@Optus I've been a customer since my first phone at 16. For those 11 years I've put up with poor reception, average 4G and rude customer service. It didn't bother me until today. When my plan is up I wont be back.

@garard_mark @GeoffHutchison @abcperth Well its all a load of crap. Went to the dentist in town on Wednesday. Could only have 8 people in waiting room. But a full house at optus a few nights before. Couldn't understand why but have just worked out that at 12am tomorrow morning we are all stuffed. Look out 👽 r coming

@Optus It is fixed now it looks like. I don't understand why there isn't an app or website where we can get interruption info easily without having to spend time on the phone trying to figure out if it's just us or the area or the whole network.

@Optus @Optus Did get an incorrect application for internet change on my property, neither Optus nor Dodo informed me; however I got it rectified by calling both #Optus and @DodoAustralia (something you guys should have done as a fix) Yet again, my net is disconnected, III tym this week

@cjlc1829 Without any further details on your address etc, I am unable to provide further information. However I can advise that NBN equipment/technology is owned and updated by NBN and companies like Optus, are the provider of the service that that technology allows. Casey

@DodoAustralia @Optus How stupid do you have to be to disconnect someone's internet service, not once, not twice, but thrice within a week? Someone logged an application & you didn't bother to do a basic address check. How difficult is that? #TIOAustralia #ombudsman
