@Optus I have DM'd you. Honestly not holding out any hope with the way I've been treated. In fact, looking to press send on my experience to a number of journalists on here, as I've been treated absolutely appallingly by your customer service.

@LuanaGoriss Maybe if the hackers start targetting the govt they might take more notice. I'm in a nightmare over optus.....today TMR online services was down. My Gov never sends messages like that....what a mess!!
