    @lesbianiwaoi what ******** does this mean i just buy a phone outright and unlocked or whatever and then optus says “give me $40 every month so u have lots of data” so i say “ok” and that’s that

    Apparently I found out online Fetch is not owned By Foxtel it is owned by Optus I think and it an internet based streaming service that has apps on the box so it needs to be near your modem to use and it might have separate packages for the apps you get and streaming platforms.

    @Optus Seems to have quietened down last 15 minutes (fingers crossed) Bloody scammers. Been getting 5 calls a day from 'Amazon' or Ebay or NBN... fun and games...

    @obi1666 And finally, not to defend Optus, but for the local telco’s network the calls are just a call from some spot outside. They don’t know it’s spam until they know it’s spam, and then the numbers change. It’s not an easy problem. 8/?
