@Optus I've never had an issue using my phone as a hotspot previously. Speeds have been adequate for what I occasionally need to do on my laptop. I'm not into gaming or live streaming.

@milankakabaros @LFC_Australia If the coverage will be better then its definitely worth paying for. Optus 5G roll out will be ongoing for a while. The infrastructure in this country is just so poor.

@Barbara44176614 @penepies @RossAndRussel Over 95% of people aged 12+ in WA are double jabbed and our Optus crowds have never been lower. Part of that is because the Eagles are terrible, but Freo have been doing better than expected yet still not getting pre-COVID crowds

Spend 2 months trying to pin @Optus down to sort internet out. And finally get an appointment. One day before, I call them to confirm appt since nobody from their team had gotten in touch with me. Only to be told appt had been cancelled. Why? Your guess is as good as mine.

He @Optus i am still getting people calling me, claiming i called them. It's almost constant now. I can't keep going into your chat system to complain. It's getting so bad that I cant rely on the mobile phone network.

so @optus and @NBN_Australia keep blaming each other for delays, cancellations and faults. Who is ultimately responsible for the incompetence and mess! One of you better send an actual person on site and fix your problem...fed up with offshore "expert" case managers bs runarounds

@Optus complete reduced service in Sydney since Thursday night. Absolute junk. Have made several calls that we have wasted hours of our time. Nobody can find or access our account. All we have been told is nbn should be fixed by today…. Nope still not working.
