    @disastayli @originalbeth_ Optus has a history of not buying enough allocation for the number of users and you pay the price for poor speeds. You can check websites of others like Aussie Broadband, put in your address and they will provide you with a speed guide for your node with them.

    @Optus Like the last three times that you said you'd help, and finished with saying, you had no clue how to help and dont know when the maintenance will end. and I got one date that it'd be 25th March, that was 3 days ago.. but sure, I'll send a DM anyhow.

    @IanSamuels3 I'm on a plan with Optus, with two (very archaic ) $10 a month mobile plans thrown in (...I really need to cancel dad's phone) it works out at $120 per month.

    @Optus Optarse sux Poor Reception incoming calls straight to Voicemail refuse to SMS Text prior to/on day of Due Date Bill(important to Disadvantaged Battlers, Customers on Pensions) only to SMS Text daily with:"your Bill overdue, Pay now or Late Fees apply/Service will be suspended"😠

    @Optus will do this week and hopefully can actually get the switch which I only chose cause of threat to lose ADSL that never happened

    @Uniqueosaurus Optus is offering a service called SubHub which helps you manage all your subscription services in one place. Like, it's so bad that other companies are innovating to appeal to the market.
