    Oh @optus, your customer portal really should have links to your #optushack FAQs by now - very disappointing to get the peacetime experience when logging on. Would also be specify if you have contacted former customers whose data could be exposed. Docs mention only 'customers'

    @Jeremy_Kirk Im an ex optus customer & even my ID numbers have been released according to Optus. I'm yet to hear from them as to what happens next & what will they do to help others like me

    @RonniSalt @Optus 1/2 Yes! They have made an artform of mishandling every situation that has impacted their customer base. No proactive measures to inform customers and reassure them, no attempt to compensate or value add to impacted customers. This has led to a confidence slump and exodus.

    @Aussidreamin @Betelgeuse591 Yes, But for memory Human Services including the NDIS was Hacked Much more information than Optus would hold. I have never heard of a phone company asking for your Passport number, just Licence number

    @bridgetparker Absolutely. Optus will struggle now I think. I've already switched to Vodafone. Optus can't be trusted and are far to slow to communicate and respond to customers. Very average at best.

    @RonniSalt @Optus Yep. Gladys is doing well there. A pattern seems to be followed. Who would have thought a company whose prime aim is communication and technology would fail so spectacularly. 5 stars.
