.... to square one. Now, your online support appears to be out of service. I've complained about Optus "customer service" before and it is NOT GETTING any better. A credit that was supposed to be applied to my last month's account WAS NOT!!! I WANT SOMEONE TO ASSIST ....

@dwilliamson931 @emlily__ @Ryan_DLima In '22 if you're not contacting orgs. with poor customer service via multiple channels INCLUDING publically on Twitter, thats on you. I've done it w. Jetstar, Optus, Telstra, Woolies, etc. Dee isn't using 'celebrity' she's using a valid channel of communication. Use your noggin.

Dear @Telstra and @optus customers, Since raising issues over Telstra's non-existent roaming services in New York City, it appears that other Telstra and Optus customers are also affected. Could you let me know either here or DM if you have had a lack of roaming in New York City?

@Optus Is anyone able to tell me why when i ordered a sim card 2 weeks ago with express post. It is still not even sent yet Why? When you contact customer service they say there are warehouse delays yet at the time of purchase nothing mentioned?

@alexmakin @Telstra @Optus I'm with Vodafone and didn't have any issues with roaming service in NYC at all, think they switched us straight to the US carrier. Hubby was with Optus but changed after our first trip.

@Optus Why are you making cancelling a Fetch TV service so difficult???? I want to cancel a channel thathas never worked BTW yet you're online support sent me to a 1800 number, obviously belonging to Disney in the US. They did not have my subscription details so I'm back.....
