    @amaysimAU Hi, just wondering if you support VOLTE or wifi calling - I know Optus was going to allow wholesalers this option? My Mother in law has no reception inside her house so this would assist her.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Matt. Bottom Line, OPTUS say it is YOUR Issue and they are NOT getting ANY Support from your internal team. The NBN Tech & OPTUS Tech say the phone line is broken, OPTUS are asking you to fix it, YOU are doing NOTHING. See the Frustration? And NBN pretend they are exempt.

    We called @Optus to tell them my parents home phone wasn't working in Brisbane. And they said everything is down and they can't do anything. They wouldn't even write down my parents address until I insisted It's not just mobile phones. It's home phones too What is going on.....

    @NBN_Australia Absolute crap. Get with the program. Your rubbish line is still not working. Was reported to Optus on the 4th December & there is STILL no resolution. Bouncing it back & forth between you & Optus IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
