  @enngees Hi there, customers can recharge their service or purchase add-ons online using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or JCB) and PayPal. An Optus service needs to connect to the Optus network for activation, so we generally recommend setting up and activating the SIM once they've arrived in Australia.   @William35386289 Hi William, sorry to hear about your Apple iPhone and banking issue with your service provider - Amaysim. While Amaysim does operate on the Optus network, they are a separate provider to us. For any assistance with regard to reconnecting your service or account related enquiries you'll need to contact them directly to proceed - Kartik

  @strangebaaza @RjeyTech Well, I beg to differ. My previous fold 4, S22 ultra, fold 6, the current fold 7 and s26 ultra all had or have green line screen issues while my iPhone 12 pro, iPhone 14 pro max and 16 pro max still going strong, no issues whatsoever. All cost pretty much the same but Samsung quality is subpar, and service is shite. I still ordered the fold 8 as currently it is available for $0 via Optus Harvey Norman Australia. Bet you, it will also likely have this screen issue. No matter what Samsung does, somehow manages to create overpriced paperweights.

  @karavas_alex @BrianJArbuckle 50k of intense support at Optus which configuration isn't too dissimilar to MCG. Freo kicked 100+ in the 2 games at the G. Doesn't phase them mentally. Sat was a rare shootout. A GF doesn't have that level of intense support - 100k v 50k doesn't make a diff.

  @LCHF_Matt I had this same NBN box when I was with Optus internet. I got rid of it when I changed to full fibre with Aussie BB. I hated Optus, but I have to say, the NBN box itself never failed in all the years I had it. Will be interested to hear how you go with Starlink

  @Optus The reason I ask is my account is now overdue by 8 days, I'm able to pay the bill in 2 days in full however when asking for help or letting optus know of concerns with overdue accounts and financial difficulties the automatic payment system set up on this account restricts the help i can ask for online

  @Kimbo_Ramplin @_BradleyWilliam The problem is at Optus there will only be a few hundred tickets at $35. They lie by omission about the split between ticket prices. Most seats at Optus "no bad seats" Stadium will be category 1 or 2.
