@OptusSport Quality of the Liverpool game this morning was unwatchable. buffering issues, poor quality, poor sound cutting in and out. when trying to catch up it doesn’t load closing the app to get it working again. Terrible service. And no OPTUS I don’t need to do troubleshooting.

@Optus Hi just wondering when the Optus outage will be fixed for 2039. We have had no connection to the internet for 3 days now and your website continues to give the same information about ‘a network outage’ but no timeline for fixing or why it is taking so long to fix. Thanks

@blocka00 Optus can't have any complaints with ppl looking for illegal streams when they dish up shite like this, end of. Shambles of a service. Every other streaming service I've used runs without a glitch in my current place that has FTTP.

@Optus Your roaming in the USA is attrocious. What's the point of paying for international roaming if it does not work at all. Please fix the following 1) Your roaming with AT&T does not work 2) T-mobile roaming onto edge APN setting don't allow any data. My advice get local SIM
