    Seriously @Optus I just filled in your complaints form (no service in January), but the form doesn't submit. What the actual??? Now on the phone have been through 3 people so far - all passing me to the next person. Big sigh. Should have chosen to just cancel my service instead.

    @Optus I spoke with Dhwani this morning who was excellent in her service & resolution practices. I did not get the outcome I wanted however, my frustration was acknowledged & I am satisfied with the compensation & outcome. #optus

    @Optus is it possible to get someone assigned to me that can help me end to end? I’ve called up multiple times in the last month or so but struggling to get an outcome. The current internet connection is in the old tenants name and I’m trying to get it transferred to mine.

    Somebody from @Optus finally called me back regarding to my constant dropouts and the technical team blamed That I have too many devices connect to the network and also I have an Xbox connected that’s why I’m getting constant dropouts WTF … @NBN_Australia

    @SwoopLuke @Optus Have family in Seaford, the reception with Optus is horrendous With Boost using the Telstra Network wouldn't look at Optus or anyone that uses the Optus Infrastructure
