@theage Why do you have to produce such documents for a mobile phone service when not even buying the phone? People with disabilities have difficulty with the two factor ID required for the Optus app. Optus insists on Direct Debit and now has compromised security with their over reach.

@ZiptieZoe dgmw i'm not trying to say optus ~~traumatised me~~ it's just that I work with people who take this stuff extremely serious and you've got this giant enterprise who don't even have their core PII (personally identifiable data) down pat. i'm professionally offended by it lol

Finally got my @Optus email, I mean, was pretty safe to assume that I was affected due to their unlocked back door. Lucky I took some initiative a few days ago. Only thing left to do is cancel my plan
