@Optus Hi Optus - I’ve just received my new Apple Watch and when I try and activate number share, I either get an error or it tells me my account is not eligible for number share. What do I need to do to fix this?

Friends and family thought I died because everyone who sent a message or called my husband never got a response from him as the line was disconnected. Never use @Optus I've spent 4days about about 12hour on chats and calls trying to sort out issues. I've caught them in lies and this 7year old business account is going somewhere else but they are holding the porting of number hostage. **** OPTUS!

@Optus - Just ordered a new phone/plan your sales service was exceptional! :) however, your post sales support is terrible. I'm still trying to have my number ported from the previous provider. 1. Your systems were down on Saturday, 2. Today the wait time is over 30mins..

@Optus I’m well aware that’s how you do it on your old plans, however on your new plans that is not the case. The bill is not generated until after you direct debit the customer.

@MikeEDoyle @iiNet Those on other ISPs (Telstra, Superloop) not currently experiencing the same issues. Wonder if Optus and iiNet sharing same internet backbones.
