    @JarniBlakkarly @choiceaustralia I only found out last week that I was a victim of the Optus data theft when VicRoads wrote to me, not really concerned, left Optus some years back and have change bank account since, new licence should fix the problem for me at least

    The customer experience at @VodafoneAU is equally as bad as @Optus. Need our roaming activated urgently yet there is no way to contact them except via the app (which needs an SMS to login). How stupid is that! And they won't reply via DM. 😩

    @Optus threw my data away and wont give me any signal. When I have complained to them they give bullshit excuses. The only option is telstra and they are en more vile but can generate a signal.

    @Optus is there a problem with trying to recharge prepaid? My partner is losing her mind after multiple failed attempts via credit card, and now voucher. The voucher even says to call a number to recharge, and the only option is credit card. Please help.

    @optus, how many tower works are needed to maintain a basic level of service? Seriously, constant dropouts and no reception for hours on end since September and now more works until December? There should be refunds being issued to customers for lack of service ...

    @SENWestAus Why isnt this game at the WACA? Wasnt optus only to be used for the ashes, india and south africa? Also, Cricket Australia is laughable at the moment so I'm no surprised at the poor crowd
