    @EmergencyBK I just found out you can re boot your phone by holding the button down. The nice lady at Optus told me and did not laugh.

    @Optus so instead of fixing a mobile diverting to voicemail you have instead diverted that mobile to mine. After 5 hrs with online chat yesterday this is how you have solved my problem. Now on phone with 3rd person who just transfers me to another dept. you can to better #Optus.

    @Optus C) I get that you think automatic payments are good but my uni tried that even when I told them not to because it would fail and they caused me to wear $780 in dishonor fees so no I don't like automated payments that cost me money.

    @lukepar21 @Optus I am facing the same issue with coles mobile which uses optus network. Worst part there is no message from optus or coles mobile advising about this ongoing problem and the ETA for resolution.

    @DoctorKarl On Foreshore and Botany Rd areas of Botany, my phone just doesn't want to connect to anyone. Can see many KM across the bay, but nothing works. Optus network.

    @rdr31d Check out the Aldi prices, unlimited calls & text AND the data rolls over each month too. Best mobile plans in the country by a mile. AND it's on the Telstra network so it works out here. Optus & Vodaphone don't

    @SHamiltonian @thmcmahon @ryanbedwards Yeah - I'm with Belong. It's a Telstra subsidiary, but is way cheaper. It's on the Telstra network - I got waaaaaay better coverage when I switched Optus -> Belong.

    @Optus So what you're telling me is that although I've been a customer for almost 20 years, you don't value me enough and so I'm better off just going elsewhere for the phone. A) your new plans are less competitive than my current plans

    @lukepar21 @Optus Is this issue resolved for you @lukepar21. I am still unable to receive incoming calls and no update from optus or coles mobile. Horrible service.

    @Optus NBN connection in Sunnybank has been almost entirely down for two days now and is still "under investigation". Is there any update on when this will be fixed, especially given most of the neighbourhood is working from home?
