@Optus @Stanleysmum1 Just stop. After 24 hours I got the email before 90 minutes and the conversation was closed, it’s known you have no customer service. He was sending me to the bank at 7 pm

@EddyJokovich @abcnews This is just ridiculous @abcnews. The Optus Cyber attack is not an opinion issue, Dutton has nothing to contribute to this issue. He has no expertise and would not have been briefed. At least interview an IT expert if you can't get the Communications Minister.

If laughable that @PeterDutton_MP suggests the #OptusDataBreach is a problem for the government. It’s an Optus issue about a breach in Optus customer data. Let Optus sort things out and investigate first. #auspol

@Optus @Sidonie89 Why should we contact you, you should contact us as a customer to inform us if we have been breached or not.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 In a crisis, communicate with your customers. You haven't emailed me to, you know, say sorry or what has happened or like anything. Did they literally steal all the customer emails so that you are unable to send out emails to your own customers?

'This is a very significant problem for the government' says Peter Dutton who doesn't seem to realise that Optus is a private company.

@10NewsFirst @hughriminton @ParisMartin_1 A customer here. Still yet to hear from Optus. Their comms and crisis mgmt teams are just as bad as their cyber security team

@saltyskin_ @Optus Really not happy how **** the response is. Literally no communication yesterday and found out about it on the news.

@shanebazzi At THE very least, @Optus could offer their customers a few months free service, or SOMETHING! Not just, 'Oh yeah, your data has been stolen. But we work hard.' 😬
