    @Optus Actually it is spam when I have no opted in for the service, or have the ability to opt out or block, as well as having suspicious links to that could be going to anywhere and you continue to let them use your network

    @AlphaAntonAU What service provider are you with? Cause I get decent reception with Optus here 🤔 My parents are with Vodafone and they get decent reception too

    @Optus has the most incompetent support team ever, i just want them to send an NBN technician over because clearly the troubleshooting methods do not do anything long-term

    @Kristov086 I know it's the NBN but there is still the issue of purchasing enough capacity to service customers. Optus don't. I switched from them to Aussie Broadband. Use my own router and never looked back. Not perfect. Nothing is but it's been brilliant by comparison.
