@Optus @bevdog_pup Why the hell @Optus doesn’t allow us to use BPAY? Your sim only is actually ‘prepaid’ featured. 1. Direct debit only. 2. Generates invoices after payment received and the invoice shows the payment was for the next month. You are the worst and most confusing service!

@Optus We’ve been promised “call backs” for months and months and months and months and months and months and months. And every month I call up and correct the billing errors and every month it’s a different excuse….I have a plethora of information for the TIO because we’re fed up.

@Optus @sydneymardigras Same card I use to pay my bill every month. Plenty of fund and I’m using the card many times daily in store, online etc… you need to have a tick about your crappy app support… that is not support. You are paying people that don’t do their job. I’m furious.
