@Optus Problem still unresolved after 4 years. Over 200 hours spent with useless support dept. Been trying to get this fixed since the S9 was Optus' special offer. Nothing but lies, broken promises, and being ignored constantly. 4 YEARS is not exaggeration. High class service from Optus

Hey @Optus after more than 20 years with you why do I have to jump through hoops to upgrade my phone. Put order in last Wed found out today when I contacted you it was withdrawn told to email photo ID, never originally asked. Sent, now email add. incorrect. Telstra looking good

"Optus has not issued a statement or explanation for the outage, but has been informing customers on Twitter that it is looking into the problem. No ETA has been provided for when service will be back online." There's been no action on Twitter nor Facebook on the OPTUS SITES!

@Optus @danielricciardo 4 YEARS it has been since Optus was made aware of my account issue. Constantly ignored, lied to, treated like a fool and kept on a diet of broken promises. Being forced to stay on plans I don't want with a broken phone and subsequently being overcharged - OPTUS living the dream.

@Optus @kbrspace I remember when they had an offer for the S10. I tried to upgrade but my account was broken. Same with the S20 a year later and I would have upgraded to S21 but my account is STILL broken. Optus have been failing me for four years now and still not fixed.

@VickswFett @uli_davila Nah I only have optus sports which doesn't have A league and today I can't find a stream. Poor game though
