guaranteed bandwidth on a higher plan??? Why do I have to monitor and trouble shoot YOUR network & equipment?

    @Xam_Vanes @Optus @amy_bainbridge I work with those two journos and can speak to them about. Also that convo was from 2020. I was told it was an IT/tech issue with ‘no simple fix’. Wondering if it’s a cyber attack like at CH9?

    @Optus So you're telling me that I got a fee because I used my phone that was under a lease for 2 years? This is internal damage from screen usage not external and I took care of it, I called up your centre too. How can you charge more than a phones worth for inevitable damages?

    @Optus So I’ve used your message service. The bot can’t help me because I need to download & fill out a form so it can look into my account yet I DONT. HAVE. DECENT. CONNECTION. TO. DOWNLOAD. THE. FORM which is the reason I am contacting Optus! Useless!

    @Optus @Xam_Vanes Robotic replies straight from the manual. Don’t hold your breath Max, Optus have been fobbing off my elderly parents as though they’re stupid because the phones they were sold in store don’t work.

    optus: yeah we’ll fix your internet it’s ok optus: somehow makes it worse (I haven’t had decent wifi since last Monday and it hasn’t been working at all since like 3pm yesterday my sister just used my hotspot to attend her online class 🙃🙃🙃)

    @Optus My point is that the connection is so bad either mobile data or home internet/wifi (both provided by Optus) that I can’t even get into the messages to resume/re-start the conversation.

    @kathylord2 @Optus I've read online this seems to be a problem which is experienced by many.. Promised phone calls which never happen and all Optus does is hide behind "transit delays" instead of taking ownership of their poor customer service.
