    I have not been here in ages cos Kayne was back but not he has gone I can complain about how terrible @Optus is. forget security they cannot even give me a straight answer about setting my direct debit to a certain date.

    Telstra are only coming out to stand up for Optus because they know their infrastructure is as equally rickety and vulnerable. They don’t criticism of **** security practices to be normalised.

    @couriermail Yep, got mine yesterday, lined up before 7.30 this morning at my local office. Staff were very understanding, friendly & organised despite all the trouble. I hope Optus is paying for the extra work put on Main Roads & not the tax payer!!
