Honestly if I see the Optus CEO trying to cheerfully mitigate any more of their **** I will scream. She really has no concept how many of us use our passport for ID on an almost daily basis. But sure "it's fine for travelling". FU! Pay for our replacements immediately. #OptusHack

Optus have treated me like **** since day dot. After the 50 minutes it takes to talk to someone you can't understand them anyway. I'm changing my payment details and walking away bad luck for you Optus. #OptusDataBreach

@engagedpractx @Optus That’s so bad. So so bad. It’s so they don’t pay to replace it. That’s really bad.

@ok_lyndsey @Optus I'm not working in cybersecurity, just reception, and so far (other than the few shifts) I have no real complaints.

@Peter_F_Ryan @abcnews @Optus A good interview. Kelly was unimpressive and it sounded exactly like the tin ear defence that we’d expect from the likes of Alan Joyce. Both she and Joyce are the worst examples of leadership in business in Australia. Deny the obvious, protect themselves at the expense of others

Tough Luck @Optus You screwed up big time. Call it a small price to pay. Let people move Optus said the only reason customers would not be able to cancel their accounts was if they had not completed a repayment plan or paid a fee to cancel their repayment plan. #Optus #OptusHack

@SkyNewsAust There is a simple solution to this Optus dilemma. CEO Kelly Bayer-Rosmarin should release all her private ID details on line, including her passport, and then test how safe it is to travel for the rest of us. Otherwise, just resign and move on.

@redruby17 @Optus @dfat I'm so sorry, that's just awful. I can only imagine how difficult it is to hear of this unilateral decision made "about you". It's made you powerless all over again, when you've done nothing wrong. Not good management at all.

As I am; an Optus Customer: if I had details from the breach & had nefarious motives in mind. I'd reach out to people pretending to be Optus in regards to that very breach. Thus, I haven't touched any "Optus" emails of late

@Anthony_Klan That would explain the timing of the text I *just* got from iiNet assuring me that the data breach didn’t affect me (they used to use the Optus network, so it *was* a mild concern ). It’s a subtle flex that also boosts public consciousness of the Optus data breach.
