    @TPG_Telecom Pretty much reliable on internet! Are you sure you've not been hacked?? No response from your website/C.service! Last week was Optus, this week TPG! It's like you are restricted going out and using internet! Lol I can't exhaust my data! 😢

    @SteveMolk Casting devices struggle and apps for TV’s have been difficult. But my user experience has been okay. Fans seem to forget the issues that plagued Optus sport during the World Cup. Now THAT was disastrous. But now winning awards for streaming app and retaining the EPL rights

    @Optus still no nbn connection in Jannali. How many times you expect us to turn off and on the modem?! I’ll have 2/30 days worth of my monthly fee back thanks. Can’t work when you can’t provide the service. I’m done with you. #finalstraw

    @Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

    @Optus @nbn down in Turramurra. 4G working. Been out for over 1 hour. No message from @optus to customers. Work from here with international clients and rely on consistent internet access. Almost like a third world country. We have to do better. Imagine the productivity losses!

    @TPG_Telecom I try to change DNS setting on my computer but no help. The Web site is good,I can reach it by Optus mobile net.

    @sativa_bell If you are with Optus, Amaysim uses that network and much cheaper. At present 5g still rolling out so unless you need super fast, would not worry about it.

    Absolutely no warning from @Optus that my broadband service is having planned outage for 2 bloody days. Do they realise people are working from home.

    @0ptus my optus app is a shame!!!! Specially for customer trying to activate the sim/ esim. What a use less customer journey where we are just being bumped from one operator to another, messaging app to phone to wait to someone saying need to transfer to another department.

    If you believe the PM wasn’t aware of the NSW plan and was involved in creating it to take the heat off him then I’ve got a great Optus HFC network you might like to buy.

    Update @Optus customer service said to wait until tomorrow when they’ll get back to us. Ref: 24369613. They’ve now cancelled the service and connecting a new service and this may take ‘some time’. No specific timeframe.

    @bkjabour Yes! My Optus mobile plan has been bugging the f*ck out the past week. Dropped calls, not ending the call when I hit the red button, coverage issues.

    @Optus 26 days is disgusting. I get put on hold for over 30min!!! Have to use my limited phone data usage. Yeah and at $10 per 1gb for going over, it's POOR customer service any way you look at it

    @OptusSport Can't really watch it when Optus took away our Internet access for apparently planned maintenance. No warning message - that was 19 July. Extended 3 times, now to 14 Aug. 26 days!!! I'd say there's a major problem...

    Am I the only one who doesn't give a **** about Premier League starting? Online toxicity in comment sections really ruined it for me, and Optus increasing prices was the nail in the coffin. Keen to sleep well this year.
