    @kbrspace Please make it a priority to sort out client experience @Optus It's a shambles. Poor #CustomerExperience never a good experience dealing with optus support. Something simple as an activation code, online chat garbage! Everything automated surely a code can be also!

    Optus network is baaaad in my area where I work. Works internet is completely down. I can only connect in the very small patches where internet works. 😭

    @GobSmac57499765 I am with Optus and was happy with their cable but since they migrated me to the NBN I have had nothing but issues, I think it's established now but if those green lights go out I know I am truly screwed

    @Optus Because you in the social media office are going to do what, exactly? Every time you all me to send you a DM you tell me you can't do anything and to phone Optus for support. It's the definition of pointless.

    @mishyloan @Optus @GladysB Theyre useless...I used to have an actual Australian number in town for optus that used to fix asap ..bright sparks keep sending me messages to a myoptus app that I didn't have and never had 😖 theyre such a ****** company makes sense they'd hire dodgy Gladys

    well my internet is slow as **** again so stream is cancelled until i call ******** up again come on @Optus what ******** is wrong with you guys we call up, get it sorted and when the power dies all of a sudden its back down to 10mb/s again

    @pit_matt @Optus It's an absolute nightmare. I only discovered there was an issue on Friday night after I received a couple of texts asking why I hadn't replied to the earlier ones.
