    @Optus @UpsideDownOzzie You really need to stop telling people to reset their modems. Despite however many times that gets done, still no internet. Please just fix whatever the issue is on your end. This is getting tiresome

    @Optus down in 3075 area as well, and yes i restarted the modem as my first thought to solve the issue and the internet is occasional on, then of again

    @Optus is it true that you have issues with NBN connection? You should’ve text us as soon this is happening. Also I’m on hold for more then 30 mins to connnect to the technician.

    @yankeedoodlega1 @Optus Looks like their DNS servers are down. Receiving pings but not working. Service is still working with 8.8.8.8
