11/08 I called the number @Optus gave for the relocations team, who decided that since apparently nothing had happened on my incident ticket, they would try creating the new service on my other account, the one that just had my mobile phone.

@Optus 24/08 Still no modem, no internet service I contacted @Optus through the support chat again They said they would escalate my case, which just meant that they cancelled the order and placed it again At this point they told me that an @NBN_Australia tech would be visiting on 31/08

Hey argh Optus have cut my phone I owe $45 I’m down at the mall leeching from their internet Argh I don’t want to go home I might get a blanket and bunk down here on this massage chair with the godawful siren if you sit too long without paying

@absolutelyallan @Telstra @AbsolutelyAllen Too right. I've Optus home b/band &portable USB stick with 6mths prepd creds for hospital days. Also 2x ph's Amaysim with net on for when I go out. Amaysim's brilliant this area $15pm. When Optus plays up & u get answer machine telling u to go online for help I use the Amaysim ph

@Optus Hi Aron. The agent spent two hours reconfirming several times the upgrades she’d already agreed to, and would not quickly resolve the matter she was most concerned with. Took the second agent another hour to sort it. Not good service and insensitive to somebody her age.

@Optus the nerve to raise our home internet bill multiple times since joining yet our service gets worse. can’t even have a facetime call without it reconnecting every 3 seconds, on wifi and on 4g. get me far away from this company

@SkyNewsAust I don't think the Prime Minister hung the flag up. Was hanging upside down for 3 weeks at Optus stadium a while back before someone picked up on it. Simple mistake. Everyone is so touchy

@Optus you need to get your **** together. Chat rep tells me today, to 133 343 and I can pay out the reminder of my device cost. I call that number and get told only option is to cancel the whole contract and basically leave Optus.

20/7 I checked on my Optus account and discovered for some reason I have two of them. For some reason my mobile and internet were on different accounts. I tried to keep it simple and just order a relocation from old address to new address on the internet service.
