    @Optus an hour on DM chat with @Optus all they’ve managed to do is verify my account. Still nowhere near the ONLY thing I’m interested in - why my internet is down for 2 days. In 15 minutes of that time I’ve managed to port all of my services to Telstra. Goodbye Optus. Good riddance!

    @ParraEelsFacts @heathclif304 @commbankstadium Ohhhh hopefully they had sufficient numbers to undertake that ball ache. At Optus they check all bags but you’re never in line for longer like 2 minutes if that.

    Hey @Optus, your app keeps conveniently glitching whenever I try to buy a data pack or access customer support. I will make a report to the ombudsman (again) if I have a massive data bill 😕

    @Optus Hi Sarah, thanks for your response. The phone support team has now told me that it'll take 3-5 business days to activate the eSIM - meanwhile I have no access to my online banking. They suggest I go in-store which I now have to do despite being sick and put your staff at risk.
