    @yeahthevic I am with @amaysimAU which uses #Optus and now is part of them, and still have outages. So why do they waste money on #5G to fix up current #4G?

    @Optus i cant access webmail and your support staff are no help at all, they only know how to basic trouble shoot. it has been like this for a day now.

    @PhilippBayer OMG YES. As a Singaporean myself, things get done really slowly here. And any faults that’s made during work order, consumers gotta try fix it ourselves. Optus, for one.
