My poor almost 90 year old mother in law has just lost hundreds with a scam on her landline.. She spent almost an hour thinking it was Optus gave them all the details they needed ..nightmare for my wife on the phone to the bank for hours trying to fix everything up.. **** 🤔

@Optus I had no service again for over an hour last night and you've closed my issue without resolving it again. I tried to call your NBN support line to speak to someone, but after being on hold for an hour, I was told "sorry, we close at 8pm" and was hung up on. It's 6:40PM.

@Chrisquirk @FPL_MADSouvles @ParamountPlusAU Better yet, throw in the towel and give it to Stan or Optus. They’re far more superior. Paramount have really let us down with their quality, lack of, and functionality. It’s suppose to be on par with Stan or Optus, now it looks like content SBS rolled out in the early 2000’s.
