@Optus I am not a customer but I keep receiving overdue payment messages for someone else. Have tried for 6 weeks to resolve to no avail. I can’t even send a complaint online as the page won’t submit. How about some customer service please?

  • SuDharmapala Su Dharmapala (@SuDharmapala) reported

@conceravota I am seriously tempted to sue him for breech of privacy and I am angry that @Optus - as my service provider - has enabled this.

  • farry63 marky farr (@farry63) reported from Marong, State of Victoria

@Optus I can’t even make a phone call now, keeps dropping out, I thought my issues with Optus poor service was over, so frustrating

@Optus why do you guys have no service anymore it’s been going on for weeks where I get no bars of service on my phone. I am based in the hills District of New South Wales. I am just trying to understand this and why I am paying for a service I haven’t received fully in weeks.

@RayJCapo79 @SweeneyPaddy9 I get the appeal of black and gold, but *******. Optus precinct is beautiful, but it looks like docklands on an overcast day in this pic.

I remember when optus stadium was built and everyone was like “this is a grand final stadium” and everyone was like wahhh but the MCG owns it for a million years. It’s so horrible to see what’s happening on the east coast but I’m SO excited perth gets this opportunity 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Why in the damn hell are both Telstra and Optus coverage absolutely garbage right now

  • ksjxmoonchild JK⁷ (@ksjxmoonchild) reported

@Optus why is my home wifi not working grrr

  • TheDancingSlug Victor Alert (@TheDancingSlug) reported

@PORTABLEAIRSYD @jriewolod @Telstra Never give them or Optus direct debit. Signed up for $30 pre paid monthly, Optus immediately deducted my last $300 out of my bank account and refused to give it back Took me three weeks to get a refund from an Oz call center, the offshore people flat out refused and wasted hours

  • MCIsgro Melissa (@MCIsgro) reported

@Optus Yeah I did use the full address but I wasn’t about to post it on Twitter… hopefully the fault is fixed soon. The solution offered (wifi dongle) is not suitable for our needs as the hardware is not wifi enabled. So now my husband needs to take annual leave, which isn’t fair.
