Hey @Optus ridiculous situation where I went over data on my service. Bought an unlimited daily package. Because I went over before I chose unlimited service is capped (throttled). Service says can’t be fixed til next cycle??????? @ASIC_Connect

Internet continues to be down, smack in the middle of a lockdown on the day @NSWHealth announces 633 cases in NSW. Pretty tired of this poor service @Optus it really is not good enough

@CelerySorbet @latte_oz So, are they easily identifiable by their tin foil hat? As Telstra/Optus/Voda all have 5G service at York St (According to the maps). Definately some one you doesn't care about their community.

What's happening @Optus. Constant and repetitive streaming issues. Your service is becoming as bad as Telstra. No phone, no internet, no Fetch TV over and over again.

@Optus Home internet has now been down overnight. Work from home during this lockdown is now impossible. Zoom meetings impossible. Online teaching impossible. We stream our tv so entertainment impossible. All you can do is say sorry? Just restore my service!

@Optus Reboot the Fetch box is not the solution though. My service is becoming very irregular.
