    @optus is there a problem with SMS messages in/around Lismore? People are sending me messages and I’m not receiving them. No new messages since Friday - not even the spam ones!

    @rdr31d Check out the Aldi prices, unlimited calls & text AND the data rolls over each month too. Best mobile plans in the country by a mile. AND it's on the Telstra network so it works out here. Optus & Vodaphone don't

    @TracyBsays @amaysimAU @Optus I’m not in Sydney but honestly I’ve had such shocking reception on Optus in Qld, not receiving calls, constantly dropping out of service etc. I just switched to Telstra and no issues now!

    @Optus May be? For half the morning I only had 3G coverage. I have an issue with your service. I have 3 more days to find out if your team has managed to resolve the problems. Delays in receiving text msgs. Missed calls. Extremely slow internet access. Not impressed

    @Optus I’m glad you’re sorry but we are more sorry and extremely angry that we can’t contact anyone. @Optus needs to improve their service.

    @Optus so instead of fixing a mobile diverting to voicemail you have instead diverted that mobile to mine. After 5 hrs with online chat yesterday this is how you have solved my problem. Now on phone with 3rd person who just transfers me to another dept. you can to better #Optus.

    Anyone else with @amaysimAU or @Optus in Sydney having shocking reception lately? Suddenly a bunch of us are getting no bars in places where we’ve had no trouble before
