@OptusSocial I cannot log into your new paid service via SubHub for existing Optus customers Premier League, it comes up with an error. I have utilised your "Help" service on my Optus log in and they cannot resolve, they close the case and send me to Socials to get it fixed? WTF!

@aeberbach @overjeer Yeah, nah. i know it's easy to **** on nbn. They're the worst client I've had the displeasure to have worked with. But it's always been like this for any infrastructure. Telecommunication including Telstra/optus,water, roads etc Alot does get done after hours, but most does not.

@simmybeats @Optus @kayosports Agreed, majority of people in Australia are watching replays or mini matches due to the time difference. These are riddled with ads and terrible quality, Stan Sport could get everything right in 1 year, Optus are still a dogs breakfast after 6 years

@Optus Thanks but it’s ok Steven. I’m confident it’s not an isolated issue. Been better in the last 10 mins (less blurry). My feedback is for matches in the 5am-7am & 9pm-12am range involving top 6 #EPL clubs, more bandwidth/capacity might be needed on your servers to support Full HD.
