    @Optus Finally getting NBN - yay! BUT have been asked to pay a cancellation fee (we never asked to cancel - got told that we had to wait for NBN equipment to become available again) plus the installation, AND we can't keep the same home phone number either apparently!! 🤦

    Hey @Optus how do we go about reporting a dead zone in the middle of a growing residential area? Calls drop constantly, even the nearby shopping centre I only get 1 bar of H+, it's awful service, almost ready to switch it's that bad

    @swearyanthony @VodafoneAU 24 min to 48 min would be acceptable, not hours, esp when you have told them what the issue is. I think it took optus over a day to fix it when they blocked bitly a few years back as well.

    I'd love to complain to @Optus about my terrible level of mobile internet connectivity, but it will have to wait until I connect to WiFi 😐
