Read an article in Saturday Financial Review by new Optus CEO, Kelly Bayer Rosmarin. I left Optus for poor customer service. Until she realizes she is is running a service company and not a telco company Optus will continue to fail! Customers want service!!!!!

@Optus I’ve literally spent 3 hours both on the phone and on chat to your customer team and I was passed on like a ping pong ball and was hanged up from your team who doesn’t have a clue of what they’re doing and asked me stupid questions! I could have done a lot in 3 hours..not happy

@Optus I’ve had my internet down due to your Outage for the past 3 hours! With the current lockdown situations and working from home, this is very annoying and frustrating! And using my phone as a data hotspot is not suitable due my data allowance. Any updates & any work arounds?

@pythagoNRL @mitchd_90 It took Optus a decade to iron it out the scaling/quality issues. Telstra about the same. But what ******** would they know. And this technical limitation doesn't even touch on the seemingly relevant lack of experience in negotiating international sports broadcast rights.

After much time and angst we work out he is talking about the emerg mobile modem that Optus sent me, not a phone and not something that I got in store with ID. Phew. He says he will look at and fix my orig issue, if not escalate. But I thought they were already escalated?
