@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

@Bienie @Optus Mate, I know you're normally very chill about stuff you have no control over. We had a bad weekend and it's time to watch a 2010 rerun.

@Optus Okay. I will, but based on the past three years this is what will happen: Information provided. Check completed. ‘There’s no issues in your area- maybe there’s a lot of people on the system in your area’. No resolution.

@BelongAU @nathan1ittle Yeah it wasn’t available 😢. But I opened up a service ticket after activation. So hoping the ticket can fix it. It’s for my partners service as he moved from Optus to Belong. Also, signup was so quick! Number is already ported, which I didn’t think happened on sundays 👍

@optus HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU for being the provider that got our NBN installed in less than 2 weeks. No text messages back and forth for 6 weeks just amazing service! @Telstra you need to take a leaf out of their book 6 weeks of bullshit vs 2 weeks and NBN installed #yesoptus

Hi @Telstra I just went into one of your store as I want to port across 2 mobiles and home internet across from Optus. Much to my surprise, the customer service rep told me because I’m a new customer I can’t port across 2 phones. Is this accurate 😳
