@DifficultNerd Can understand. Optus’s children rock lobster advert made me detest them as a brand. Would never use their products ever because of that incessant advert.

@steelite @Optus Having the same problem not able active the number share after removing the plan from my watch, The tech are blaming the tower maintenance 286951 and 286959 causing the system error "Optus Number Share is currently active"

Anyone else have an issue with an Optus supplied Sagemcom device where you are connected to the internet via NBN and can see the network but can’t connect any device via WIFI? Worked fine all day yesterday until the evening after we had a sight storm.

@Optus it is appalling that I was on hold for more than hour in store because u have stopped my service from receiving and making calls because I had to re add voicemail. Offering to call me when I have no phone service is ridiculous as is the 24hr wait to get my call access back

@Optus Hi @optus does 4115 Parkinson have internet outages or just isolated case for us. We have been out since last night. Called customer support and to my surprise are closed on the weekend. 😒.

Three days now spending over an hour each time dealing with the so called experts at @Optus trying to get number share switched to new watch. Infuriating having to deal with this crap
