@Optus Also - it says our mobile service 'may experience some issues' - this isn't very helpful. All we know is we have had consistently terrible internet during working hours for the last week.

Two people trying to work from home, with less than 1mbit of network bandwidth. FMl. Can't get an @NBN_Australia install, and @Optus 4G network can't cope at all during a lockdown. How is Internet access so poor in Melbourne, a major city?

@Optus I'm pretty sure it's just terrible congestion in the area. I've tried a lot of things to solve the performance issue. (I'm an expert at tweaking LTE modems after running on Optus 4G for a couple of years at my previous house) I'll DM you with my address so you can log it though.

@heidisapirate My mum was hard to convince to change as we had been with Optus for forever but once I said that we will save money and get a better service it convinced her.

Can @optus or another mobile phone service please take over rural areas because @Telstra are absolutley the worst. The worst costumer service ever. It'd be awesome to have a choice

I switched to @Aussie_BB in Aug! They have been so great with service, price and communication. In July I tried to cancel my Optus ADSL - but they couldn’t find my account I’d had for years & told me NBN probably cancelled it. They didn’t. I paid four months auto direct debit.

@Optus I have been troubleshooting this issue all day long and can’t get any work done, everyday there are issues with this network and it’s a rip off for what I’m paying for. Telstra offer 200gb and a friend brought it round and it was perfect no issues. I’ve been with you for 5 years.

@Optus very disappointed with the store and the call centre service . Why is it so difficult to deal with you ? I want to keep my number and move out of corporate plan of my ex employer and no one is helping !!! Are you listening ? @Optus
