Neil Benson (@neilabenson) reported@MarkBaileyMP @TMRQld Thanks to TMR for this practical help. I haven't been an Optus customer since 2020. Why are they allowed to store sensitive data indefinitely? There are laws re TFNs, but nothing for licenses, passports, Medicare or other sensitive IDs.
