    @Optus why does Optus offer 24/7 customer service and take forever to reply? I can’t call because my service is down!! Love when I have to make a phone call and can’t do it. What an awful service! Will I get something in return for a bad customer service??

    @Optus phoned up Optus yesterday to log a fault with my nbn box making a clicking noise and not having phone and internet. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Was told I would have a technician sent out to me today between 8am to 12pm. NOBODY came. Very poor customer service.

    What’s the go with the **** @Optus 5G service? Pay extra money for this and it’s been average the last few days.

    @NBN_Australia There is supposed to be work done in the area around now, this is about the third time in past 2 yrs. Up until the first time i didnt have a problem. (Leopold vic) im with optus.

    @Optus I’ve had no internet since 10am. I’ve been on chat to your operators for over 3 hours, & they just keep transferring me back & forth between people. I’m up to my 5th person at the moment. I work from home, can’t do my job & no one has offered me compensation or help! Joke!
