    @Optus Hi Aman, I think that is the issue my modem no longer performs antenna sweeps even scheduled ones. The lights on top do not flash anymore and the log reads: Antenna sweeping starting (TIMED_TRIGGER), antenna selection: COLUMNS_AB. Skip Antenna sweeping due to ENDC flag is false

    There is a problem with texts from some @Optus phones not being received by some @Vodafone phones, and sometimes vice versa, and neither are willing to acknowledge it. When pushed, tech support admit the problem exists, but each telco blames the other... 🧵

    @Optus once again taking the cake for worst customer support in Aus. Sold me a faulty wireless broadband router, support can't fix anything, endless holds, tried to sell me another Internet plan as a solution and said it would be free but would charge me after a month!

    @MitchOates @Optus @VodafoneAU Yup, I'm with Felix which uses Voda towers and I'm not receiving any incoming SMS or calls... Which is a problem since I use my phone for work
