@D_Melissa2 So do I . Customer service is dead in the water in this country. I won't do more than ring & or leave number for a call back unless I require written correspondence. Chat on Optus I screen shot & reuse too. It's horrendous. 😡#auspol they wrecked every damn thing worth having!

@pluckyloser @PetaPan17 I was trying to watch Kerber’s match earlier, and was getting no visual at all. Will be interesting to find out whether this is genuinely an issue at RG’s end or Stan’s. Getting flashback’s to Optus Sport during the Men’s World Cup

@Optus @TelFraser It takes about an hour every time Optus attempts to address customers problems. All this typing back and forth, seldom does the consultant understand the problem. It would be so much easier to employ people to speak via phone...especially when it is a phone account.
