    @Optus Service is down for the second time during a flood crisis. First time it was down for days. So far it's been down all day. Northern NSW. Just not good enough.

    @Optus What happened to democracy ? I'm literally adding security. This service makes my ice cold blood boil. If I get my own router I can do what I want. I can also hack the Optus modem and post a tutorial on YouTube cos Optus acting like snek. But why must I ? Plz send halp

    @Shane3574 @PeteMac007 @ChrisMinnsMP Mining, manufacture and food off the top of my head. I will say though telco can be a 50-50 split. Yes, the landline side of things is crap since there is one owner of the lines, but you do have competition between Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone on the mobile side

    It’s a shame the government didn’t include an internet bonus in the budget because our service is ****. I’m sick of complaining to @Optus & my local members. Just give $800 for 12 months of high speed internet for every Australian in the budget! #nolongtermplan

    @MarcusRashford @ManUtdWomen I’m in Australia but I’ll be watching via the Optus Sports app. So important that the women play at OT rather than some drab poor stadium elsewhere. @manutd show some respect to the ladies who are playing very well, by letting them play all matches at OT.

    @Optus We spoke to an Optus person on the phone who said there was an outage in the area and they were working on the problem. The Optus app told us the same thing. That was almost 3 days ago and we’ve heard nothing since. We have people trying to work from home who need the Internet.

    @TonyTannousTRBA Football has never been in such a poor state in this country. Even in the bad old days of never qualifying for a WC. We actually had genuine debate & discussion on SBS. We have nothing now, bar Optus & Stan with some shows. It really seems like no one cares about football here.

    Optus are giving personal customer care a new name! Bcoz I’ve received multiple txts saying I ordered a package from them when I didn’t they’re now calling me when I actually ordered a package from them!😎. Huge **** up on their end with my number & what not but

    @Optus what service is it that you offer? I waited over an hour on the phone and was ceremoniously cut off and told to call tomorrow. Great being stuck at home with no email and Covid. Thanks for nothing
