    Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff “Frankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).

    @tsport100 @Starlink We were with Optus for more than a year. Service was great, we’re lucky to have a tower nearby, but prices climbed up to $100 per month 😬

    @Busybee32433175 @Teh_Jkr @Optus Any time I wanted a new phone I'd walk into a Telstra store and just buy one. My SIM is already Telstra its just plug and play. People make the mistake of getting a new phone whilst still paying off the current one. A never ending cycle of payments for something shiny. Boring.

    @PrakharCSKian @Goatlism I think it was final day , WACA know for these dry pitches and there was heatwave so the pitch developed cracks,now there is no problem cuz they shifted to optus

    @DAM01983 @Optus Haveing the same problem they need to fix all their services I barely have phone coverage at all anywhere it just cuts down and says no service and the Internet is ridiculous dropping out all the time they find people up they can't maintain a service
