    @optus is the worst telecommunications company in Australia there’s no way to speak a human on the phone for technical help after hours, six months of constant dropouts, BS excuses from the technical support team i.e. your Internet drops out because you have your Xbox connected

    @Optus @derryn_thomas I have had similar issues. I couldn’t not even use the check to see if my address in the Illawarra has been effected by the outage or if it was my personal system failing. Even the Optus systems down then?

    Optus what about the oldie that dont have a mobile phone and only a landline with nbn that doesn't work how do they ment to call for help do you even care?
