@cameronjonesweb @instagram Yep there's plenty of bad geo data out there (my old Optus IP was always reported as Melbourne by Apple too..) but it's especially bad when combined with other items to make it even more confusing.

@SimaMarx @RichardJBardon Check out Kev's job ATM. Tells you a lot about him. While people are whining about Gladys in Optus, old mate Kev is the CEO of a Rockefeller think-tank that generates China Bad content.

Suffice to say whatever @NBN_Australia did to resolve the issue last time hasn't held beyond 6-months and now I am being told to expect and ultimately accept the fault @Optus? Been with you for almost 20 years and am about to pull the plug.

@favfavalore @margo694 So do I - the week before last there was a puff piece on Sky with Bin chicken and the CEO of Optus - my immediate thought was there’s bad news for her on the horizon and they were trying to get ahead of the game

  • VicBStard Vic B'Stard (@VicBStard) reported

I can only assume that @Aussie_BB has now outsourced its support. I'm getting @optus level responses now. Only a matter of time before I'll be told to blow on the cables.

  • BenLeffler BΞN LΞFFLΞR (@BenLeffler) reported

This was a constant issue 8 months ago and after spending easily a total of 20 hours consulting with @Optus to have @NBN_Australia to fix, the issue was resolved eventually with no communication of action. We've only had 1 or 2 dropouts since. Until this month.

Shout out to @Optus for not only sending the wrong item on an order, but for the warehouse loosing the return after @auspost safely delivered it. Been fighting this for 2 mths whilst paying for a business service I can't use. 15+ phone calls to your support later and nothing.

@Optus @ashbarty How can you say yes to optus when there is only telstra in your area and telstra is ****

  • adammalerba Adam (@adammalerba) reported

@Optus Jim, I don’t need the link to know the network is being impacted. I should have been told. Now it’s going to be like this until next Wednesday. What’s the solution here?
