    @Optus - no internet service and have tried rebooting / resetting Optus router with no success. I’ve been waiting on 24/7 chat for customer service for over an hour now with no reply

    @Telstra I know. It’s interesting that Optus has worse coverage (fewer bars) but perfectly good data speed in that coverage. I’ve never been here except in January. It’s certainly not busy/crowded (Covid etc). I’ve also tried a few locations a few km apart with no change.

    @optus my home nbn internet is down yet again. I’ve tried contacting support several times this week but they are unresponsive…very much like your internet service!

    @YetiSann @BirnoOCE @Optus came here to say this vouchhh I was randomly getting like almost 800 down 40 up for a couple months on 99$ They finally switched it back to 100 down 20 up but its good I stg barely any faults n you can put in tickets and get free support out its 10/10 best ive been with :)
