@Telstra Doubtful. More than 3 years of brickwall headbanging has finally taken its toll. Moving to Optus. This latest drama was the last straw. DV victims and small business providers shouldn't have to run the gauntlet your lack of streamlined supports lays down for people.

Hey Optus, the saga continues. Today we received a text saying our modem was being delivered, then another saying it arrived however there has been no deliveries! Still no one has rang us so we have a service we are paying for but are unable to use. This is beyond ridiculous!

Yeeeeesh. Optus quietly split my data share SIM from my new phone contract, despite it working perfectly fine throughout various phone plans for the past seven years. The "solution" was for them to offer a 5GB data SIM for $15 a month and lmao **** off.

You may have seen my whinge to Optus about the NBN being down It’s been working since later that day As I requested updates I’m getting, we are still working on it updates This one advises I’ll receive the next update in 3 days WTAF, I’m lucky it seems

no streaming at all for the next 4 days because optus 5g nokia fastmile has compatibility issues with chromecast… so optus is downgrading me back to NBN. i wanna watch anime on da tv. >:(
