    @Optus I received your email saying my license and passport was given as part of your breach. No further comms. Your website says I should have received a sms that was sent to all that has had their ID docs leaked. Silence! Been an Optus customer for 17 years. Not much longer

    @joshgnosis The attack was "quickly closed down". They stole all the data except for Optus employees contact numbers and email addresses. Forcing to be on hold for hours and Optus saying go to the app to get more information

    @joshgnosis I’m an Optus customer and still haven’t heard anything from them. I would have thought their first priority should be to contact their customers and let them know if their data has been compromised before embarking on a PR campaign. Completely unimpressed.

    @Optus So thr Optus App doesn't work and nobody is answering the phone. And it's a long weekend. How are customers supposed to contact you?

    @raymond3020 @Optus I received an email last Sat telling me my ID was gone. Got into the back end of my account and it’s the only ID on file. My customer number is also in the range of data stolen. Optus are hopeless. Appalling communication given the high levels of anxiety they’ve caused.

    @Optus I have received an email that my personal data has been leaked. But I am no longer your customer for many years. I need to understand if I need to change my personal details? Or what information was leaked ?

    @joshgnosis @lenoretaylor Optus is a joke. Sorting out an older relative's internet plan that was never going to work in their area took 3 months to sort out and over a dozen phone calls. How older people or people with little IT experience are meant to navigate this is beyond me.

    @joshgnosis As a former customer, when I ring them, none of the options are relevant. I try them anyway, doesn't work because I don't have eg a current optus ph number. Don't get a response to the online support options Haven't been able to access my optus email account re password 1/2

    @ScomoFails @Optus Aldi, $25 plan, unlimited calls and texts. Great app. Uses Telstra network.
