HEY @Optus um your mistakes, on my account have become a joke. Truly!!! FIRST no bill, on new mobile, 2ndmistake changed billing date without asking 3rd mistake, 5 app and calls to get it fixed, argued with, told all fixed, resolution team, say wait 10 days,on 2bill in two weeks,

@Optus your customer service is ****…!!! If you are going to outsource call centres to the Phillipines make sure they can at the very least COMMUNICATE in ENGLISH…!!! 4 phone calls and still nowhere…!!!

@Optus 2nd issue I have no NBN box so I’m having to use my back up internet. After 2 weeks of arguments with your team I still don’t have internet or even had anyone from NBN come to resolve the issue

Im having massive issues with 2 of Australias supposed biggest businesses with **** customer service & the ability to contact them is ****. @Optus you are not available 24/7 because i can't get anyone at all and @NAB i have been on the chat for an hour - no luck! Very Poor!
