    @Optus Just forget it obviously you can't help & have no idea just reading off a screen, My phone is in perfect working order I will be making a official complaint for breaking privacy rules thanks for not helping & still will be waiting for the apology have a good day 📱

    @Optus I lodged my complaint online 2 days ago, should I expect a call from a case manager today or will that be "delayed due to COVID/floods" like my new handset?

    @Optus Incorrect & i said it obviously they got pulled through as the optus service wouldn't send the picture I wanted then when couldn't send the pic got removed & that result optus trying to pull another pics & even random people as the network got confused & was down just forget 1/2

    @PatrickWilliams @Optus From my experience with optus, I wouldn't trust them for coffee. I don't know how they're still in business. Horrible company.

    @TheRealALM Iv literally have had it buffering the whole game, missed both goals, tried using my data, still would freeze. Worst experience since optus and fifawc 2018. Inexcusable by foxtel tonight.

    @Stryker_man Rest assured as we're only a service provider, we're unable to send photos from your device to your contacts list. Something like this could happen from a faulty device/app or even human error. I'd suggest visiting an Optus store to get this checked out. George

    @Optus @Breebie_Loz No central coast but can confirm west Sydney is experiencing the same issue. Ping 335 download at 10.5 Mbps. We are paying for net not potatoes.

    @Optus So I’ve used your message service. The bot can’t help me because I need to download & fill out a form so it can look into my account yet I DONT. HAVE. DECENT. CONNECTION. TO. DOWNLOAD. THE. FORM which is the reason I am contacting Optus! Useless!
