Hey @Optus. All I am trying to do is cancel a service you charged me for no reason and all I get is a not smart bot that goes into circles and doesn’t answer any question. How to get in touch?

@JibbeyXD Paramount clearly saw the A-League as a brand building exercise for NRL/AFL rights. But they rushed the rollout, killed their credibility, and made it a laughing stock. They need massive strategic change to make it work now. Only solution would be Viacom acquiring Optus.

@PSyvret Never really saw Qantas other than and old out dated airline, Telecom yes until Optus came along and was again an outdated dinosaur, CBA - never banked with them and Holden probably the only one. No one really trusted them - it's the only companies that existed. Move along.

I’ve spent 6+ hours on the phone with @Optus since Thursday pleading for a simple relocation. Only for them to disconnect my internet and generate a new order after insisting on several occasions that I will not be without. 👏🏼 bravo. Customer service on a whole new level.
