    @wyvernsrose @michellepitman @JulianBurnside Local sim* Also the delays in receiving 2 factor authentication messages happens to my immediate family and friends all the time, these are people with Telstra, Optus, TPG, etc. Never been an issue with me, since I just put in the answer to the secret question immediately

    @peter_adderton @Optus @BoostAus Next time your promo team needs to hold up a 'fine print banner'. A bit like when i saw a telco saying 'Australia's fastest 5g network', totally fine because of the fine print at the base of the ad.

    If you're in Australia, having #Optus as your NBN ISP means you pretty much have to use their supplied modem/router. After many hours of painful conversations with their support, it's obvious they won't tell you what you need to configure your BYO router to connect. Ridiculous.

    @OptusEnterprise I made the mistake of update my Optus apps and now it doesn't work on my mobile phone. So I can't pay my bill anymore
