    @Optus Yep, I did sign up for updates. They stopped updating me last Sunday. The message said 'we won't be in touch again until we've fixed things for you.' WTF @optus ? Terrible customer experience. Thanks for the update Liam.

    @davo2107 @CaraErin1 @johnshakespeare To be honest I was lazy with my words, but also wanted to avoid getting technical. But yes, I always assumed it was more likely Optus choking bandwidth allocation on the retail network so they can overcrowd it, they've done it for years. But so far no more issues, & decent 4G
