    ...2/2 @Optus literally what I had told each person I spoke to. If the app is down, uninstalling won't help, & I just need to respond to case mgr. What a waste of time. Answer "we will call you" isn't helpful when I have to ask agent prompting q's to find out it will be in 24hrs

    @Optus I have persevered enough. The fetch box is about 4 years old and skips recordings or worse still records that cannot be played. The connection to tv is also bad as occasionally I have dark screen for a second or two. Tried changing the hdmi but no luck. All I need is a new box.

    @oysta @darkhorse166 Bin the them... If you have FTTN look for a 5G service. Optus and Telstra are targeting underserved areas.

    Stupid optus, I'm so frustrated, been contacted that now the ipad air 256gb space grey is on back order ffs, so I had to get the ipad pro 12.9 inch 256gb space grey 🙈 4 days to prosess in thewearhouse and delivered to me within a week, so I should have it by Friday week.
