@LisaMic75251596 @InnesKay THAT Optus one has been the rounds for sometime now. There's also a very real looking active "PayPal" email. NEVER answer anything like this, unless they have you full/correct name, and even then think twice. Scams mostly address dear user or similar.

@Optus what the heck is wrong with your help desk. 2 1/2 hours online with no resolve. Unable to contact a 'real' person at Optus to talk live regarding issue. Web page not working correctly either. #fail. #complaint I am a customer - you have my details - CALL ME !

@Optus Why is there such major throttling down of upload speeds on your NBN tonight?? I am getting 2.05mb/s when i should be getting around 18 - 20 mb/s Optus support were meant to monitor and call me back, but i have heard nothing from them.

@supermario200 @Optus Exactly the same is happening with my partner and I! We have tried their support system to no avail. This is ridiculous, explain what's happening @Optus. I could get better service elsewhere for less, and actually have accurate outage notifications instead of the spam we receive.

@Optus Again, we've had no internet since yesterday. Call centre not answering. Can't speak to anyone about why, and for how much longer? Understand these things happen, but your customer service is appalling. After decades, it's time to switch service.
