    @Optus Well, I just spent over an hour on the phone with my son translating, to find the person I spoke to yesterday didn't give me the rest of the info required to actually finish the job. That's the second idiot in the same job who has failed to complete it. Better be 3rd time lucky.

    @jayong28 I’ve had a few issues with planned work on a tower near me. @Optus customer service are awesome! Quick to reply to my tweets ( I don’t call them ). Quick to resolve the problem Grateful for the credits applied to my account during down time.

    I have explained everything multiple times on the stupid @Optus messaging app you keep telling me to use instead while I'm on hold, to be constantly told they can't activate SIM cards. I have physical disabilities, so visiting a store is not an option.

    For the record, I decided to give it a shot. It did help, but it took me a whole half hour to reconnect lol, apparently Optus' DNS servers are suffering from a solid dose of enuresis right now or something.

    When did Telstra’s reception become so terrible. I recently changed from Optus remembering the good old days when the T were miles ahead. Seems far from it now.

    @Optus On the phone to your customer support to connect my Apple Watch (which I own to my Optus service). The operator is asking what colour watch do I want and how long I would like to pay it off. Please, please. Can someone with sufficient seniority please intervene and help me?

    @Telstra I have been a loyal customer forever, your reception down in Blairgowrie is so poor. My wife went to Optus and I bag her for the choice due to Telstra best reception, see ya Telstra such a crap company now
