    @ArtistAffame @eternalstranger Yes the cyber minister and Medibank did big media statements this week re the full data dump. Not great news at all. Half the country is affected with this one. I'm glad I'm not. The Optus one is bad enough for me.

    @woolworths disappointed from service. Bought Optus mobile from Woolies,didn’t work and not connected with wifi tried to exchange but Woolies manager said we just sell mobiles not exchanging or refund for that. What is point for keeping mobiles there if not taking responsibility.

    Can someone please tell me who I can email in Optus to send a complaint letter? I'm told I can only phone it in, but I don't wish to spend any more time than I need to, to provided feedback to Optus. @Optus

    I went and revoked Facebook app access the other day and holy **** I need to clean that out more often. If Optus and Medibank could have breaches I'm sure Match 3 Game #23 is unsafe as hell.

    @VodafoneAU If 5g internet you offer it’s going to be as slow as this ,I would like to cancel the service and get my money back . It’s would be wonderful if this can work , as I got a 5g internet at one of my businesses in another city from Optus and work great. Unfortunately not Optus here

    @Optus Your support is hopeless. It took six phone calls with your support people and 3 promises that my problem would just take 10 days. They lied. Noone set up a Case on the My Optus App and nothing was done for over 30 days and 12 wasted hours for me. #UselessLies

    @HuwHarries @ballater6 Huw u absolutely disgust me. I am of the generation that have mobile phones. I chose not to link my credit card details or many others to my phone, thank goodness coz if I did Optus would have got a lot more from me. Out of interest how old r u. Never taught to help ur elders.
