    @adambspencer See, when I was with optus it’d be a few times every hour. Now, I understand, the system is under duress; even in our house, there’s six people viewing, streaming listening. But it’s not as bad now as it used to be. (With Aussie Broadband now.)

    @Optus Yes I have as well done quite in-depth troubleshooting. Speeds are terrible.

    Hello @Optus thanks for nothing. Trying to get my disconnected internet fixed and had been on hold for 3 HOURS!! Only to have it cut off. Thanks a bunch. I have no fixed internet. FIX IT!

    @Optus hello my NBN connection has not been working most of the day, I have tried using the message service on the app and tried calling but cannot her through. Please help, im quarantined as I just got back from overseas so will soon get bored without Netflix
