Once again I'm told by Optus rep that they have to speak to my husband. When I explain that I am authorised and there's a process, this is denied. Meanwhile, hubby is at work & once again I'm home & unable to resolve an NBN issue! @Optus The worst company tp deal with!

When Optus was hacked, state governments were quick to offer support for victims with new ID, nothing for Medicare customers, why the difference in response? The support from Medicare at this point has been pathetic. #thedrum
