@ItsErikabYo Optus is just so mediocre in a lot of places it shouldn't be. And people say instead of using hopeless NBN we should just use 4G. I laugh. Both are terrible.

Optus now think they are Govt & ask for Govt type related documents to verify your identity Why does the customer have to do all the work?

@Optus @williamfeeney9 Was down this morning 11/08. Couldn't make or receive calls. However, issue seems to be resolved at Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast, QLD. I'm able to make/receive calls again.
