    Hey @Optus how come there is no way to possibly talk to a person when calling your customer service line? It all redirects back to the app, including changing passwords for the app. Absolutely ridiculous! I can’t log into the app because I don’t have log in details.

    @Optus it is incredibly poor form service wise to make clients rely on an automated service push button phone service that does not have an option to speak to anyone . Just sends you to websites, In fact Optus sales is my go to when I have an issue. Answers IMMEDIATELY WITH A PERSON.

    @Telstra Well I fixed the problem. I cancelled my data plan with telstra (after being told too bad we won't be upgrading anything in your area) and changed to @Optus now I have wonderful fast internet and better customer service

    @tbn97 @OptusFail Never trusting Optus - I was so much happier when I moved to Telstra, I faced zero issues even though they were slightly pricey.

    @Optus I just got double charged on a recharge. and your customer service wont refund me for the double charge. how crap is that?

    @tamaleaver I hear ya. Despite coaxing by the host uni, I purposely avoided pursuing a prominent Optus-funded gig in VIC a few years ago b/c of what I sensed as major COIs that would be horrible to navigate & manage as a faculty member. #SmartChoice

    @Optus hahaha I am already working with them on my speeds. And drop outs. And unresponsive sites. FTTN here. And large download allowance so NOT a cheap Plan. Worst thing I was FORCED to do was migrate from cable to NBN.

    @sam_sam79 Hi Sam, sorry for the trouble with that. Have you been able to stop casting and start again to see if that continues to happen? If it does it might be worth restarting the chromecast device and Optus Sport app to see if that helps. Let us know how you go. Rob
