    @Optus I haven’t had service all day on my mobile phone. It just says ‘no service’. I tried using the Optus app and it says you are having service difficulties. Please let me know why this is happening?

    @Optus Hey Optus why did you change the message when you run out of phone creadit for pre-paid mobiles from "Your credit has expired" to "You are not authored to call this contact" I don't remember the exact wording but this is stupid?

    @Optus I spoke with a customer service representative today and they were very rude and impatient. I called to get my grans sim card activated and he kept telling me in an angrily tone that everything was fine and it's all set up and when I asked for a manager he hung up on me!

    @Optus School finished 2 weeks ago stop with the back to school crap already you are as bad as Coles and woolies with their early advertising they will be selling Easter eggs and hot cross buns next week
