    @BelongAU For two weeks (that I know of) now I haven’t been able to receive calls on my mobile (could be longer I only was made aware of it recently). Logged a Support Ticket. Almost a week later still no update from the support team. Should I go back to @Optus? Thoughts?

    @SoccerooNo9 Like the NBN tender, Telstra never put a bid in, optus won fair and square, Telstra complained and Conroy took the contact from Optus and gave it to Telstra. Not many in LNP like Bitchup so look at Labor or green influence

    @RobAllessandro @BoonBroAus I HAVNT ordered anything then I also get the old your internets being disconnected by Telstra I tell them I’m with Optus HANG UP they do real quick

    Shout out to @itsbennett who told me, after almost a year working in the same god damn office and having telecommunication issues (thanks optus), that I could connect to wifi. 11/10, what a ledge.

    @Telstra mobile coverage in and around Dorset Sq, Boronia VIC has been terrible for a couple of months now. Any eta on a fix or would you suggest switching to Optus? Really can't be bothered to spend another hour on the phone for platitudes and hand waving

    SEVEN DAYS on I finally get a response to my “escalation” with @Optus - it said? Please provide your full name, DOB, etc!!🤬. THEY are contacting ME so they have all that. Oh - and still NO SERVICE.
