After over fifteen years of being a loyal @Optus customer, it's finally time for me to switch. The complete blunder on data security leaking millions of passports, licenses and other personal details is just too much. They do not deserve business from Australians. TIO time.

@n3w4v3 @parsect @AustralianLabor In no universe am I forgiving Optus. I've just upended my last 48hrs bc of them, right when I was meant to be prioritising other things! I'm furious at them. And the Parliamentarians freely voting on **** they don't understand or care for!

Hey @Optus If i find someone steals my identity from the personal data you force me to give you that is now on the dark web that i then find myself defending bad debts - you, me & my solicitor have a date in the Federal Court to be sued.
