    @Optus I’m not having issues activating my eSIM. I already have a eSIM with you. I want to buy a secondary number sim and cannot enter my OTP once it is sent via email. It also seems like there is a issue on your end with getting OTPs via email as it has taken over 10 minutes to arrive

    @amaysimAU @Optus no network at eagle junction station. Brisbane. Horrible agreement with amaysim for not sharing all sites for coverage. Shame.

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @optus_help So much palaver to have to re-enter WiFi password etc Everything is set to WiFi but still no joy with connection for small or calls. Poor service considering optus is always doing upgrades/maintenance constantly. Get sick of no service

    @itsiclassic Waaaaaay harder, my Galaxy S21+ died after I tried replacing the battery myself, and my carrier Optus made it hell to replace my eSIM, I had to wait in a store for 2 hours, and the store couldn't even do anything so they just let me borrow their store phone to call support 😭

    @FinancialReview Get an Optus contract so galore might just win mine was just Telstra we have asked about hem to stop can go do Optus to help sort it out and give the business to Singapore we can’t afford this we still have our id and birth certificate
