    @Optus Hi guys. I had my modem delivered today - for NBN - thank you. However, I am getting texts saying that I can simply “plug and play” within 24 hours of getting my modem. I thought I was having a tech out on Monday to install.. Please help. Am confused . Thanks

    Dear @Optus Your network status page is the most mobile unfriendly page I have ever been to. Have you tried to use it? You are a mobile company ffs, make the page mobile friendly Also good to see that the tower I have not 5g from this week is experiencing a scheduled outage...

    Internet held out for PT session. But just. Still a bit sketchy with phone signal though. Optus managed to send me a text to say they’re working on it though - till 8th July… Never mind… I’m going on the NBN on July 4th. So no more hassles after that I hope
