@Optus so I’ve seen online there are issues in Brisbane - here in Toowoomba nearly 2hrs away we have little to no mobile and no nbn. ETA on when it’ll be fixed??
@Optus I don't want to have to have standard issues resolved by having it 'followed up ' I just want it resolved in a timely manner, sounds like this is the new normal, regretting renewing contracts
@Optus @lachlanconnor I find it hilarious you manage not only to have all mobile networks go down but you even manage to completely mess up NBN connections, be it to the node or premises. Perhaps it's time to fire your crew and actually hire people who will do their job? I'm willing to apply.
@Tony_3163 @Optus How great is it... until you get past the first month feee and cooling off period. Then they shove you back to 4G, worse than when you left it, wondering if the Nokia #Optus5G light pointing to that magic tower will ever light up again. @Optus #fail

@Optus my mobile data coverage isn’t working. I have been on hold on the phone for 20 mins. Can you please let me know how long it will be down?
@KyvanDyk73 @Optus Oh yes, ours was great for 4-5 weeks, then failed for over a fortnight - Optus support, probably due to new technology, had no idea, very underwhelmed. We cancelled and returned our 5G gear. Been using NBN using TPG since January.
