    Hey @Optus How often when you ask "Is there someone we can transfer the service to" during the cancellation of a service does someone actually end up transferring a service?

    Once again @Optus manage to raise the bar in appalling service. Constant poor advice & incorrect guidance resulting in no service for a week. Your service agents show no interest in trying to fix the situation. Time to start looking at other options - @Telstra or @VodafoneAU ?

    @Optus @bcurrall80 I've never heard of a computer or gaming console doing an update by itself while powered off, sleep mode maybe, off no.

    $50billion bungled on @NBN_Australia and I'm sitting here in inner Sydney since mid March with no date for nbn outage to be fixed and @Optus wanting me to upgrade my nbn plan....which doesn't work to get a hybrid modem with 4G backup. #AusPol2022

    @Telstra 2000 48898 2503 house sold Sept 2021, subscriber now has no fixed address & an OPTUS cellphone service. Good luck to that collection agency you keep threatening me with
