@Optus Recently, the Optus towers in Eagleby Queensland were upgraded to improve the network efficiency. Since then my iPhone calls have been breaking up indoors whereas they were clear indoors before. Very disappointing.

@Jeremy_Kirk @medibank One of the interesting things about the Optus issue is that we are given codes to activate identity monitoring through @Equifax. You go there & enter all your sensitive info; then find out their system doesn't support MFA...

I have received more direct emails from Medibank in a week than I have from Optus since their data breach. I’m a former customer of Medibank and it’s not clear if my data has been stolen but have been with Optus for 10+ years and they confirmed my ID details were taken.

@neilw101 @redruby17 @Optus Just stay away from Telstra. I thought Optus were bad until I changed a couple of months ago. Was forced to make my first complaint to an Ombudsman about Telstra.

Oi @Optus tell me why staff at your Miranda store were so unhelpful trying to fix my international sms issue. I pay a lot for a plan whose features I can't use right now. They've escalated it but its a min 2 day wait. My 88 yo dad is in hospital now and I need to sms him!

Once you've proven your identity with a company, surely your customer/account number can be used to identify yourself in the future... I don't understand why these hackers can get your info from Optus etc. I'm not allowed to keep credit card info from customers who pay monthly.

@Optus Hi Robyn, no offence but after speaking with the general team, no one is authorised to make any compensation or offer a resolution other than constant "you will be called". 10 days after complaint, still no call.

@MichaelSmyth_ @Optus Mate, I've spent hours this week trying to get a direct debit issue sorted, it's hopeless. Their app is broken too.

@WonderfulDay01 @Anthony_Klan @Optus They didn’t give away any expensive watches*, just cost taxpayer $$ to fix their failures. . *actually I have no evidence they did not give away watches.
