    @_Michelangelo__ @Optus My god service is woeful. Five calls to the automated voice system trying any different option, all ended with them hanging up. Then i tried the app and messaging. They got back to me four hours later at 2am. What shite service. Am going to switch. Do not go optus!!!!

    Today I spent 3 hours trying to get in touch with Optus, a telecommunications company. When I call, it hangs up after 20 minutes. Login fails on the myoptus app. The web chat refers me to call. @optus dont have much going for them any more.

    @Optus - CASE ID 100307922 - 2/2 - IF THESE ISSUES AREN’T RESOLVED IN THE NEXT 48 HOURS, both my MUM and I will be switching to @Telstra . WE’VE HAD ENOUGH!!!

    @Optus Hello! I lost a SIM and need to port my old number to a new prepaid SIM. Can you help me? I sent you a DM. I keep calling +61133937 but the phone hangs up at 20 minutes every time.

    @MrPhilQ They really have never worked this out. I occasionally get texts from Optus saying things are going to be out for a time for maintenance but I can’t recall any from TPG group.

    @Optus Done, slightly unrelated follow up question: does Optus no longer offer a mobile broadband solution? Every time I click on this on your website, it takes me to a page about Samsung tablets and Apple watches...

    @DjoranKeil @larajay66 @MelanieTait Geez they're arseholes. I really hate that sort of thing. Consider a complaint to the TIO & try to get her out of any contract. Pensioner pal of mine was paying $120/mo on optus for a phone & a dongle & barely uses 20GB all up! Total ripoff (optus shame on you).

    2. Agency again. We had to send confidential information regarding his disabilities to you (Langa Solofini) and finally he agreed that my son should never have got that plan and waived payment providing he did not use Optus again. We have kept our side of the deal why aren't you?
