@Optus my colleague has been messaging multiple different “experts” on your online support chat now for over an hour and they have not helped him at ALL. His chat history shows the exact same thing happening for months. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Telstra > Optus.

@EliteStephanie Optus are good when I’m in country Victoria but when I’m in Melbourne or Geelong I get very bad phone coverage. Considering changing my phone company again. The only company I haven’t been with are Vodafone. I don’t know what they’re like. Hope everything works for you.

@Optus no internet, called support, told ling wait use message system, talked to a bot, no reply still no internet! Useless!

@Optus how long does it take to upgrade a network tower ? It’s been weeks and I’ve been paying for no 4G wifi/internet?!! Let alone WFH has been difficult….

Thanks @Optus for not letting me know there was a planned outage in my area today. I’m working from home. I’m lucky I can use my mobile data but it’s going to get eaten up. I have payrolls to run.
