    @Optus Trying to help me elderly father. The ID process/ customer service is aggressive for someone born in the 40’s. Optus makes it impossible to support someone on a pension. Why do you charge a pensioner $7 to pay a bill with you as they don’t understand dd?

    It does not help when I got my iPhone from Optus it was 3 weeks late and they sent it in a box with nothing to stop it from banging around in the box. Thanks for that btw @Optus, real good care of the product I signed a 3 year contract on.

    @ParamountPlusAU If a third party provider is part of your solution then the fault is yours. Mentioning them doesn’t make you less accountable. We are paying for your product to work. Either refund or put football on FTA until you can get your **** together like Optus did for the 2018 World Cup.
