    @Optus I’ve already spoken to ‘customer service’ over 20 times and can’t get a clear answer. Nobody will actually be direct and tell me what’s happening, I would say that’s because nobody has a clue

    @Optus Regarding NBN my internet constantly drops out and the back up data turns on (which does not help) this happens every hour to 2.

    @Optus Three weeks with no internet after running maintenance. Can’t speak to a local to make sense nor get a direct answer. Awful service
