    Very disappointed @Optus Poor connection in Blacktown, sydney. Since last October and this problem has not been dealt with. All i have got is compensating data , apologies or false assurity of fixing the problem. Loosing it now 😖

    So @Optus are trying to charge me $50 for calling Air NZ after my flight got cancelled and I had no other option. When I call to enquire and complain they hang up on me. Happy Tuesday.

    Just spoke with family in Tuross Heads. Tuross is unaffected apart from smoke. Connectivity available on the Telstra network (but not optus). Power just turned on at 2am this morning. Water is on and working. #SouthCoastFires #BushfireEmergency #tuross

    @Optus WORST SERVICE- FAILED TO PROTECT MY ACCOUNT TIME & AGAIN- worst customer service, was on call for last 28 mins, transferred 3 times, NO IDEA what they doing

    So @Optus are *************** now. I’ve had minimal internet over the last 72 hours, tech call today who replaced a modem. He said “it usually only takes 10 minutes to activate”. Now almost 12 hours later still no internet with tech support saying it can take 24. I’m so done.

    @Optus hello, we got a new plan yesterday and the sim is not yet activated. Not in store, not later as told, not thanks to the online chat agent today, and I can't find the way to do it. Kinda need to be able to use the phone... please help.

    @Braxeoswow @Optus I’d like to know the answer to that same question @Optus I call and then told the system to check is down. Pathetic service. This happens all the time in inner north Brisbane.

    Yo when I was leaving work I saw the optus store was closed but had two customers signing up for a phone and its now 40 MINUTES PAST CLOSING AND THE CUSTOMERS ONLY JUST LEFT. Poor optus guys!
