@Telstra I haven't spoken to the technical support team. The issue is with the service. Since the upgrades service has gone back to pre dial up, it's horrendous all around the north east of Victoria. @Optus customers have zero issues, only your customers are having issues

First 25 mins was up there with the worst footy I’ve seen at Optus. On the the +ve I thought Henry moved well and Young is All Aus. #foreverfreo

@stuartistics @AFL Freo do nothing for 119 minutes & then it’s the umpires fault for them losing. I sat at Optus for that entire game. Wish I could charge for having to watch some of the worst 110 minutes of footy and the wish I could double charge for the 10 minutes of choking at the finish line

@Optus how come i cannot cancel@my account via the link the site gives? Trying to cancel my broadband as i have moved overseas. The website explicitly says - use the msg us feature. Im them told - call this number. Supt is next to useless and takes literally 10 minutes per answr

@Optus No point he just got told nobody an fix it today, i find it funny no one there can fix it today but somebody is there to threaten to cut him off My son suffers badly from anxiety & you guys by not processing his payment 4 times & now threatening to cut him off os making it worse

Additionally, since Thursday morning our internet has been down. It has been nigh impossible to make contact with Optus. I only got a response after lodging a complaint. I told the “expert “ that I thought it was a problem in our area and was told no. /2

I'm ridiculously proud of the effort, but we should be so much further ahead, our inside 50 work has been very poor. (I'm also very aware of how unthinkable it would have been 6 months ago to say we should be leading Freo at Optus by more at half time) #AFLFreoNorth #Kangas
