Port awful. Umpires almost as bad. Bring back Justin Schmidt, the last umpire to ignore subi/optus silence and pay kicks on what he saw, rather than what the one eyed crowd demanded. #AFLEaglesPower

Had a chat with 7 different support agents, half of them Say no issue with your connections and other half say there’s an outage in your area, all trouble shooting steps have been tried, network outage map says no issues in my area, please help @Optus

Is anyone having issues with @Optus NBN? I recently moved and I was told it would be on the day I moved and it wasn’t. I was told last night it’ll take time cause of all the new customers and relocations. The reception is really bad so I can barely use my own data. #Optus

@Telstra we’re at 1 hour and 4 minutes in a support chat with no resolution - I give it 26 minutes and if the issue isn’t resolved I’ll swap be swapping to @Optus this week
