@JayPeeterman @Optus One of my mobiles is with Optus but I am forever getting notifications that they are doing upgrades in my area so my mobile services may be interrupted. This never happens with My Telstra mobile

Hey @Optus STEPTEMBER is not so much fun when you HAVEN'T HAD BUSINESS INTERNET SERVICE FOR 2 WEEKS, and your business is adversely impacted. I've been hung up on, had my case dropped, lied to, and otherwise received ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

There are many more people like me who have taken up your iPhone 13 + iWatch 7 plan and all have been facing the same issue, we just won't get our watches even post the promised time. This is just not done on your side @Optus .

@clarke3110 @Optus Mate, hung up on, transferred around the entire contact centre, promised call backs that never eventuated, advised everything was fine by two seperate operators when it obviously wasn’t. Lol. Absolute circus

Ok. I’m seriously sick of @Optus Your service is rubbish & your automated service doesn’t work. Your staff don’t listen (but that’s probably because they’re not in Aust!) & your shopfronts are filled with staff with no people skills! I’m completely fed up.

@LauncestonStorm @Optus I gave them every chance to fix it and got nada. Biggest downfall was contacting them on Friday afternoon of round 23 SuperCoach when I was about to win it and to be told to call back on Monday.went through all the troubleshooting

@JayPeeterman @Optus You're not going to get it from Telstra/Optus, they're not focused on the customer and their customer service experience is an automated sham of an effort. Customer Service matters and it became clear its not a high enough priority for them.

@Optus Apple will be launching the new iWatch 8 on 7th September 2022. But you guys won't even send me my iWatch 7 that I was supposed to receive a month ago. I feel cheated as a customer to have fallen for your false marketing tactics and not being delivered as per the offers.
