    mum had the brilliant idea of taking the wifi modem in to her work down the road to see if it works there. it worked and so ok we can tell optus its something in our area its the tower or something interfering. we get home put it back & now everythings working again???

    @Optus after spending hours online and on the phone several months ago sorting out billing/contract errors, it's happening again. I can't contact your helpline as it just cuts out and ends the call. I will never go with Optus again

    @adamcurkpatrick @Telstra @Optus I’ve had internet, fetch TV and mobile with them for a year and honestly not had a problem. Wifi amazing, fetch TV better than Foxtel (only downer no sky racing) and when I was out of work they knocked a heap off my bills for 3 months 👌

    @Optus I upgraded my phone & new SIM card is activated. I can’t send MMS via text for some reason? iMessage is fine though. Any help would be appreciated!

    Optus customer service is dog ****. Been told to use the chat option in the chat instead of going into store. Iv been left on read for over an hour multiple times and told id get an update and 3 hours later they disconnect the chat lol

    Hey @Optus - really not a good time for your service to be down while people are awaiting covid results (i.e. me). Any indication on how long the NSW mid north coast will have to wait?

    From last one week I am facing a problem with @Optus network in my area , not able to make/ receive any calls thanks to @Optus for providing such a nice network to customers, I have tried to reach chat support from their app but the staff didn’t answer my questions and left bingo

    Call optus apparently im in nsw. Gr. So tired cbf hotwiring computers. Never calling to check if im in trouble again. Ask natalie. The greatest. BAH. Patrick hold my goddamn hand.

    I think that was potentially the most hassle free internet installation of all time... dude only took 20 minutes and then it just... worked... straight away... like that has never happened to me. Cheers @Optus 🤙🏻
