@Optus I don't need to take this via DM, I will voice my continuing disgust at the poor communication from Optus in public. Continuing the works for nearly two weeks without communicating to your customers is both a technical & customer service failure & needs to be on the public record

@Optus This is still unreliable with poor upload speeds. Is this really a price issue? Can I get better guaranteed bandwidth on a higher plan??? Why do I have to monitor and trouble shoot YOUR network & equipment?

@Optus So you're telling me that I got a fee because I used my phone that was under a lease for 2 years? This is internal damage from screen usage not external and I took care of it, I called up your centre too. How can you charge more than a phones worth for inevitable damages?

@Optus @chooseajob Fair dinkum my coverage has been atrocious.... apparently tower work finishes in 1 hour. 🙄 I even couldn't use my phone for paying things at shops today.thats just the beginning of it! It's been worst ever in my entire life

@Optus @Breebie_Loz No central coast but can confirm west Sydney is experiencing the same issue. Ping 335 download at 10.5 Mbps. We are paying for net not potatoes.

optus: yeah we’ll fix your internet it’s ok optus: somehow makes it worse (I haven’t had decent wifi since last Monday and it hasn’t been working at all since like 3pm yesterday my sister just used my hotspot to attend her online class 🙃🙃🙃)

@trevorlong @ClintMaynard2GB I found the Optus coverage maps quite deceptive....the purple 5G in a lot of cases didn’t not happen. Back with Telstra and much happier. Surprised you going with Belong? You have no smart watch you want service on as well?
