    Remember when Fox had every sport (and pretty much every TV show) for a reasonable monthly price and people never shut up complaining about it? Now you need to pay yet another monthly fee to watch Champions League. It’s not like Optus will reduce its price.

    A week later and still no resolution. Just infuriating comments from people on the Optus messaging service who have clearly not read the case notes. @Optus you need to fix this…

    @LFC_Australia @mselbyLFCSC Ohh **** off... I was loving only paying for Kayo and getting all the games (get free Optus sports with my context)... I we don’t end up like the uk where you have to subscribe to everything under the sun to watch all the games 😡

    @Optus I don't want you to respond publicly, you have already confirmed that you cannot via DM. I want the case manager to call me back and fix the issue. The purpose of the tweet was to highlight how poor Optus customer service has been.

    @DustyPee The people are nice enough at @Optus ... but I have to agree, for 3 weeks now I've been trying to fix an issue with them, I'm so over it, I'm changing to Telstra probably, or maybe Vodafone
