    @Optus 2 weeks of telling your agents the SAME THING again & again, none of them listen, none of them read notes from previous conversations, none of them can do anything except require you to identify yourself over & over, the problem still ongoing... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

    @Optus Repeat process with different agent 4 hours later. Despite having provided screen shots of problem in previous chats, subsequent agents ask the SAME questions despite claiming to have read the notes. Continue this process on repeat for 2 weeks and THEN

    @gomoau The Optus network - theyl stop your internet without notification then say its NBN and the engineer cant come till June the 16th - another network sets you up in three days - Optus the service without service

    @m_felgate Correct. Horrendous non call. I thought Optus oval blatant cheating was bad tonight, until I saw that one!

    @Optus It's a simple matter of outsourcing being problematic in so many pronounced ways. It sends jobs overseas and saddles your customers with service that is poorly navigated by foreign folks whose first language isn't the same as the customer's. The USA did it excessively.
