@Optus the worst customer service we have ever experienced. No notifications or any updates. We have had to contact every time. We have finally decided to leave and go to Aussie Broadband. My wife cannot work from home and has had to take Annual Leave days. Junk!

@Optus I've never had an issue using my phone as a hotspot previously. Speeds have been adequate for what I occasionally need to do on my laptop. I'm not into gaming or live streaming.

@Optus complete reduced service in Sydney since Thursday night. Absolute junk. Have made several calls that we have wasted hours of our time. Nobody can find or access our account. All we have been told is nbn should be fixed by today…. Nope still not working.

@milankakabaros @LFC_Australia If the coverage will be better then its definitely worth paying for. Optus 5G roll out will be ongoing for a while. The infrastructure in this country is just so poor.
