    @BrandDNA @Optus I think mine is on the way or a sticker to add to it , I was also exposed by Medibank and also Energy Australia customer so been a bad year

    @Optus But why? I am an existing customer. I do not have to provide this information (and face scan) to modify a service with any other service provider.
