    @Optus I haven't been able use use service for over 24 hrs now. There used to be brief outages but now I can't make/recieves calls and messages, and I can't use my mobile data at all now. Is there a solution to this problem?

    @Optus I just need to cancel my damned service. Your cancellations department apparently didn’t have access to that function apparently and on hold for over 40 minutes. Your support team are a disgrace.

    @Optus some terrible service via the live chat. assured the nbn technician would arrive and install between 1pm and 5pm today (as scheduled), they never arrive (no one calls us either). my partner and I cannot be home tomorrow due to work. terrible service.

    Don’t know if it’s because I’m roaming or not but **** is Optus coverage **** where I’m at in Melbourne.

    @Optus It’s your network, not my phone or my wife’s phone as they are both less than 6 months old, and I’ve spoken to others who are having the same problem that wasn’t there yesterday, sort it out. PS The phone reception around my house has gone from fantastic to “go outside to talk!”

    @Optus I'm sure I'm not the first person to point out what a massive failure your app is as a service option. Before you launch an app, get your top executives to test it, and see how they like having hours of their time wasted.

    @Optus Hi Meg i am pleased to say that the issue has now been resolved. It turns out it was for my old account. Stephanie from Optus support was able to resolve this. Thankyou for your assistance

    @discoball2000 @teflocarbon There was a Telstra security rep on 3AW the other day saying they're blocking 95%+ of these spam texts and calls so they never even reach your phone. I'm getting around 8 calls and 5 texts a day on Optus. Seriously thinking of switching to Telstra.

    @Optus do you realize how foul the service is via your customer service agents in #optus stores? go read all the reviews on google, dire service.

    @cwp3004 @Optus @benschued Yup same here , just about every app has been slow and not loading at all today
