Just got news from Optus, they are going look after their customers better,what a joke, perhaps a good start would to get their staff to answer telephones in their retail outlets,Optus you can't make bad service disappear,we will remember bad service answer ur ******* phones..

@grazerdotorg @amaysimAU So which Mobile phone company does something recommend? As I have been with and contacted several for information such as Telstra, TPG, Optus, iiNet, Vodafone etc and they have been the same poor #CustomerService with wrong info, false promises, staff not caring etc etc etc

Hey @Optus we have no NBN, over the last few hours have tried to escalate via messaging/chat and now you say due to a ‘system upgrade’ IT Support can’t be contacted and can WE try to reach YOU in the next 4 hours 😳. That’s what we’ve been trying to do? Please help, it’s urgent.
