    Turns out @optus are a fault if your number share keeps breaking. I have finally googled and I'm not alone in having way too many disconnections. I have wasted dozens of hours on tech support and I'm finally leaving #leaveoptus

    @Optus Still no Optus phone or internet at all since 10 Feb. This afternoon your support team STILL couldn’t help at all as most of their own diagnostic tools were down! You disempower your own support team. You disrespect your customers. How can #Optus be so appallingly #mismanaged?

    @Optus If you can’t wait at least give your paying customers some quality. I stopped watching EPL on here for ages coz your 720p max is basically 480p. 6 months later I jump on because yes I pay for this crap and again it still looks like crap. How can you not do better in 2022 ?

    @Optus any idea if there is an outage we in 2165. No nbn Internet and your online info suggests there is no outage.

    @WAAMBMEDIC Was almost nearly tempted to switch back to @optus from @Telstra last week for International call inclusion but…5G coverage remains better with T, & to their credit T’s service when I called to negotiate was 👌,they didn’t want me to leave-great deal offered. Recommend switch.
