    @Optus I absolutely will get this phone but not with Optus, between the worlds worst NBN service and a mobile service that is 3g more often than not I would need to be an idiot to give you clowns more money.

    @thexboxlucio @Optus Aww that's stupid. Thought stuff like this only happens in my country lol. Was interested in a phone, wanted to take new plan to get it as my offer is already ancient. They won't let me transfer my number there, cause system sees it like I just want to add new offer to existing.

    Why does @Optus make everything so damn hard? I just want to cancel. I've been dicked around and left on hold. No wonder you can't keep customers

    @Optus can only select 1 day global data roaming. Very inconvenient when family is overseas for 9 months. Wtf.

    Terrible customer experience @Optus. Very poor internet service and no attempt to help upgrade service to better / more reliable internet service.
