    Dear @Optus please, PLEASE, can we do some training for your customer service teams. Now spoken to 5 people, still no closer to sorting out what should be simple… Now been on hold for 20mins waiting…

    @NomessTess @4bruce7 2G network 3000-series Nokia. O' the memories. Fun fact: The 2G networks shutdown in Australia progressively 2016 (Telstra), 2017 (Optus) and 2018 (Vodafone).

    @Optus We have no service. Using 5G Nokia router st Kilda rd. What’s the problem is the 5G network down?

    @Optus I’ve had shabby service (through clunky systems which wasted a lot of time) over past two months. Couldn’t recommend Optus.
