Julian π¦πΊ (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, New South Wales@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately Iβm so disgusted with the way Iβve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. Itβs disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

Mat and Kita Clarke (@KitaandMat) reported from Maitland, New South Wales@OeterB @Fozbyte That's what I did! I'm an optus customer so it's included in my plan.
-
@carlagrossetti (@carlagrossetti) reported from Maitland, New South Wales@Optus Thanks Nard. What causes an outage that only affects webmail?
-
π¦πΊJulian π¦πΊ (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, New South Wales@Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

π¦πΊJulian π¦πΊ (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, New South Wales@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I donβt know about the other bit. Iβd never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

-
Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@DWybar2 @robb_j_m @Optus Change providers. Aussie broadband were great in pin pointing the issue, providing all the info to nbn to prove there was an issue and getting it fixed.
-
The Darklord (@TheDarklord76) reported@nachovonbaron @Optus Holy crap what? π€―
-
Svyatoslav Pidgorny πΊπ¦π¦πΊ (@Slav636) reported@bexcran IPv6 is massive in India, first class support by JIO. There are carriers that hold on to IPv4-only. Australiaβs Optus is one. They had massive outages and security breaches. Lack of IPv6 support is a sign of systemic issues in the organisation.

Bill (Blagoyce - Pronounced "Blagoyche") Anakiev (@BILLTHEDJ) reportedThank you to the NBN/Optus for restoring my internet connection at full speed. For the past 2 months it was working at woeful speeds. I was initially told it was a problem at my end 3 times but it seems the complaining from my end caused action for them to investigate and fix.

theseus π (@theatricalturd) reportedwtf is wrong with the deck at optus #AFLFreoHawks

π«πππππ πΊππππ π΄πππππππ π¦πΊ (@DanielSMatthews) reported@eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.
-
Rinat F. π¦πΊ (@ronyspark) reported@tsport100 @Starlink We were with Optus for more than a year. Service was great, weβre lucky to have a tower nearby, but prices climbed up to $100 per month π¬
-
Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@Feintglow @robb_j_m Or just change providers that actually want to provide a proper service and want happy customers. Rather than Optus, Telstra etc that don't care and know people aren't smart enough to change
-
Tats (@tatsyellow46) reportedOptus Stadium update - west coast got a free kick. I **** you not.

π§Jenny White (@jennywhite38) reported@optus_help So much palaver to have to re-enter WiFi password etc Everything is set to WiFi but still no joy with connection for small or calls. Poor service considering optus is always doing upgrades/maintenance constantly. Get sick of no service
