@Optus @ScottMorrisonMP forget to pay it bill and they will give u service restrictions. Try and talk to someone at optus, good luck, try the app to get an answer, I gave up after 1 hrs of frustration. Scomo what r u going to do to regulate this industry.This is disgraceful

@Optus My NBN connection has been 'reduced service' since Tuesday morning. Actually it doesn't work at all. I've reported the issue but the outages page just says it's under investigation. Why would it take this long to fix?

@davidkersten @Optus Bought an Optus dongle, rang for tech support, they asked for my Vodafone account number. Innocently, I gave it to them but queried the request and emphasised I did not want to switch. They switched and have been unable to retrieve the old number

@MichaelWestBiz @DameEmpress @Optus At our current house, they told us we were connected while the cable was still sticking out of the ground. The woman wanted us to wait an hour for it to start working. She couldn't understand that the cable was not connected to the network and it was never going to work.

Paramount+ is crap, can't get it to cast to my tv, I have no trouble with kayo,no trouble with Optus sport, why is this app ****!! They have had long enough to sort out any probs. USELESS!!!!!
