    @Optus I’m trying to contact you. I tried via the Optus app but says that you’re having service difficulties. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and no one is answering I was in the middle of watching a movie then it stopped and the ring has just been going around and around

    @Optus NBN wifi has been operating at a snails pace (or no pace at all) since about 11 this morning, both 2.4 and 5GHz, checked address but no reported outages.. can you help?

    Went to return the Foxtel box at p.o. due to $300 threat. Come home to see Optusnet and Foxtel down. I’d rather not contact as it would be a waste of time. Try Foxtel on the phone. Painful. Optus I wouldn’t bother.

    @Optus The most unprofessional, incompetent telecom provider in OZ for the past 10 years. I will never deal with you again. Staff are all offshore & completely out of touch with the products & services or how they even how they operate.
