    @k1rab0shi After having worked there and used them as my mobile provider I've found that you can pretty much get the same level of service for better value with optus if you're in a large city

    i dont want to pay optus until I can check the records, they have only offered to email me one bill. That is completely insane! I have been a loyal optus customer for nearly 20 years, I will be removing my account asap. Shame on you optus. #optusareshit

    Hey @Optus I’m getting daily dropouts with HFC NBN. The support team have been unhelpful. Concierge service is useless. I keep asking them to log a request with NBN but they keep giving excuses. On the one occasion a ticket was logged, they closed ticket immediately.

    @EpochTimes Paypal is owned by china, and can delete, cancel your existence and funds on a whim, they're doing it right now! CCP money! Like Optus, give them NO money goes straight into CCP coffers, we are warned.

    @Optus You didn’t. You didn’t notify that there was going to be an outage on home phones. Not everyone has a “smart phone”. Some people are elderly who rely on their home phones #dobetter
