@DaveMilbo (*) And one they actually took ownership of the Optus network (based on how many homes it went past) they discovered it went past a whole lot but connected to very few, and even that was unusable without more millions thrown away trying to fix it. 2/2

@r_quazzy @RonniSalt @Telstra My first ever tweet was to Optus after hours of frustration. Problem got sorted very quickly after that!

I’m sick and tired of my internet not working and no one has let me know what the issue is. My street is now on the NBN and I can tell you that when I switch over I will not sign up with Optus unless you permanently fix the issue. I’m fed up. Case #23511652

@AnonQuam I got sick of their bs and told them to shove it and moved to Optus. Haven’t had issues with them but paying for top speed, was curious if there is better out there

@DaveMilbo HFC is an utter shitshow and should never have been even considered for being included in the NBN. It was purely an excuse to give shiploads of government funds to Telstra and Optus* for their shitty cable TV networks. 1/x

@TRealw986 @Optus Still having problems in postcode 2076 (5 days running) and getting very frustrated. The usual “being looked into with the highest priority” spiel from Optus is wearing thin

@infinitereality @stirlo Legit will take @SingtelSupport to court; for all this stress. But that would be way more stressful I think will just probably get a real network easy man just get rid of Optus honestly that is that bad it’s not worth it the amount of pain they cause? is not worth $1000/Day.

@KoparaFallsKid Optus texts me my phone bill, frequently in the early hours of a weekend day. It’s so nice to wake up to. Also my Body Corporate sends me the next quarterly bill straight after I pay the last one. I am never allowed to be caught up. It gives me the pips.

@Optus Can you please explain why my bill is now $86/m when it has been $79/m for the past 21 months? Unable to get through to your support channels (online and phone)

@BronwenZ that really sucks.. but hey at least you live in a really nice place (from photos I've seen John post on fb) so that's the price I guess. Maybe bonded 5G is an option? Not sure what Optus is like (cheap unl.) from here we can get 550/40 on Telstra 5G but that's $140/200gb mo.
