    @theKoala_Man @Telstra I've spent an awful lot of money with Telstra over the years and only cancelled my last service with them 3 months ago. On the upside, Optus is over $30 a month cheaper for more data and the same phone

    Somewhat unhelpfully, NBN have suggested my lack of internet problem might be fixed by turning the modem on/off.....for the 7th time!!! Optus have now escalated the problem 😡

    On that point, Optus are a real pain for locking down what should be an open feature of their provided routers... But the Whirlpool forums came through with the steps required to find and decode the admin password!

    @Optus Other providers (eg ABB) seem to be able to notify their customers that there is another fixed internet and phone outage in this area due to fibre breakage. This is the second time in two days.

    @Optus You’re joking right? Taking down the network all day and all night for 2 weeks for the greater good is not a good experience. We weee told the outages would be minimal. It is all day and no one at Optus is doing anything about it!

    @crowdiegal I do support the idea. Also have a 2nd Anzac Day game with Fremantle at Optus Stadium starting at 6:10pm AWST

    @Optus Is 4G service affected? My Nokia only gets 3G
