    Here we go again @Optus keen to respond failed to read message I am still having issues with sending and receiving texts with my post paid account, but staff through the app gave answers related to my prepaid number. 👎👎👎

    @stiffuppercut @Telstra To be trueful I was with Optus years ago and it was slow and 4g use to drop all the time. But Telstra NBN I seen people without internet for months waiting for install because they cant get technician to turn up and Telstra you can’t call directly once it’s working it’s ok.

    Really Unhappy with @Optus, My number portability from the same network is stuck and not getting resolved. My NBN connection which was supposed to be working isn't working and no resolutions on that too. #UnhappywithOptus

    @Optus But for me to assist you, can you assist me by giving answers related to my questions. As I know my account is $49 and 60GB which if you looked is not the issue, the issue is my account is showing 119GB

    @Optus My home cable Internet is down. I’d message you through the Optus app on my iPhone but whenever I tap “Message us”, the app crashes.

    @Tryndus @Telstra I had the same issues especially with @Optus if the answers are not on the computer screen they cancelled the message or pass you onto someone else.

    Why do companies so called #customerservice like @Optus gives answers not related to #customers enquiry & which the customers knew the answers anyway? Yes I know my account is $49 & 60GB the issue is why my account showing 119GB, as I am not paying for another mistakes of theirs.

    @Optus your tech support is a JOKE - your chat bot is next to useless, and the contact phone numbers just bounce you back to the chat WHERE NO ONE RESPONDS 🤬 been in chat limbo and not even a “you’re in a queue” DO BETTER
