5 years ago I was an unhappy @Optus customer. Recently they had a data breach and even though I haven't had a phone contract with them since then they still held my deets and then open sourced them, wtf. Now need to get new license & other nonsense.. this being how I fund out.

I got another message & email from Optus about the📱 debt I have. I still have the 9k plus credit card debt that I can’t pay. I’m sick of being in debt. The problem is our debts exceed our centrelink incomes.

Wow @optus, I get that you can't be bothered employing staff, but you could at least make your AI moderately functional to compensate... no, I guess not, how would @Singtel bleed every last penny from the company's dying husk if they had to waste it on customer service

Cop this. COVID kills my Business. Going to restart. Want to be UBER driver in between. Uber doesn't like my license. Get new one. Issued. 6 weeks to post - Optus Data breach excuse. Now Footy Injuries an issue to be Comm Driver. FMD!! 😡 Played AFL at 92 - still 92kgs. Rant over

@Optus hey Optus. There's a game called Albion online that's coming out shortly with a server for our region and it's hosted in Singapore. However our traffic is not going direct to Singapore so our ping is 350+ when it should be around 100. Please fix this. Thank you.
