    @Optus with everything in me **** OPTUS. I literally spend money for a service that doesn’t even work. Imagine paying for a broken service. I’ve spent 3 weeks trying to give them to fix it and they’ve done literally nothing but take my money. Run me my money TODAY 🖕🏾

    @MissyDemeanour4 @Optus I was only pointing out issue with QR code. Their coverage is garbage. I know of multiple large companies whose employees struggle due to this

    @Optus you claim that support is 24/7 via the app, but I've been waiting for over half an hour for a response.

    @Optus I restarted the box and it went away. It is frustrating that I tend to have problems when up late watching the PL. I also had periods of bad reception which is probably NBN issues. I get annoyed because watching the live broadcast is the highlight of the week. Sad but true.

    Pretty sure Optus has dynamic ip addresses and I’ve had to restart the modem almost daily this past week. Maybe this is an issue with an ip I’ve been assigned that has a “bad history”.

    @elisega94255738 @Optus Yeah I hear you. Very over priced. I stopped upgrading phones when Optus stopped being loyal to long term customers. I have been an Optus customer for 27 years. I buy my phones outright now.
