@lebaraau #vodaphone #telstra #optus to any mobile user thinking about porting to lebara be WARNED. Avoid lebara at all cost. I ported from other telco to lebara over a week ago got nothing but trouble. Still unable to use the Sim, their support is non existent.

@bushplato I had the same experience 18 months ago. Went Optus and they are just as bad. Get telstra per paid sim save money and Bob's your uncle.

Closing my account with @Optus after 10+ years of frustration. Their customer service is appalling and their ongoing incompetence has resulted in ridiculous additional charges. Hello, @Telstra?
