@Mandy_McEvoy Not trying to make you feel worse but this is mine at the moment, a couple of months back Optus gave us a free trial to 250Mbs. I only found out when I downloaded one of the kids video files (1.5gig) and it was over in seconds. Hammer them for a hardware fix.

@Optus -- any update on when internet will be back up and running in Potts Point 2011? It's now been almost 48 hours since the internet stopped ad your website started showing that we are affected by "REDUCED SERVICE" 😡Not happy.

@amaysimAU Hi, we're still having issues - no 3G for calls but 4G for data. Optus are upgrading our local transmitter to 5G and it has been extended until 12th. The date keeps moving - was 9th last week. Amaysim don't offer VoLTE which allows calls to be made over 4G. Optus direct do.
