    @Optus @Teh_Jkr Don’t be loyal anymore. You get nothing for being loyal, swap providers every chance you get. They all treat new customers way better than anyone long term. You could ring them and tell them you’re leaving but that’s a lot of effort that they don’t deserve.

    If you only have one SIM it sucks to be you. I have 4. Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and a French SIM from Free. So I’m never without service.

    @thmsenglsh also their service is $70 a month for no good reason (they raised it because they added satellite sms) they profit consistently every year whereas optus basically makes a little more than enough to continue operating, the difference in revenue is crazy between the two
