@Optus This isn’t helpful and is condescending. We are aware of how this can happen. I was questioning Optus’ insistence on charging a cancellation fee on a falsely set up number and wondering why the process to cancel a falsely set up number is harder than setting it up

@dikkii I get very few too just scams mostly. My plan with Optus doesn’t shower the caller id soi never know the number

@samanthamaiden @lucethoughts @Telstra We often take calls from those purporting to be Telstra Support, even though we’re with Optus. I just play along and they eventually catch on I’m having a laugh

Optus & I have been DMing all afternoon It seems their definition of customer service & expectations of a customer dealing with Optus is VASTLY different as to the service they provide 1.5/10 for the experience, I gave .5 for no spelling errors. Well done 👍
