    @aeberbach @overjeer Yeah, nah. i know it's easy to **** on nbn. They're the worst client I've had the displeasure to have worked with. But it's always been like this for any infrastructure. Telecommunication including Telstra/optus,water, roads etc Alot does get done after hours, but most does not.

    @blocka00 Optus can't have any complaints with ppl looking for illegal streams when they dish up shite like this, end of. Shambles of a service. Every other streaming service I've used runs without a glitch in my current place that has FTTP.

    is there a worse mobile phone company than #Optus , customer support that is unhelpful and hangs up , and a website that is buggy and takes you round in circles to end up back where you started , angry and frustrated

    @Optus Thanks but it’s ok Steven. I’m confident it’s not an isolated issue. Been better in the last 10 mins (less blurry). My feedback is for matches in the 5am-7am & 9pm-12am range involving top 6 #EPL clubs, more bandwidth/capacity might be needed on your servers to support Full HD.

    @Snjezdamajana Did the ID you present have the same address as your Optus service or account? Can you tell me who you spoke with at the Optus Store? I can escalate this to the store manager and ask them to review what has happened. Meg
