    @rosiede_kat1 I’ve never understood why this horrible woman was and remains popular in NSW. I don’t give a rats how sweet and innocent she looks. Corruption is corruption and she was corrupt to the core, not to mention a C19 superspreader. To add salt to injury @Optus rewarded her mediocrity.

    @Optus I am on hour four trying to get my new NBN service set up and working. The systems your cust reps are struggling with are obvs terrible. How are you going to retain customers like this after the big data breach? Why would we stay?

    Something Vodafone could organise in less than 5 minutes! The service with Optus has been truly disgusting since the data breach, you should all be grovelling to keep your customers using your service. Very VERY disappointing. 👋

    @optus really are the worst,second time my bill has gone up in 6 months,despite them failing to protect my data privacy. Won’t let me out of my contract. Fabulous customer service😤

    @AllBiteNoBark88 I have the same they added a card no. on the back in right corner. Also added (A) next to same expiry. This was for the Optus fake hacking. Same bullshit different day. They must think where stupid and dumb and we don’t know what there up to. They will get there’s one day. 👀👀👀
