    From last one week I am facing a problem with @Optus network in my area , not able to make/ receive any calls thanks to @Optus for providing such a nice network to customers, I have tried to reach chat support from their app but the staff didn’t answer my questions and left bingo

    I think that was potentially the most hassle free internet installation of all time... dude only took 20 minutes and then it just... worked... straight away... like that has never happened to me. Cheers @Optus 🤙🏻

    Studies show that most people expect a brand to respond to a customer inquiry within 45-60 mins on social media. Today I learned that @Optus takes 120 minutes to respond. Seems the social team is on par with the call team when it comes to response rates.

    I hate watching football on @OptusSport so much. I'm sat here with @Optus internet, have shifted the stream quality to low to help, but still buffering issues every 30 seconds or so. Extremley painful viewing experience. I detest watching football through this medium.

    @Optus hi Optus I have just activated/ported a prepaid SIM card. But I do not have internet on my phone. I have tried registering a account to send help messages but I can never seem to register a account when inputting my email and phone number

    @thelochok @Optus Because companies like Optus and @Telstra well never or slow to admit there is something wrong with their system, as it is far easier, quicker and cost less to blame #customers then fix up the issues.
