    @Optus Appreciate your response . We have had so many Outages in the past 6 months in Epping area , and another one is incoming tomorrow. It’s strange that after so many outages the network is still below average .

    Hey @optus How come you have customer service numbers listed as “24/7, 365 days a year” that result in dead’s ends or are disconnected? One of those is listed in your complaints policy! What a disgrace #optus #optusfail #rubbish

    I buy apple 🍏 products only, today I had a problem with after changing from Telstra to Optus with everything on my Apple products , Apple technical support spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to sort my problem, which they did, Optus couldn’t give a stuff
