    Surely @Optus takes the crown for that worst CS in Aust. - ordered service 3wks ago - they cancel wrong account - tell me NBN connected ..it’s not - they send me out 3 NBN boxes - spent >8hrs on the phone - still no NBN or wifi so **** don’t even have a customer complaint No. 🤬

    @sativa_bell I’m with Optus and have few issues. 5G is great if you can get it. Check who Kogan wholesale (Telstra, Optus or Vodafone) and if you live in a serviced area. We are in roughly the same area and Optus does not have 5G coverage in it yet.

    @rovingrob My apologies this swap was not beneficial for you! Unfortunately it was never going to be the better options for everyone, but we were able to get better plan and pricing options from Optus, as well as 100% network access. Regards, Tara

    @Optus 2 July/Aug stopped receiving sms's. Confirming emails Aug 30th - yes it is our fault your account is not working in West. Qld since June 26th. Your account balance will be restored but you have to contact us again when we fix the towers. 3/

    @Optus I had a look on Twitter and I see multiple complaints with no action over the last year. Just search “Optus Alexandria” you’ll see, maybe I just need to switch to @Telstra seems like it could be a good story for @ACurrentAffair9 WFH shenanigans and poor connection right near CBD
