@JardianOrmsby @DodoAustralia Typical Telco providers. Australia has got to have some of the worst providers in the world. @Optus isn't any better.

  • elle_aussie AussieElle (@elle_aussie) reported

@DavidCrisafulli You idiots in govt just assume everyone wants this. Look what happened with Optus and Mbf. Just like electronic banking until the system is down🙄takes your money straight away but a refund takes days. Elderly ppl don't live out of their phones.

@Anthony_Klan Goody Two-Shoes was just unlucky in love. What unfortunate bad luck has she brought on this time at Optus?

  • GrantleyF Grantley Fearn (@GrantleyF) reported

@tonytardio The Optus hacker who offered to sell personal information was not convicted but was given 150 hours of community service. I worked for 30 years and has to do 150 hours of community service a few years ago because I couldn't get a job.

.@Optus 12 Am is no time to do network maintenance. I can’t watch only fans now. Can you give me some of your leaked customer data. So I can use a network that works

@schwarzer_mark Mark, pleeeeeease try to convince anyone at optus who will listen to you that they need to buy the bundesliga rights!!!! Bein sports is a horrible, expensive platform

  • CrankInstitute TheCrankInstitute (@CrankInstitute) reported

@rachelrwithers Paul's opposition to thinking certainly reaped rich rewards at Optus. Today's performance looks like an extension of the Mad Monk's ol' wisdom-suppository that the problem in Australia is too many experts. If it weren't for the game of mates these blokes would be unemployable.

  • NordBlodBear NordBlodBear (@NordBlodBear) reported

Hey @Optus (1/2) instead of giving me an automated response to send you a direct message or go to your website could you get a real person to send a message to their boss to get them to send a message to their bosses boss that they need to fix the service

  • SamuelCox28 samueltheartist (@SamuelCox28) reported

@Optus Your Customer Service is easily the worst on this planet. Do better.

@Telstra Sure Jimmy will do that shortly. Thanks Ps I switched to 4g and the speed is even terrible between 0 to 3mbps. Whilst my work phone is with @Optus and their 4g speed is between 20 to 30 mbps. Just tested at Strathfield. Perhaps Telstra can get some tips from Optus 🤔
