@engagedpractx @Optus Have you checked with neighbours that Telstra doesn't drop out in the same area? Telstra 5G is pretty good in my experience. Also I've always found Telstra customer service to be a breeze.

@Optus just terrible. I added a new sim to my account which doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours on your chat service and going into Optus stores and still don’t have a working service. What do I need to get this fixed??
