    The power company guys are at least door knocking telling us where they’re at with it. @Optus has given NO updates, and when I called them and asked they said there’s no estimated time for the reception to come back. Poor, poor, poor.

    @Optus @yaakov_h @NBN_Australia The suggestion to use a mobile network while nbn improves their network implies an outage. Why not say outage? Outage. Outage. Outage. 🤪

    Today I paid off the contract I had on my watch & have (regretfully) officially ended almost 20 years of being an @Optus customer. If the service coverage improves in my area, I’ll definitely return. Thanks to Donlee in the customer service centre for their assistance

    @Optus If you actually read my tweet, rather than just using the same nonsense response to everyone, you would see that troubleshooting steps are about as much help as a parasol in a blizzard.

    Anybody in town with @Optus has no reception, so now Coles has sold out of @Telstra SIM cards, because their reception is fine. The difference in customer service levels is staggering.

    @Optus Check your network status page. And if you read my tweet properly (again) you would see that despite the fact that Optus has acknowledged a fault, with no fix available for two days plus, and there is STILL no mention of this fault on your page. What about other people nearby?

    Close to the worst half of football I’ve seen this year. Also the shade across Optus is awful. A drawback if you were to host a GF here.
