    @SenPaterson Advertising Common Cyber Sense seems an obvious first issue to address. Optus being a prime example.

    Anyone else with Optus noticed reception is worse lately I mean it was pretty bad before but now is just ridiculous 1 bar on phone and I live i one of the biggest cities in Australia ffs @optus

    @BenSmee @Optus I was in this boat a few months back. After rebooting my router numerous times, they booked a NBN technician to come and have a look. And then I found reset button on my NBN box and it fixed the problem. I’ve since added Optus Technician to my resume.

    @Optus who the hell do you have in customer support? Clearly someone with limited comprehension and reading skills. I’m messaging your “support” team about data usage and they want my address to fix the fault on a tower?

    @Optus Your system says , no issues, major issues in this area. Towers not coping .
