    @Optus Cheers but all I get is the same message I’ve been getting since November - that there’s a problem with one of your towers. What I want to know is when I can hope for decent coverage again - are we talking hours, days or weeks?

    What is with wrong with @Optus not only think their #customers are stupid, but they want customers to fix up their mistakes,as they claim my billing and service address are different which is incorrect and they know it but refused to do anything.

    How many times I have to complain for the shitshow that is your 5g, since September the connection is erratic and not reliable you said that was fixed and it is a lie. Don't get #optus5g it is the worst product ever. @Optus

    Anyone in murrumba downs griffin area having NBN probs? 2 days in a row now. This time 6 hrs plus and mobile network went offline for 3.5 hrs. Was thinking the major roadworks on Brays rd may have something to do with it but the network thing makes me think its just optus. Gggrrr

    @Optus Also, nobody at Optus has been able to explain to me how you can justify charging full price for services which deliver 25% capacity. And never an offer of compensation for disrupted services.

    @Optus Having very slow pings in the Penrith area. The outage page says nothing. I've done the off/on and factory reset and it's the same. Is there a known issue?

    Optus has the worst service call back ever, based in their new virtual after hours service, an issue that could have been resolved in a simple phone call from a technician is still dragging over 3 weeks. We will give them the flick.
