    @LauzBURNS Ugh! That sucks. I will say one thing about Optus - their social media team are fabulous in getting **** done for you. Message them and see if they can help

    Setting up phone with @Optus most frustrating & unhelpful experience. Took 3 weeks to get phone, Optus wifi not working, can’t set-up phone. Took in-store to be told not their problem don’t do set up & go to Apple who are booked out. What do I pay you for, definitely not service!

    @Optus I have been continuously chasing up the Optus CS to send me a satchel for returning modem but nothing much happened yet, you have charged me $104 after providing a poor internet service..
