@kbrspace what needs to happen here please to get this resolved. Issues since last week only gone from bad to worse. All I am getting is false promises from @Optus support. This really needs to be escalated and looked into now. Have been more than patient but have had enough now

Hey @Telstra great to see your processes working well. Now spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to sort out a direct debit issue and still not resolved. A problem created by @Telstra maybe @Optus could be better?

@Optus so I pre-ordered the Pixel 6 and Pro for me and my partner. The 6 came on the 27th and I just checked about the status of the Pro and got told "I see that the order is stuck and we will have to cancel the current order." ... Wow

Oh yea for those wondering about my @optus situation. Bassicly they have admitted that the tower is just massively over congested and, they are doing nothing about it. Congrats optus for offering a service you know you can't give, what joke. How many people you gonna screw over?
