@robynbryant33 But Optus are no better, it takes around two hours to migrate up the levels of "experts" only to be told to call "this number" ....which was the same number you dialled to begin with. The big guys are crap ...I did use Aldi for a while and their support was very good.

Hey @amaysimAU, I took the plunge and left Optus today and switched to you. Of all the days! I've been without my work phone number for 8 hours now. You have some kind of tech problem, yes? Not the best beginning...😢

@Tristan74290800 Maybe. But to assume others are better because Optus was hacked - and/or that there are necessarily more holes and/or bad luck... ...might be recency bias in action.

That’s ADSL2 speeds I’m paying $30.00 a month for service im not the only person in my area with 4G issues I received a message back in early June about fixing towers please keep my information private when commenting here not happy Optus

@premierleague @alanshearer Who knows you’ve sold the rights to Singtel/Optus and it’s behind paywalls bound to having mobile or internet on a network that’s patchy and expensive. Haven’t watched a live game in years
