    @ScottRhodie I went from a reseller of Optus that couldn’t get their 5G network because I was sick of being stuck without internet every time my phone dropped from 4G, and it was dropping more and more often due to frequency shifts.

    @Optus poor customer service. I’m unable to preorder iPhone 14 pro because I don’t drive/don’t have a drivers license. And there’s no photo ID option in checkout!

    @ShiannonC @Telstra I was a Telstra customer for 25 years, have been with Optus now for about four months, no complaints from me.

    @SwoopLuke Depends where you are I guess. Where I live Optus has the best reception and Telstra is on a par with Vodaphone. Where I work Telstra has a very strong signal.

    Only when I shoot that down do I get an actual ******* answer. And even after that, the person is _still_ trying to upsell me. Very ****** customer service, @Optus.

    @SwoopLuke Optus! Still use them for work phone. But Telstra gets full bars and full service everywhere, while Optus is like dial up without the annoying noise

    @ShiannonC @Telstra Thanks for sharing, I’m changing phones this month, was going from Optus to Telstra, won’t bother now. Be interesting what the ombudsman makes of this. Hope they make reparation.

    @SwoopLuke I've never had massive issues with Optus, but have heard Telstra are better. Just depends I suppose.
