    @optus what is the customer retention number? I was on hold for 2 hours and no one called me back when we were disconnected. I want to switch from a business plan to prepaid

    @WisdenCricket The cost of Tests is prohibitive, especially with travel on top. Grounds are too small for the modern game, we really need modern stadia, 30k+, with more seats the prices should come down. Optus stadium is a great example of a new stadium.

    @Gemba2 Hi Gembo, yes we’re aware of an issue impacting Optusnet emails for some Optus customers (Ref#25432532). We understand email access is important and are working to restore services as a priority. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Kartik
