  @kristin8X @AGLEnergy Yeah it's ****. I'm with Alinta and they are cheaper than agl if that helps. That's how I felt when optus said yeah we're just arbitrarily adding $4 to your monthly service because we can.

  @julsc44 I wish the people going to games at Optus Stadium would all wear masks. One in every five at least was unmasked two weeks ago. Particularly bad given the train sits on the platform with the doors closed for ages before you even move.

  @Optus Are you aware your offshore messaginging centre exploits folk such as me.Dis, terminal, tried to activate prepaid data sim for man I've cared for 30 yrs. 9hrs later,still No result, other than$39 plan now$107. Surely you can do better than exploit&negate trust. Please FIX

  So @Optus can go outside the terms of the contract that was agreed and signed, and just increase service prices, but if I cancel they expect the full payment because "that's in the contract" LOL ******* absolute criminals. @VicOmbudsman surly this doesn't pass the pub test?

  @Optus They upgraded a tower weeks ago. Fed up w excuses to get more $. More data better speeds blah blah.Ive never had 3g in my area. Only place I get it is on the gold coast. Then phone call to lower my data bc not used. #cranky

  Apologies for those contacting me this week. Optus are working on network towers in my area so receiving and sending texts successfully has been intermittent. So for the next week I will be accepting phone calls. Hope to hear from you soon 😚

  Hey @Optus why is it that I have 2 come 2 twitter 2 get ur attention every time I have an issue with ur service? I have been on the phone and on messages with ur CS and i got hung up on and transferred 2 many times. It doesn't seem like ur CS wants 2 help me with what I need.
