@Optus hi - i am overseas & trying to renew my international roaming through my Optus App which I’ve been doing w no issue since Dec. My app now says I don’t have an acc but I do, it won’t log me in & I can’t access help w/out logging in but it wont let me log in.

@pm4pmIV @Optus If you have his phone and number just port it to another carrier on a prepaid plan eg aldi mobile, and then let it be when the credit runs out. Eventually when the number is inactive long enough it will end. Better if you could get decent service from Optus, but that won’t happen

@Optus …what a failure of a company ..went to your store today to cancel my late fathers mobile service because the online form doesn’t enable input and ******* down they can’t do it there ..they printed out the form and I had to fill it out and scan it then email it to you..ffs
