    @Optus most frustrating service EVER! Cancelled my contract because of poor internet which they refused to do in store, spent 3 hours talking to people on online chat to cancel and now still be charged 2 months after I cancelled my contract.

    @9Now I recently tried to watch stuff on 9now and I gave up. You run two ads. The same two ads. Every single freaking ad break. I cannot watch that stupid freaking ladbrokes ad one more time. I just can’t. And the Optus family plan one is just as bad after the 20th view.

    A question for the @acccgovau - When @Optus terminated our contracted Cable Internet service do they have a right to charge us for the modem?

    @Optus Yeah you’ll get it 6 weeks after ordering it. Then have to use your garbage mobile app. When that doesn’t work you have to talk to some outsourced phone representative who can’t help you. Such a rubbish provider. Do not sign up with optus!

    @bozwhite @asothdotcom @ALeague Fact is current broadcaster has slashed costs in showing AL due to viewership going down. This was also exarcebated when they lost EPL to Optus. You'd hope whoever gets new deal substantially improves promotion and broadcast of league.
