@Optus That's weird that the outage for that area is listed on your website. Also, talked to your tech support. They said that Optus started working on the outage at 11:05am. Still not resolved.

  • pilchard Pilchard (@pilchard) reported

Thanks @Telstra for changing me to this “upfront” mobile plan. You’re now taking the money from me prior to delivering the service, instead of afterwards. Now I have no recourse if your service provides me with problems. Time to take my business to @Optus

@Optus Why didn't you answer the 5 questions I asked? I don't need you help, just answer the questions. Or would it expose the fact that Optus gives customers' numbers to "trusted partners" and I think, correct me if I'm wrong, and these partners pay Optus money in exchange for numbers.

@neilsherwin Good points @BlayneTreadgold makes there. All comes down too financial reasons about shifting the game to Optus. if there’s Huge hype. And It looks like it could crack 40 to 50k then ok. But If not hbf. 17k or more. Closer to that action. Much better atmosphere. Then Optus

Honestly @Optus the irony of asking a customer to refer to digital channels for support when my issue is access, via Optus to digital, wtf

  • visav_nath visav nath (@visav_nath) reported

@Optus submit a order on 26th sep, status is submitted since 29th sep, after regular followup earlier told me that no stock in warehouse. On 9th day of order came to know its in glitch since first day. Dis complaint but team is sleeping.👎👎👎

  • atakngor Atak (@atakngor) reported

@Optus So Quade, how did I get a scam call the next morning after activating my SIM? The fact that Optus denied it until I pressed hard tell me you sell numbers to third-parties. What support? I never received any contact from Optus. I have to tweet to get a response at times.

@NaomiM05270367 @Optus Most frustrating is when they disconnect the internet saying that we need to upgrade to NBN and actually your address is not even NBN ready!! We had now faced it twice and it’s a horrible feeling when you have a Kid sound year-12 VCE.

  • SW0RDIE Mark Saunders (@SW0RDIE) reported

So day 5 still no phone service. if you’re looking at buying an iPhone 13 choose your provider wisely. If you go with @Optus you may be without a service until they want to face the facts your phone needs replacing instead of passing you from dept to dept and stalling!! #shocking
