    Thanks to their own #customersupport even those there is basically no support. It is less painful going to the dentist then dealing with @Optus and @Telstra.

    @real_xye @Optus Or with each staff giving out different information for the same issues, staff not reading people messages, empty promises etc staff have proven they don't want to assist. And I thought they have improved #CustomerService I was wrong.

    Hey Perthites, if you haven't anything to do on the next 2 Sundays, get down to Optus Stadium from 4pm to 8.30pm. There is a Christmas Markets event with food trucks, general product stalls as well as various roving activities and two Christmas movies shown on the amphitheatre

    @Optus This morning got on at 0620 and it took more than an hour to get the case referred to a "Senior Expert". After no fix I got flicked off to sales who tried to sell me an alternative plan.

    @Telstra Yes I've done both of these . There is literally nothing wrong except for your service. I've been with optus and dodo and they both work fine Telstra is the only provider I and literally everyone across Australia has had issues with. E.g people have 40% packet loss when gaming.

    @Optus Another problem is that the first level support via My Optus app are frequently clueless (- the robot even more so). They don't read what has happened previously and like TV's "IT Crowd" parrot "fixes" with no real understanding.

    @optus more issues, for my post paid account it supposed to be $49 for 60GB, but it seems my other prepaid service was changed back to postpaid but 60GB was not removed so basically I got 120GB but I am not paying for 120GB only for 60GB.

    @Tryndus @Telstra I had the same issues especially with @Optus if the answers are not on the computer screen they cancelled the message or pass you onto someone else.
