@Optus For some reason you guys haven’t acknowledged a fault so the service is showing as fine. But there’s a thread on my local area Facebook page with 160 comments form locks residents up in arms over it. I think someone needs to investigate this further.

Winner of the worst customer service and call centre for 2021 -OPTUS! Select-NEW SALES-an immediate answer! Any other service requirement disappears in abyss of time wasting deceitful messages and music. @WatchTribunal @choiceaustralia @Optus Holding for 3d time -going on 18 min.

@Optus day 3 of 0.20mbps download speed (ookla won't even load!) Factory reset done no change. 1 device connected, signal strength excellent, account in credit. Really long time customer who has persisted, but this might be the end for us. Please provide a resolution and advise
