@OptusSport Dear Optus, You got customers to broadband accs because of EPL. You say price has not increased. We say price should not increase when customer volume increase. In conjunction with advert $, Price gouging imo. Time to look at alternate broadband services.

How can @OptusSport justify such a significant price hike when not even offering 4k streaming, losing the rights to the champions league and only having the womens world cup? Might cancel even though I’m ah Optus customer this is poor form

@KanteBeStopped7 @OptusSport Nope, not for me, in the T&C, customers with 4 mobile devices + internet/connections are still eligible for free content, stupid that people who are with Optus still have to pay.

Wow #optus first u take away movie tickets without telling us, no coverage and a tower upgrade for years near my work, now this with the sport. Do I stay or do I go? Fortunately my internet hasn't had a problem for a while fingers crossed I haven't jinxed it.

So it turns out my optus bill is now $20 more bc of the person that hacked me and subscribed to the **** and they're still telling me i gotta go to a store even tho i can't :/ i gotta make a phonecall

@OptusSport I joined Optus last month due to the free EPL package. Seems ridiculous that you’re getting customers to now pay for the exact same service.. I’d understand if you won the champions league contract back. Another greedy increase when inflation is already hurting people.
