    @LesStonehouse @Optus my mobile with "Amazin" via Optus! terrible service cut out middle important phone calls! Landline NBN internet with Westnet years!after lot investigation found signal was being blocked between their repeater my house(regional) changed service to "Boost"(Telstra) excellent!

    @LesStonehouse @Optus 2 days of no coverage, problematic service normally no trying to make amends for an entire regional town having no Optus coverage from Friday to Sunday pm. I thought Optus was bad on the gold coast wait till you head to regional NSW

    @LesStonehouse From my experience and that of others, unless you live in or very near one of the large cities, don't use Optus, use Telstra & only Telstra network.

    @Optus any idea when the outage in 2192 will be fixed ? This seems to happen frequently. How are we meant to work in conditions like this ?

    @LesStonehouse Been a long time since I had internet with Optus. They sub-contract everything. Installers used a cable box that went wobbly in the afternoon sun. Optus refused to even try and fix it. I changed to another provider and never had problems since.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus Even telstra provides free router upgrades if you are a reasonably long standing customer I was with telstra 6 years never paid for a router Change ISPs If she's on fixed wireless skymesh are brilliant and cheap
