    @Optus Are you aware some people could be stranded right now without any means of communication due to this inconvenience. I think #Optus should give all its customers free calling and data for the day or until the issue is resolved.

    @Optus In the past hour and a half, as requested, I’ve followed your instructions and “power cycled” my Optus NBN modem multiple times. But the connection remains incredibly slow (<< 1Mbps) and intermittent (very frequent dropouts, every few seconds or so). So what next?

    @Optus please explain why you have cancelled my autodebit and expired my prepaid service - you say the autodebit was declined but I checked with my credit card and there is no record of any Optus autodebit. You cant penalise me for your failures.
