    @Iridian_Willow @sunriseon7 👍🏼 Telstra has the biggest coverage followed by Optus & Vodafone towers. So there’s only 3 carrier systems in Australia to “try” keep down the ugly towers everywhere. Kogan etc sell 3rd party services over those 3 networks.

    @_chrislala @Optus I think there is a lot of people in the same boat. Never advised when purchased there could be a delay & no updates at all. When I contacted Optus I was told it was on the way before I finally found out it's on backorder with no eta.

    @HullKiwi @me_dc Optus made it difficult to use their business when their service is/was barely usable in Qld. Even now, their mobile service is barely functional in my area.

    @Optus suprise suprise no internet... again. Seems to be the norm to have drop out all weekend. And trying to contact CS is almost impossible with wait times through the roof.. guess that means it's not just me having issues #optusoutage

    @HullKiwi @me_dc For most of my internet years, Optus has not been an option in the areas where I have lived. Having used their phone service on work mobiles a few times, I have no regrets.
