    @Optus Yes - that’s what your Bots said as well. However they confirmed that there wasn’t an issue with the network - the issue was my phone number. I’d love to take this to a DM but nothing is getting done privately.

    Hey @Optus I thought buy switching from Telstra I would receive some better products and service, and after signing a contract and the device wasn’t sent when it was meant to be, your answer is to go through the whole process again and have no internet service for another 5 days

    I have rarely received scam calls. Interesting I am now getting multiple a day. Scam: I am calling about your Telstra internet. (I am with @Optus: not a recommendation btw) Rob: Did you say 'Telstar'? Scam: Telstra. It's an internet service provider. Rob: Oh is it?

    @Optus It's taken 4 people, 4 hours to try change my nbn plan ,no one seems to know what they are doing , you say use the online chat and your service assistant will be able to help you so your not having to wait in a line at the Yes optus store 1 person is all it should take.
