    Hey @Optus , my 76 yo mother is home alone with health issues, no landline & no active mobile. Yesterday tried to transition from prepaid Optus to another provider but not working. Samsung say device locked but you say no.Please help vulnerable woman without a phone connection 🙏

    @ivaforgotton Optus is just the retailer. They sell the NBN connection to you. NBN infrastructure is the problem.

    @Optus OMG. I was on chat for an hour with a ‘customer service agent’ who took an hour to figure out they couldn’t help me.

    @xglossd I went with Optus for this reason. @Telstra are garbage. Even though Optus has slightly worse coverage I don’t care when I get more data and pay 2/3 the price each month. I’ll look again when it’s time to renew my contract later this year.

    Beware Latest scam. Received text allegedly from Optus requesting I update billing info with a link I knew it was a scam. Rang Optus so they could warn other customers. The Customer Service person didn't take it seriously So I am trying to let people know.

    Optus NBN down. 15:55 to 16:44. again 18:00 to 18:47 The Worst NBN provider in Australia. The more out sourcing To the Philippines and Asia the more problems.. keep our NBN in Australia.😎
