    @Optus Hillariously; Ive sent them a screen shot of my credit card several times. At which point they agree they've charged me but still cant help. Its outstanding! Hoping my bank will help me tomorrow.

    So after data leak having my identity on the dark web as a direct result of @optus incompetence they now want to have access to my account for direct debits are you serious.. bad customer relations my partner now closing 2 accounts and 6 mates at work

    For a company that had such a MAJOR **** up with a data breach last year, Optus is going hard on making it so you can only pay by giving them your credit card details.

    27hrs and still can't activate an Optus SIM card. Not sure if the Optus tech support knows what a sim card is
