@Optus , HELP, YOU ARE KILLING ME SLOWLY, 2 weeks trying to get a new modem for our internet, that’s all I need, yet on the phone again, this is no 6 call, it’s not that hard to understand, this is worse than torture.

@Optus you’ve gone down hill since removing the manual bill pay. Your customer service team is also now a joke I’ve spoken to more of ur employees then family members and I’m over it. I can’t wait till I’ve paid off my phone I’m going straight to @Telstra

@Optus must know I have loads of marking to do ONLINE. The modem has been turned off and on again FIVE TIMES already, only for the internets to stay for only minutes. Now hot spotting in my own home. Playing the waiting game via chatbot for them to even acknowledge the issue.
