    @Optus All good Rob. Thanks it will be here sometime. Only been 3 weeks so far. Fairly confident it will be here before Santa. My issue is due to hardware delays. My contracts are All on different start/end dates! ;) Confusing

    @AlexDevantier Optus,,,,Im pretty pissed off ...cant internet bank - keeps timing out . And the bank is doing maintenance this weekend so phone banking and Internet banking is out, And the Optus issues means phones aren't working properly either (NBN)

    @Telstra (part 3) I don’t need the SIM anymore because the Optus network has been restored but I’d like my $90 back. It charged me for every failed attempt at activating/loading credit. $30 for every time I hit the button only to get an error message. Please assist, thank you!

    @Optus hi, is there any reason your customer service is so poor lately? Hours spent on hold, hours before being messaged back on app. If this is the new normal, I'm going to have to go elsewhere
