Optus customer support is selling postpaid plans instead of resolving customer critical issues. Called 5 times and every time these idiots redirect me to postpaid. Please fix the customer service being so arrogant, ignorant and suckers. @Optus #OptusSport @OptusEnterprise

... The streaming market is a hotly contested one. The PL season has literally just finished. They don't have rights to the European finals. There is no major tournament this European summer. If punters are going to cancel Optus Sport subscriptions (even temporarily), it's now.
