@9NewsAUS True fact about the police. The police does not care that much about anything. Because they don't want anything to work on. They slow things down and can be easily bribed. This does not apply to all but some. OPTUS. I suggest u dont go to the police and investigate the hacker

@_sara_jade_ @Optus Crap, not good. I don't have much confidence that they know what's going on. I tried to change my pw, link went to the rogue number, luckily I immediately asked for the pw reset to be sent by email, managed to lock it all down before they could get in. No interest from Optus

New licenses will be issued for free to people in NSW and QLD affected by the Optus breach. In NSW, the $29 replacement charge will still apply, but Optus will then issue reimbursement advice

There was an unexpected development in the Optus data breach saga today, when the online account which claimed to be behind the breach offered up an apology and walked back threats of releasing more customer data or holding Optus to ransom. Love Gladys

@BridgeMuir I very much doubt that we will ever see the end of this. That data is worth Billions for many reasons, it’s why Optus collected it. Imagine apart from the personal details, now in the hands of Hackers but imaging the IP, they know the Optus customer base. Usage stats, demographics
