    @Optus hello why is the system down? And why have you not notified customers? This is ridiculous. Atleast give us a time estimate. If you don’t make another announcement with updates soon I’m buying a Telstra sim and never looking back at you.

    Frustrating that Optus net &mobile crashed and we couldn't hit up the neighbourhood Facebook group if Optus internet is down for you guys too

    @sta_fortis @Optus Their website was down too, and their phones were not connecting. It looks like the whole company was off-line for over an hour.
